Awful food the manager is so rude will never go to this store ever in my life. If you don't know how to treat your customers atleast provide us with good food.

Just ordered from here. Got the "chicken on the rocks" with osmows sauce and honestly it was crazy tasty. I never go out of my way to leave a food review but damn it was good. I'll be making this a regular meal. Thanks again!

We had a great experience. The food was so good and service was really fast. Special thanks to Anubhav who helped us a-lot choosing the food because it was our first time at osmows.

I actually love this location and the food here honestly. But the one lady working there was somewhat named gifty or whatsoever. That lady oh my god, she was so rude and arrogant the fact that we were just enquiring about the menu that what should we try and all but the way she talked and behaved it was pathetic.
She should definitely learn some manners first and then work.
I'm amazed how management can keep her at work.
The management should really look after it please.
I didn't expected this kind of hospitality from here. Just because of one person don't let the restaurant go down.

Osmows is a restaurant i eat very often…and the employee inside was very rude saying they only let the washroom to be used by their customers…imagine you are in the same place and you have to use and you get to hear this? …very unethical i am never going in again into any osmows restaurant again thank you

Bought a chicken shawarma wrap yesterday and it was too good to be true.
Would reccommend to other people as well and the staff is really friendly especially gifty️️.

Excellent food, very efficient service. Not much of a dining atmosphere, more like a rest stop 'chain restaurant' environment. Which it technically is.

The Beef on the Stix, which is just Fries, with a generous topping on minced Beef and sauces is an absolute favorite! You can also choose the spice level as per your, ahem, ahem, Tolerance. Don't try to be a Ninja and go for the hottest option. It can pack quiet a punch. Would suggest you try the medium or Hot levels first, before trying your luck with the hotter options.

The food was very delicious and fresh. Staffs service also very amiable especially Shalbin who took my order. He is very interactive and energetic to their customers.

I have been having shawarma since 2019. However, one of the worker told me that they are not allowed to cut my wrap in half (super shawarma’s). I mean literally these guys wants to control the way we eat our meals.

Very nice resturant and there are amazing helpful staffs, Delicious food, appealing atmosphere, and brilliant service.

We bought two large chicken on the rocks from this osmows location but we couldn’t believe how small the portions were compared to other stores. The rice and chicken did not even fill up half of the box and we are incredibly upset about the unacceptably small amount of food we received.

Worst experience. Went for pickup in store and my order was made completely wrong. Asked for extra hot chicken shawarma and they got the the toppings wrong, there was no hot sauce at all and it was wrapped very badly. I noticed them making my shawarma and reminded them twice that I had ordered an extra hot one and they still messed it up. Please double check your order when you buy from this place or avoid it if you can

Really gross. "Salad" was 90% sauce. Everything tasted bad. Completely ignored the details of my order. And expensive too.

Food is pretty good. Person helping me had trouble with understanding what vegan is. Kept telling person making my plate to not use sauce that is advertised as vegan.

Most frequent Shawarma shop for me, their spicy option is very hot lol be warned, otherwise taste is good! Shops are clean and food is fresh.

The worst osmows that I have been to, chicken shawarma was not wrapped at all. Baklava was served wide open in two piece. Highly not recommended

My go to lunch place. They make my food exactly how i ask for it. The staff is friendly and quick. Their sauces are out of this world.

Decent place with good customer service. Food was okay, not bad but also nothing to rave about. Sort of middle of the road.

Location was clean and well maintained but they definitely didn't put much effort into the decor. Very cold and doesn't make you want to spend much time there. Just gives you the feeling that they are saying "eat and go" without actually saying it.

Order one chicken shawarma one falafel and it was so poorly made I asked extra white sauce and he just acted like he was putting white sauce and there was not a drop in there plus.the employee he couldn’t even fold the shawarma together properly. Ruin my lunch and my brothers. Never going to this place again or to Osmows wasted my money and time.

The chicken of “Chicken on the rocks” is always dried and burnt on this location. The taste of Yong/Dundas location Osmows is far better than this 351 College Street location. I just went to this one because it is near to my home. But every time I go I regret it. I love Osmows so much but wish every location had some food quality like the Yong/Dundas one.

Love coming to this location if I'm having a shawarma. Allen gives the best experience when I come by to order!

The staff was extremely nice and had great SOP, everything is clean including the bathrooms which they let me use as other places in the area did not allow it. Great customer service.

Mate this food place was bussin like holy darn you should check this place out. Indoor dining was a breeze and allows a few people in at a time.

I've been a regular customer to this lovely place in 2017, it's one of the best in Toronto! I'm wondering about the old man from Egypt is he still working there? I wish him the best and I hope to talk to him and see him again soon!

Sorry for the one star, but your chicken specially shawarma quality is very bad and smelly, shawarma is white meat not dark,

the chicken you are serving looks like few days old and not even cut fresh new from the grill.staff is nice and helpful though, but charging a premium prices for low quality meat isn’t logical, Its definitely better somewhere else with so many other places to chose nearby!

After since the franchise was taken over the by the original owner, Osmow’s, the customer service has become really good. The servers seem more friendly and is willing to accommodate every food choice. The food portions are reasonably priced.

Staff working today needs to be re trained. Order was made incorrectly. Food wasn't edible because of how much hotsauce added to it and no garlic sauce? Real let down.

Heard it's a good place but from 1st experience.compared to few other Shawarma palaces in town.very poor cx service, very less quantity & totally felt not worth for the price.taste is ok.not bad.

There isn’t a better Osmow’s in the city. Customer service is top notch, food is obviously amazing. If you show up & Allan is behind the grill you’re in luck. He is the best of the best.

The chicken was very dry and hard.couldn’t eat my chicken platter, i’m a regular at this location, i don’t think the food was even fresh.they did not take chicken from that skewer in the back as they usually did but had some dried ugly looking chicken in a big bowl already taken from the back since god knows when and just slapped it in everyone’s food! If u cannot maintain your freshness don’t endorse it also this store is very understaffed

I have usually used washroom in lockdown time when I buy a dinner, but this afternoon i get rejected by staff specially with Turban guy to use wash.

Ordered a Falafel Sandwich on Ubereats I could taste nothing but hot sauce! Its crazy spicy! Wouldn't recommend getting hot sauce! Ordered another sandwich without Hot Sauce. LOVED IT!

Lamb wrap was tasty. Spicier than expected, medium tasted more like hot at most other places. It was a pleasant surprise for me but some others might not think so:)

Osmow’s, as a franchise, is great. I’ve tried this location a few times, so I feel justified in my two-star review. This location is busier than one would think, and as such, seem to trade quality for efficiency. My food is always over-sauced, and always cold; the meat, if I choose to eat any, is overcooked and rubbery, as it spends who knows how long, steaming away on a cook-top prior to being served. Won’t be returning to this location.

The chicken on the rocks was good and filling! I prefer eating with the rice over the fries.

The large was enough for two people and a medium could definitely fill a single person up. Despite their delicious sauce, the dish itself does not have too many calories surprisingly which is a good thing. The price was pretty fair, typically what you'd expect from a higher end fast food place.

The Osmow's shawarma gives you a great flavor of Chicken dipped in white sauce (mayo and garlic) and Red sauce (optional) and veggies that could be picked up from the vegetable section.
The small shawarma or chicken on the Rocks (rice and chicken dipped in white or red sauce or both) comes for 10$ CAD.
The larger size comes for 13$ CAD.

The area is decent for a group of friends to chip in for munching thought one large servings fulfils two people still some people with huge great appetites can go for 1 large.

2nd worst osmows the sauce is not what really osmows has i was so much hungry and it juz ruined everything the worst taste i did not like it

Never seen a place serve shawarma with just rice and chicken and an old salad. No potatoes, no pickles? A joke!

Too many inedible chewy pieces of meat and they don’t put as much garlic sauce as the MISSISSAUGA locations does. Would not come back to this specific location.

WOW. Visited this Osmows location on Thursday night and had a wonderful experience. Achut and Meghana provided an incredible customer service and were very friendly/helpful.

I use to love this place. The food is really tasty, but there are so many bones and cartilage in the meat. I'm gonna sound like a little western princess, but that stuff grosses me out so much. Unfortunately won't be coming back.: (
