Osmow's Shawarma

Ordered lamb on the rocks and it was totally dissatisfying, the lamb was not properly cooked. Had a terrible experience. This is the first time I am getting a bad experience from osmows

I regularly come here for the chicken shawarma poutine and have always had quick and friendly service.

I would go for a zero star.

Yesterday i ordered for one chicken shawarma and one beef shawarma. The worst experience ever. Due to new years eve they have not enough toppings or sauce. Instead of chicken and beef we got full of lettuce. The wrap is full stuffed with lettuce.

First time trying this place and it was not only delicious but quick and easy. Prices were reasonable too.

Good taste, normal price. Usually get the shawarma poutine. This time, I went to order a shawarma and was told that hummus on a shawarma is ‘extra’. 20 some years getting shawarmas in Windsor and was never charged extra for hummus. It actually made me laugh. Sort of like paying for ketchup or mustard on a hamburger. Aside from that joke… the workers hustle and food tastes great. They definitely need some fresh air exchange or fan change though.

Ordered Super, had less than half chicken than what other Osmows offer in their regular chicken shawrma, disappointed. Wrap was all empty.

Recently tried the beef shawarma wrap and really enjoyed it. The ingredients were fresh and I liked how spicy it tasted. Service was fast and the restaurant was very clean. Great place to stop by for a quick bite to eat.

Been going here since this location opened almost once a week, tonight went to car and opened order to find hardly any chicken on my chicken on the rocks was basically a bowl of rice with some sauce. Went back in and was told this is new policy one scoop chicken that's all so 15 dollars for rice and a bit of chicken. Lots of shawarma places close by, will take my money elsewhere.

Their meets and vegetables always fresh and clean. I love everything that I ordered. Staffs are very kind. Combination of garlic sauce and hot sauce perfect. Delicious.

Ordered something for delivery (took more than an hour for food to be prepared) and they forgot to pack the hummus (paid extra for it!) and charged $1 for a pita. The tabbouleh salad also has almost NO PARSLEY IN IT.

Food was delicious and decent size portions. Reasonably priced and nice staff. Would go back again. Chicken shawarma was full of flavour would highly recommend

First time at this location and I had a great meal. I had a chicken shawarma that I haven't had in a long time. I usually go to my buddy's shop in White Oaks but this place is just as good and closer to my house. Win win for me. (Only thing that they didn't have was pickled turnip: (but they do have pickles and turnips.) Awesome job and hard working staff at this location.

Love this food, they have different deals each day but there's a simple everyday deal chicken that's reasonable. Great place

A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The food is absolutely delicious and worth the price for the quality.

They make pretty decent food. The chicken on the rox is solid due to good sauce and rice. Their chicken is not my favourite though.a little dry to me, but the sauce makes up for it. I'd give them a 4*, BUT My biggest problem with this Osmows? - Don't go around touching my car and shoving your flyer in every possible crevice. This is a ridiculous way to advertise yourself. Feel free to drop off a bunch of flyers, but to go around and put it on everyone's car in the parking lots is annoying.

Worst over cooked and dry falafel I have ever had. Hummas is really loose and watery very little texture also no thick garlic. Very expansive as well.

Food was amazing but Caution with the level of your spice because their hot sauce just impressed me

I asked for “Mild” and it was the spiciest It could be.

Always a good experience when I go in, nice staff that always try to make my order the best it can be. The hot sauce is very spicy and made in house which is very nice. I would recommend this place! Personal favourite: chicken on the rox!

Food was good ambience could be improved.feels so close could feel the smoky odour of cooking food.
Bakalava was tasing good.chicken on rocks has a huge quantity too much for one to complete.

My Wife And myself both Agree this is our Favorite Restaurant! LOVE The Signature Garlic Sauce We Always get extra On All Our Food. My Wife Loves the Chicken shawarma Poutine (Addicted), , And I Love the Osmows Special Wrap the best, i think cause it has Pineapple. Great Staff!

Went here with my friends for lunch. We were blown away by how delicious the food was. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Would go here again!

Have had great service every time! Staff is super friendly and very helpful whenever I have questions about the menu. And of course the food is so delicious!

The platter and wrap were good, but the "salad" they served was quite ridiculous. Both times we've ordered. One star each time.

Not the worst food I’ve ever had but far from the greatest. The staff was friendly and the prices fair. The portions were generous but the taste was just not there.

Amazing place, delicious food, value for money. The best Shawarma i have ever had, and all the dishes in the menu are worth eating. They always serve fresh food. My personal favourite “ Chicken on the Rocks “. Just got addicted to it.

This new franchise has been getting great reviews but I was very disappointed. The hummus was the worst hummus I have ever had, was very gritty in texture and way too much tahini. The garlic sauce was not like any sauce served at any of the other shawarma places. The signature sauce is sweet and unpleasant.

Hummus and garlic sauce is an extra fee? That's crazy. They forgot the fries for my husbands meal so everything sat getting soggy and cold while we waited for the fries.

While the chicken seemed nicely cooked and fresh, the other components weren't gjood. Unfortunately we will not be returning anytime soon.

Very pleased with the service and food we received. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. This location is also very clean and well maintained, the service was also 10/10.100% would return and recommend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LOCATION! My boyfriend and roommates come here almost weekly to get the chicken in the roxs of half and half chicken! LOVE them! Always amazing and the staff rocks!

Amazing place for shwarma in London. I haven’t lately been to any other Mediterranean restaurant since osmows. Different varieties of food and their garlic sauce is completely next level.
Moreover friendly staff and very helpful towards explaining their recipes. Sometimes I find less employees but they still manage to give food in time. Amazing for people like me who prefer eating during their breaks here. My favourite is mixed on the rocks.

Best mediterranean food in town. Tried various dishes. I specially want to mention about "Beef on the rocks". Their garlic sauce enhances the food. Ambiance is good. Found a perfect spot for eating.
