Clean place and amazing food! The owner Malik S.is a very nice and hospitable guy. He gave us great food recommendations and made the whole experience very nice for us. Would 100% go again!

The lamb shawarma was delicious and the customer service was great me and my family had a great time eating here.

I rarely eat out but I go there almost biweekly and very happy with their service and their food quantity and quality. Their staff is consistently nice and informative. Thank you!

Missing items we ordered. No sauce with Falafel. Ordered little spice with my shwarma pita and it was fire hot. Ended up taking 2 bites and threw it in the organics bin. The worst takeout I've ever had! Have ordered alot of food on skip the dishes and uber eats. This was delivered by Doordash. Never ever again! Don't waist you money

Very bad flavour the chicken was hard and rubbery the staff was very unprofessional more involved with chating with oke another then taking orders or preparing the food there was no one there when i came in still they took forever to even start their stove never coming back to this pathetic

Great food, reasonable prices. If you get the specials you are paying the same money as you'd pay for a meal at McDonalds or Wendys and the food not only tastes way better it's better for you. Good portion sizes. A favorite of my family.

Food is comfort food so I never except much, but paying 10.99 for a delivery fee… that’s ridiculous … most expensive delivery on any platform for nothing more then acceptable food… I’d rather pay 5$ delivery for fast food

This location was far nicer than we anticipated! We went there after a sporting event and were blown away by the atmosphere and calm ambiance.

I ordered a wide range of foods. All of them were wonderful and "clean" in flavour (not too saucy or greasy).

The service was quite quick, and the entire team was extremely helpful. Strongly suggested!

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a large chicken on the rocks and it was like chewing on rocks. The rice and chicken were cold, rock hard leftovers. $15 for cold hard leftovers. Unacceptable and disgusting.

Done with Osmos & this Branch for good. It seems like not having beef or even lamb is very common. Previously when asked about some extra red hot sauce & garlic sauce they were ok to provide. However today it just seems to have changed all of a sudden, they way it was communicated by the staff didn't make my experience any better. Thanks & best wishes to Osmos.

This place is disgusting and filthy! Very very pricey and they try to rip you off of your food and your money. I ordered a falafel wrap and they made it look like they didn't understand me and made a plate instead for $17.99 plus tax, with white lettuce and a couple of tasteless croutons. Then they forgot, after waiting 18 minutes, to put any salad dressing on it! I will never EVER go back there, nor will anyone else that I know that were interested in finding a decent place for middle east food. They should close quickly and leave town with their heads between their legs. Let that first middle eastern place that was at the Fairview Mall before Taibah take over and do it right! Anyone remember their name? 2017 or 2018 I think? Cheap prices and wonderfully huge and delicious food portions.
At this dump I felt like I just ate at KFC again where I always felt nauseated after their food too.

I don’t get a hello, I’ll be right with you. Stood there without the employees even making eye contact with me for 10 mins before while they did Uber orders. It’s not about waiting it’s about the lack of communication or caring. Clearly do not care. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this happens every time I go. And I continue to go because I like the food and it’s the only one around here but am always upset with the service when I leave. Try calling ahead of time to order 4-5 last times I’ve went and never once have the picked up. Even called them while I was sitting in the store waiting for my food and it’s like the phone doesn’t even exist. Food is good, but the owner of this place needs to teach their employees how to have even a bit of customer service.

Terrible experience. This was my first time ever ordering from here and frankly my last.
1. Huge health code violations were witnessed. Employees were wearing the same gloves while touching the order screen and then raw chicken and then the utensils of the rice. Another staff touched chicken, then went to the drink fridge opened it, grabbed drinks, put them into the bag and then continued making food with the same gloves! Luckily he changed them before he made mine.
2. The staff were making orders one at a time. My family member got his meal and then had to wait an additional 15 mins for mine to be made. The food was stone cold by the time we got home and we only live 10 mins away. We spent close to $75.between the 2 orders.
3. The orders were so messed up that 3 meals had 0 sauce. The sauce is what makes the shawarma taste so good.
4. While waiting 40 mins for our food, my brother was offered a free drink, while I was offered nada and standing beside him the whole time.
5. We called to complain about the sauce, went back to the store and the order was still messed up.
This store needs to be reviewed! I personally won't eat here again! The meat had so much fat and bone.disgusting.

I've had a few of their dishes, and really enjoy the shawarms on the rocks ('on rice'). The food is tasty, but is prone to getting a bit dry if you leave it for a while. I recommend either picking the food up or eating it there to avoid having it sit for a while.

Not a good experience at all and certainly doesn't measure up to the Osmow's in Streetsville. The chicken shawarma wrap was mostly lettuce, and the beef in the other wrap was so tough I couldn't chew it. Will not go again ever and certainly do not recommend.

Garbage and unprofessional service. They stop making your order halfway through to begin another order. Ridiculous and unreasonably slow. Do I still get my free can of pop? !?

This was my fav place to eat - up until 4 days ago when I found a hair in my food. When I went into the restaurant on this day, I noticed how the employees had hair nets on their heads but nothing to stop their furry beards and furry arm hair. I requested a call from management every day for a week, and no one has called. No one will even acknowledge me or offer me a refund for the meal I couldn’t eat.

I also complained to the health department because of the hair net situation. Their answer: as long as employees have hair nets on their heads, they are complying with the health department orders. Apparently hair doesn’t fall from any other body part - only the head. Good to know!

Needless to say, I won’t be back until some different policies are adopted to prevent non-head body hair from ending up in my dinner.

Ordered the Chicken Shawarma on Salad. Asked for it spicy, normally they use hot sauce. Not this place, they just add a ridiculous amount of black pepper. Chicken was had lots of gristle, very disappointing

Giving a one star before I even eat my food because of how slow it is. If you’re planning on eating here order beforehand unless you have at least 30 minutes to spare.

It was a amazing experience the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you guys want fresh shawarma or more come to this place and they will hook you up.

Clean place. The food was tasty and fresh. The white guy who was at the cash register was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

I haven't eaten here YET. But its definitely in my future, did a delivery here and the food looked incredible and the restaurant was super clean. Can't wait to try their food

Food is okay at best but had better from Osmow's before. That being said the staff is very friendly so that's a plus. Been to this location a few times and my only complaint is really if you get fries, make sure they make they fresh for you. I got chicken on the stix and it came out in under 1 min since the fries were ready and it was cold crunchy /burnt fries.

Staff was great. Restaurant was very nice and clean food tasted fresh.
Only reason it’s a 3 star is maybe my personal preference but I like shawarma because of the garlic and I couldn’t taste it in this sandwich. Even with extra garlic. Pretty bland.

Super slow service, food is expensive and the quality is average. Lack of toppings and lack of taste. Two large pitas cost me a whopping $25.40 with no drinks. They take your toppings order when you pay, had to remind the guy of my olives as he was closing the pita; total disappointment. Unfortunately, I don't see it lasting more than a year. Took them 20+ minutes to make two pitas!

I am so surprised to see such bad reviews from people for this location. Coming from someone who is middle eastern I can second that this place has mediocre shawarma. It isn’t amazing by any means but it’s well prepared and the only reason why it may take long is because they have just opened a few months ago and their employees are very new. Some of you are way to harsh! I love osmows for what it is and it has great pricing.

Yum! That's all I can say. The food is freshly made and everyone working there are very upbeat! I'm slowly making my way through the menu. I am thrilled with everything I have eaten from Osmow's Shawarma so far.

Every time I go here food and staff extremely friendly and food always tastes good 0 complaints, dont really know what the lower reviews are taking about.

Prices are higher than the GTA. Chicken on the rocks is a dollar more than the other locations. I understand the higher price in Niagara falls but it's ridiculous jacking up the price for St. Catharines. Lots of other great shawarma places around. Don't waste your time and money on this one.

First and second time there it was pretty good.
Third time.horrible, absolutely dreadful. I’ll never go back.
I waited a solid two minutes before someone even addressed me and there was only one other customer waiting for food.
The guy who took my order never changed his gloves after handling money, picking a coin off the ground, texting on his phone and putting hands in his pockets. These guys clearly don’t have their Safe Food Handlers. If you want to get sick go eat here.
Additionally, they prepared half the orders 15 minutes before anything else was prepared so half our dinners were cold/lukewarm.
Everything was pretty tasteless and bland and is now sitting in my stomach like a sac of rocks. We won’t be going back. I DO NOT recommend this place and the sooner they shut down the better.
There are much better Mediterranean fast food joints in the city.

I've gone here 4 times since it opened, each time was absolutely terrible. Each time terrible service but just in a different way each time. Expect to wait 30 minutes for food, and if you get the right food consider yourself lucky.

The only reason this place has a good rating is because they offer a free pop if you send a review and show it to them.

Average. A bone was in my chicken shawarma wrap, little control of serving the take out. The customer behind me grabbed mine and left. Good flavor and nice clean place though.

Slow service the last couple times I've been. Have to spell my name 2 or 3 times everytime. Chicken is dry. Sent my girlfriend in to get chicken on the rocks, female asked what she wanted a couple time. Employee asked her if she wanted garlic sauce and the other sauces that come standard with it the other dozen or so places I've been to. Girlfriend was confused as to what sauces go on the dish so she just got plain with hot sauce. I don't even want to eat the dish. So dry and unappetizing.
The Hamilton location is so much better.

This Osmow’s location does not live up to its name. I had a chicken shawarma at this place and its the worst shawarma i have ever had. I was around the area for work and boy did i make a mistake ordering. Firstly, it took 17 mins for a shawarma wrap to get prepared, ok that gets a pass but then when i started to eat it i could only find the veggies coming with every bite. The meat/protein on the wrap was bare minimum. If i wanted to have veggies i would have gone to tims for a veggie wrap. Horrible! If u put in the protein like your other locations, u will not loose customers.

The food is amazing it’s fresh it’s delicious and the service the people behind the counter are absolutely wonderful very friendly delicious highly recommend and the price is excellent

This is as commerical as shwarama can get! Food is mediocre. Price is extremely high! I dont know if it is because this a newly opened location but the service was poor. As the guys behind the counter kept mixing up orders even though it was only myself and another lady waiting. Food is plentiful but I guess that's what you get when your meal is $19 for a chicken shwarama plate with a drink. Only thing that had me curious is the shwarama poutine! No garlic sauce. When asked and paid for additional hummus (which isnt included) u get one small table spoon of it. Not happy! Only will go back to gove the poutine a try.

Excellent quality, friendly staff and amazing place. I got the student special, chicken shawarma, fries and pop for 7.97. Unbeatable pricing!

Horrible horrible Shawarma. Actually a disgrace to actual Shawarma. They don’t even use the right sauces, which is what Shawarma is all about. Garlic and hot sauce both taste way too sweet. Chickens dried right out. $15 for a Chicken Shawarma plate? Never seen that before. They must be using their Tourist Niagara Falls prices at this location too. Was wondering what this place was all about with all the good reviews. Found out when I was there it’s because they give you a free drink in return for a 5 star review. That should not be allowed. Will not be back. I suggest you don’t waste your money like I did

First time trying Osmows and I can say I’m thoroughly impressed with the food quality and service. Great atmosphere to enjoy some delicious shawarma!

Went at lunch time on March 29,2019. Very stingy on the amount of food, and very expensive. There are many other Mediterranean places to eat in St. Catharines that load up your plate for less money and are way more delicious. Unfortunately, not going back to this place.

Pretty good shawarma and the staff are friendly. You may wait a while so order pick up. My fries and shawarma have also been colder a couple of times because they were sitting out from bigger batches.

Very comfortable inside. Great food. Finally a nice shawarma in the Niagara region. I love all types of shawarmas and this one is kind of a throwback to the old school osmows in streetsville. Keep up the good work. I’ll be back for sure. The hot sauce is legit:)

Waited over 40 minutes for an Osmows special wrap and a Philly Wrap. When I asked them about it 25 minutes into waiting I was told “the philly steak takes a bit to cook and there were others ordered before me so it’ll be another 10 minutes”. After another 15 minutes we got our food.
No apologies for the wait, no prior explanation that our food would take that long. Other people who came before us didn’t get their food until just before we did. Horrendous service and like the other one star reviews I will agree that this is not like a genuine Osmows at all.
In a flooded hospitality market it's going to be hard to stay afloat when your customer service is clearly not a priority. Would give 0 stars if I could, will not ever be back.

One of the worst overpriced meals and dining experiences ever! Ordered two chicken shawarma platters with greek salads that took more than 40 minutes to prepare. The meals were served in a styrofoam container rather than a plate as advertised on their menus. The store interior was extremely noisy. Staff were obviously challenged and uncoordinated. The meal itself was comprised mainly of rice with uninspired shawarma. The salad was poorly garnished and spiced. The first and last time for us!

I've been to many Osmows locations but this one in particular is by far the best one. Osmows has re branded and furnished this location to be very modern. Not your typical take out spot, very ideal for dine in as well! Staff are very accommodating and friendly!

This is the first time I've tried Osmow's, and I was not disappointed! Excellent food and service paired with very good pricing. Highly recommended!

Glad to find Mediterran take out with parking! Good service generous portions and fairly decent pricing. Babaganoush was served without a pita so we ate it with a spoon. It's authentic but not as good as Oasis's baba. Med spice is on the hot side but I know that's subjective. We got take out and our order was ready on time. Restaurant is very clean. Great veggie options. Will try again.
