Poor food quality at this location. Rice were dry, they did not ask about the sauces, even after requesting for garlic sauce very little was added. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I am a big shawarma lover and I was greeted very well at the store. 5/5 for customer service. Although I have rated this location with 5 star, I would still mention a few things; it seemed as if chicken was pre-prepared and tasted a bit dry or sauces were less but something was a bit off. I believe it would taste much much better than it already did if served hot and fresh, having said that I liked food overall.

Honestly, their customer service was good. But for their mistake, I had to pay $13 extra. I asked for a large lamb on the rocks. He punched regular. Then I forgot and when I got the food I told them I asked for large. Then they were showing me the receipt, and I got confused and took the first order. I ordered another regular size and paid another $16+. Though their behavior was nice, and give me a brownie. They have to be very careful. Otherwise, I wouldn't have to pay $13 extra. Overall, their service and food were good.

I was in Blue Mountain area with my family last weekend when we decided to eat shawarma form this restaurant, the girls working there not friendly or professional at all. While I was waiting her to finish what she was doing I saw her rip her nose in the back of her hand and she want to make me a sandwiches with same hand and the same cloves. That really was disgusting

Ripan, Sunny and kulwinder are the best employees of the store. It is the best store than GTA. They are so hardworking and they know exactly what the customer wants. Best customer service ever provided by them. Especially their manager Ripan she is amazing and so jolly.

Unbelievably AWFUL, BAD experience.
Ordered dinner. One wrap was with beyond meat. They just added a note, that they don’t have it. NO REFUND! Other food was with spicy adds! But I asked not to add it and make everything NOT spicy. I have health issues that make me unable to eat spicy food. Food just can be thrown out.
They just did what they wanted.
AWFUL. Zero stars.

Ordered from this place twice this week. First time I asked for a Medium spice level and IT WAS INSANELY HOT, to the point I had to throw the entire thing away after a few bites. I love spice food in general, but you couldn’t taste anything but sauce. Decided to give this place a second chance and asked for a mild spiced wrap and it was still very very hot. I’m giving 3 stars because I think it could taste really good if the person making it paid attention to the spice level.

Ordered a super was served a saj size. I don't complain. At counter because I respect people. But I'll never go there again.mess up my order once and ur done. I'll go to Machi burrito next time.

This is a good place to go if you're getting lunch to dine-in or take out. The large beef on the rocks (rice) is what I order and it's so good!

Went there last night and absolutely love this branch. Very friendly faces and the food was top notch.

I want to place an order for falafal on stix but the employees doesn’t know or I don’t know why he told me they have only chicken option while they have big poster says they have option for falafal and chicken.
The customer service is null even rude behaviour too because when I said cash for the payment then the guys said he already hit debit so he can’t accept.
Specially franchise need personal attention on business.

Rips, the Supervisor is amazing. She is sweet and prepares the best Chicken on the rocks. I would always ask for her next time.

Chicken could be better, it's halal but I wish they wash their chicken and clean their chicken, hot sauce has gotten soft

Visited Osmow’s for dinner while in Collingwood. Nice and fresh food & good customer services.

Three of us, went in there to have authentic chicken shawarma, where the meat is shaved from the rack and then choose my toppings for my salad.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
They cut a piece of the meat off the rack and then cut it into squares, and put it on the grill, when it SHOULD have been shaved off the rack.
They gave me a garden salad, i had NO choice to pick what i wanted in the salad.
Most places have a long counter for you to choose, what you want in the salad, they do NOT.
It tastes different, if the meat is shaved or cut in squares.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Since moving up to Collingwood, we've gone here many times and it's honestly perfect every single visit. Though I have been to several Osmow's locations, the one in Collingwood is definitely my favourite so far. Between the portions, the flavours, the cost, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the service of the employees - it's all wonderful! One of my favourite things about Osmow's is that they don't charge extra for vegetable toppings:)

Got the supee sized osmow's special wrap. Its well cooked and seasoned nicely too. Staff named Deep was extremely helpful and kind. Would go here again.

The service was great but the quality of meat being used was very poor. Fatty and chewy beef made the experience very unpleasant.

2 stars for staffs. First time eating at this franchise. Food not so great, it is superfastfood version Mediterranean cuisine. Had other fastfood Mediterranean cuisine better and more food for price. Wife and I were both sick from late night to next morning

I love this place, I’ve been to multiple osmos multiple times. I always get shawarma wraps because the portions are amazing, and it’s stuffed with veg, tons of meat, and delicious sauces, i recommend adding hummus and tzatziki. 98% of the wraps I get are perfect, that’s because the employees take their time to make them. 2% of the wraps I’ve had were mediocre and I could tell were made by new employees so it’s no problem.
If you’re looking for fast food, go somewhere else, because especially if there is a line up your order can take 10 to 20 minutes. But it’s worth the wait it you want something filling and tasty. If you order the super size wrap be prepared, those things can be massive, which is super generous for the price, osmos dont skimp with their ingredients.
I always tip here because I can’t imagine the stress some employees have to go through at busy times when everyone is waiting impatiently for their food. Go at off hours, get some shawarma, have a great time. Cheers Collingwood osmos, you’ve always been there me. Peace.

Not all Osmows are created equal. This one is above the rest. The guys in this location are friendly, polite, accurate and fast. What more could you ask for? Food quality? Well, food quality is also excellent. I've been to other locations where the food is old, dry, yuck. But the food quality at the Collingwood location is always good no matter the time of day. I recommend this location.

Me and my boyfriend were looking for a place yesterday to dine and we came across this restaurant. The guy (Nav) immediately welcomed us warmly.

We ordered beef shawarma and chicken on the Rox then it was served quite fast.

When I took the first bite, I got the impression right away that it was very meaty and to my surprise it was the best shawarma I've ever tasted.

The overall experience was great! Great people and great food!

Friendly and Helpful service. Good and tasty food, way out of expectation. Over all clean and tidy for eat in.

UPDATE: The owner contacted me to resolve the situation. Long story short, I've returned to this Osmow's location three times after my first visit—and each time the food has been great. I've tried the Lamb SAJ and the Osmow's Special, and both are very flavourful. Their fries are absolutely delicious, too.

This was my first time ordering from Osmow's. My partner got a chicken wrap, which was delicious. Unfortunately, I was not as lucky with my meal. I ordered the falafel bowl (on the rocks), and was very disappointed. The falafel was so burnt, dry and tasteless that I actually threw it out. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to my meal!

This was my first experience with this type of cuisine and the food was fabulous however the meal was enjoyed so much more because of the atmosphere and the service. The staff are incredibly helpful and happy to be helping and the management answered any questions I had. The restaurant was clean and organized and the staff were attentive.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. Thanks for making the experience and the food fabulous!

Decent shawarma and yummy french fries. Looks like a popular place, bit of a lineup for takeout.

We ordered two Chicken Shawarma platters for take out. It was excellent. There was so much food that we only ate one. Another delicious meal will be from the leftovers. Great food and quick service. We will be trying the Lamb Shawarma next time.

You need to train your staff how to cook fries. They were soooooo under done. So disappointed with the half of the half and half

I'm only posting this review because I hope this place improves since there one of the only places you can get a falafel around here. The falafel tasted like i was eating a pizza and had no traditional toppings other than the turnip which did not taste pickled and resembled thin sliced ham, thought i was eating meat for a moment. The falafel balls also lacked the texture and aromatics you would expect. Also the service was extremely slow.

It was good okay. Way too much garlic sauce. The sides fair. But actual meat was not very flavorful and poor quality.

A nice place to visit. The staff was also too freindly and the food was excellent as i like to eat the best food for the foody people and the service is also very fast.

The Place Was Very Neat And Clean, The Food was very delicious and the employees were very polite. I must recommend to visit and this was a really wonderful experience.

Best food service. One of the best hotels with quality food. Staff members are quiet good and making orders are quiet convenient. Overall, everything is good.
