Showed up here 6 mins before close and we had amazing service! Food was so good and so fresh! The service from Amarinder was great! Very nice guy. We thought he was the owner because he was taking such good care of the place

Food is good, please pay attention to details, i requested very little garlic sauce, and got the whole bottle in my wrap!

They now charge you for every topping you put on. Whether it's lettuce, tomato etc.absolutely pathetic. The amount you pay should include some vegetables. Wow.

Unfortunately, this location I ordered from gave me only 1 piece of tomato in my fattoush salad, even though the picture shows 10+ pieces. I've ordered from other ozmos before but never had this problem. The lettuce was also still stuck together in big chunks, instead of being broken up properly. The chunks of crispy bread chips were thicker and darker than usual. Very dissatisfied with the salad. The rice and beef was average. Nothing special, with a little fat to chew. No reason to come to this location again. I also regret tipping them 1 dollar on my 12.50 meal, as I was not happy with it. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have returned the salad for more tomatoes. Worst shawarma ever. The staff and atmosphere is nice, building is new and clean, but the food is awful.

Doesn’t matter what I ordered, everything was pathetic.
Wrap were undercooked.
No sauces or cheese on rice even when I paid extra for that.

Food is very good staff very helpful. Mess up my order but got a credit when I go back otherwise would of been all 5s

Honestly the lowest quality shawarma you can buy for the highest price. Dry chicken that has cartilage and bone in it. Expect some hard pieces when you come here. On top of that they charge you extra to get onions and other vegetables on your food. Stay away from osmows, literally any other shawarma place is a better choice. I paid 11 dollars for a horrible small chicken and rice and a can of pop and couldnt get some onions on it without paying extra.

Don't get half on rice and half on veggies
Because veggies means only carrots for them lol.
You can make gajar ka halwa the next day!

Ordered 2 super wraps paid extra for size but contained less meat less everything
Bread was tough meat looked like it went through a grinder and had no taste. Ordered a ceasar salad got a Greek with 3 little olives unreal.
No pride No culinary attributes just cheapness an out right insult to this

They got my last $44.00 from me today.

This is our second time trying and have not been disappointed. First time we just had chicken shawarma over rice.portion was massive and very tasty. This visit we got os boxes which is half rice and have salad. If you like spice like warm your belly spice you won’t be disappointed we only got mild this time and it still was warming. We do recommend getting extra of the creamy shawarma sauce but even normal sauce is good. Two of us ate for $32 which these days is typical fast food price (easily pay that for 2 subs just down the street form osmows). Highly recommend!

I walked in with my family. We weren't really sure what to order but the helpful staff behind the counter gave suggestions to us and we absolutely loved it. Thanks again!

I give this place too many chances and every time I get the Rox Clox Shawarma platter, it's got hard pieces in it. Please Osmows check for bones.

The food here is always above par in my experience. It gets 4 stars only because there are better shwarma places; but for a chain, it's quite good. The service here is excellent. The order is always correct in my experience, the staff is friendly, and the owner doesn't seem to just bark orders; he's helping make the food. The atmosphere is 4 stars because it is a chain and therefore lacks uniqueness. It is clean and uncluttered.

I had a good experience here. It was my first time, and the woman helping me was so kind, she explained the whole menu. I got the chicken with half rice half veggies, very delicious. She did warn me that the sauce was spicy, I went for mild but it was definitely spicer than I anticipated.

An hour to prepare already prepared food sitting under heating lamps just for it to arrive at my door COLD I had ordered extra garlic sauces At 85 cents per extra sauce.somehow this was interrupted as dump a whole container of sauce directly on my meal c'mon I obviously wanted the sauce for something else, so now I can't even reheat my meal and the galic sauce spilled out of my shawarma meal container is dripped over every item I ordered in the bag, I did ask for onions in my meal but you could have sliced/ chopped them instead of putting them in whole the rice (rocks) was under cooked. The french fries were warm at least.but if french fries (stix) is the best part of a meal you've got some issues.all of this speaks to pure laziness.if reinstating the delivery fee would help ensure quality and care? Please by all means reinstate it.because free delivery of of a ruined meal isn't worth it.

The punjabi girl was cute and chubby like flower she serve with love and great taste lucky to have food there.

Please Don't go there, i ate a shawarma and chicken with rice, and got sick for 4 days and also vomited the whole night, i would say 0 stars if they had the option

Typing this from the porcelain throne that I haven’t been able to get off of since I ate shawarma from this location. Between sweating, vomiting & the violent bouts of evacuation from my back end, with cramps worse than labour pains, it is safe to assume I have food poisoning. Gotta watch out even restaurants are cutting corners to save in food costs! Not cool.

I never write reviews but I was so disappointed in the service and food today. I’ve been going to osmows for a while but lately they have been getting more and more stingy on their food. I ordered two super osmows chicken swarms wraps today. I got home and their was hardly any chicken in the wrap. The toppings were less to none. Their were 4 employees there and it took forever to get the food. The girl behind the counter was sooooo slow. Like she couldn’t Be bothered. The employees would rather talk amongst each other then get any food orders out. Oh and the chicken that was actually in the wrap had ridiculous amount of fat that I was spitting out. I’ve had two other bad experiences there but I went back and this is by far the worse.don’t waste your money. Not worth it anymore. Portions getting smaller and smaller for the price you pay and service getting worse and worse. Never again for me. Should have listened to my gut and went to Mucho Burrito next door.

5 stars for sure, amazing food, and service. The food was delicious and fills you to the top. I recommend getting food from here if you are ever hurngy this is the go to place!

Most Osmows are pretty good except this one unfortunately. Small portions and high prices. Container has copious amounts of rice and very little meat. Food is unseasoned. Rice is chewy and not soft. Try another location.

Been coming here sense the open her last year, they by far make the best chicken on the rocks! Always top it off with tomato just like how I want

Good flavor of chicken but they had chicken in the container which was a little dry, i still like it, if the chicken was freshly sliced that would be really nice.

Very clean and organized. Amazing service and friendly staff. Quality of wraps and platters is really good. Highly recommend.

I have had multiple issues with this location of Osmows. My orders have been wrong, I asked for Green olives instead of black and garlic sauce instead of Greek dressing on my salad was in the notes of Door Dash, they clearly didn't read my notes as they sent No dressing and Black olives. I even got burned once they sent us Grilled Veggies with a ton of Greese in them in a cardboard like container, it leaked all over the paper bag and when I went to take it out I burned my hand. They did replace it as the owner seemed sympathetic but then when they brought the replacement it was wrong again. This restaurant needs to read orders better for accuracy reasons. A simple mistake can cost someone their life due to allergies. The counter employees should always read the orders double check them before sending them out. It's frustrating when Door dash won't do anything even when I have pictures because of a previous issue with the restaurant and now I'm out the money for the food. I will NEVER order from them again and its truly sad because the owner seems like a nice person but the employees need to take their jobs more seriously.

I tried their chicken shawarma last Saturday and the shawarma was really good and the taste was delicious.

This place was great and have amazing customer service, they helped me pick out what I wanted to eat and everything. Definitely recommend.

I tried Sunday's special Chicken Kaboob from Woodstocklocation. It was the best platter i ever ate. It was pretty big platter with lots of Chicken. Loved it. We will go there again
