Osmow's Shawarma

The shawarma wraps are delicious! I like that they have a choice of many spice levels. Very Spicy is actually very spicy lol. They are open till 2 AM which is fantastic for midnight snackers with limited options around that time.

The experience was disappointing as the food arrived icy cold after a lengthy 1.5-hour wait. Regrettably, both my friend and I suffered upset stomachs after consuming it. We won't be ordering from there again and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

I have a good experience with Osmow’s today where I met this guy karim on the counter who is very polite and took my order smoothly and deliver the food exactly what I ordered and on time.

Recently i bought shorma from here was very delicious in such a good price keep it up guys

Ordered a large Chicken on the rocks and a chicken Osmow Box with rice and Greek salad tonight, both with garlic sauce and medium hot sauce. When I got home the Osmow Box meal had no sauces on any of it.

Wrap fell apart on the first few bites, fries were overcooked and were more like potato chips.

Horrible customer service from both girl and guy.emailed them as per response twice over a month ago no response.

We had a junior lamb wrap and poutine, not to mention customer service is very good and too many options for Mediterranean food lovers. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I had one of the best flafal wrap. The customer service was commendable specially Kamini she was good and she helped me out throughout choosing the toppings and it was scrumptious. Great job team Osmow’s

Hot sauce is very good, I recommend it. The manager was very polite. Very well managed restaurant.

Hands down the best shawarma place in the city. You just cannot go wrong with their chicken on rocks and lamb shawarma! The quantity is insane too! Quick and quality service m. Definitely recommend for all my gym fam out there too!

Worst shawarma ive had in my life.rice was hard.chicken was cooked fresh but was tough/overcooked.took 25 minutes.horrible.just go to lazeez

I’m giving a five star because I was having a really bad day and I don’t know I guess these guys saw it. I ordered a Shawarma wrap little spice and a beef on the rocks and these guys freaking loaded me hard-core even after I didn’t give them a tip (I don’t tip at establishment like

Five stars even though I accidentally ordered it too spicy. That was my fault. They had amazing service and the food did taste good before it burned my mouth.

The food is amazing and the staff is also really nice. The manager in the afternoon, I think Kiran? She was very helpful and other employees too helped us choose items. Loved it will go there everytime I crave shawarma.

I tried philly chicken ozbox and it was very good, delicious and the sauces are very good. Chicken was so crispy and juicy, spicy as well for indians to try. Kamini the manager was very good, helpful and very kind as she helped me out with this ozbox as it was my first time visiting the osmow's. Great service. Well cooked chicken.

Absolutely unhappy n disgusted. Tiny portions for prices, made very sloppily. Crazy overtly spicy. I want my money back!

Got a "super" falafel today. It had less toppings than the regular size falafel. So it was just a ton of dry tasteless pita. Not so super. I'd hoped getting the larger one would mean they'd actually fill it with more veggie toppings but instead I just got the same amount of (overcooked) falafels and even less veggies. Waste of $

This place is off the hook we got the combo for two. We had 2 meals out of it.

My wife and I ordered chicken on the sticks and chicken on the rocks. Her dish came with a dead fly in her rice and my dish came with someone else's much much darker beard hair.

There's no way this kitchen is clean in the slightest.

Save your money and go elsewhere PLEASE.

This is one of my favourite places to get take-out, and that likely won’t change…

But there are some things they really need to work on. I think it starts on a pretty basic service level; making sure they speak loudly and interpret orders correctly, on the phone and in person.

The reason I point this out is because when I made a pickup order I asked for one dish to have “medium” sauce, and the other “on the side. ” Unfortunately, they understood “on the side” as “suicide, ” which is what they used to call their most intense hot sauce.

I’m on the phone frequently through my day, so I’m confident what I said was loud and clear. And when they didn’t second guess it, I assumed we were all on the same page.

That being said, we ate it, and although it was challenging, I managed to get it down lol.

The reason I bring this up in a review now is that things like this have happened more than once, and it’s a bit irritating. This time it was the wrong level of hot sauce, last time it was forgetting a part of the order, the time before that they were unable to serve fries. Each time, I didn’t bother complaining. I just hope they can do better, because like I said, this is one of my favourite places for takeout:)

I will not visit ever again in this Kitchener location.
If I want to eat this again, I will go pick it up in any one of the GTA locations.
Customer service is worst and quantity is the smallest than any other locations where I've been visited in GTA and meat is too dry and hard. Not edible.

The Shawarma wrap here is really good. A must try, but if you are a person who cannot handle a lot of spice then make sure to add the spiciness a level below than your usual.

Have been to this location, a few times now and have talked with a few staff members, they are all very polite and helpful. The person who is working around 10: 00pm here is very nice and quite efficient. Kudos to your team. We will definitely be back.

Not bad, but I got a chicken bone in my shawarma. This kind of freaked me out. The pita was yummy though!

I was a regular customer for osmos fairview location and I always had shwarma with them but today they lost me as a customer. I ordered 4 large chicken on the rocks and all of them were short of their garlic sauce. Their rice were not at all fresh and they tasted odd in the shwarma. The chicken was also very hard and most of it was burnt and did not tasted good. I ordered the shwarma's as a gift for my friend as it was his birthday and when we had the shwarma the mood was off immediately. The staff was unapologetic and they were ready to argue instead of giving a solution!

Worst shawarma wrap i ever had. Chicken wasn't fresh had smell in it and so was pita, it was all cracking up must be expired. Upset my stomach. Avoid this place guys spend ur money somewhere else

This location is horrible. I have tried to order here 5 times now and everytime they are conveniently out of veggies. It would be fine if they did not sell veggies but yet they still advertise the shawarma on veggies. All 5 times the staff has been unapologetic and lost our service everytime. If you don't have veggies then don't advertise them! Huge thumbs down from me.

Ordered a shwarma and a falafel wrap. The wraps here were not made towards osmows standards. The regular wraps were only 2/3 full and the chicken shwarma wrap had olives in it which was not part of the order. Lack of sauce and sauce distribution all the hot sauce was located in one area.
I love the osmows selection of foods so it was disappointing to have an experience that fell short of the usual quality osmows provides.

Ordered beef shawarma and didn’t like it at all. The beef tasted bland and the portions are quite smaller than other shawarma places.the salad was good though. The place is clean and the service is fast.

I frequent Osmows for shawarma and couldn’t be happier with the service and consistency of the food. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Not halal and not authentic at all. I am Indian and this place is basically an Indian attempt at Mediterranean food. It is completely off. I came here to eat Mediterranean food not a bad Indian attempt at Mediterranean food. If I want to eat Indian food I go to Indian restaurants.

2 stars for food. Food was good. But considering situation when all other places are covering food as properly as possible this one failed. Food was in big paper bag and was closed off in the middle and open from other sides and food was exposed. This is okay for pickups but not deliveries. Wish it was in plastic bag.

Great customer service, I ordered chicken on the rocks. They made this food item from their heart, That’s why food was very tasty. This place become my favourite place for eating chicken? In addition store was very neat and clean.

The quality of the food was low.
I went at 9pm maybe thats why they gave me half cooked rice and half fried fries because they close at 10
Whatever the reason is, I would say they aren’t keeping up with Osmow’s food quality.
Never visiting this location again

Fantastic customer service more over they made fresh meat i am very impressed with this. I order one large philly chicken on rocks that was amazing.quality of rice and chicken was superb for few seconds i was like i am in heaven of. I ate osmows from many locations but this location is best. More over i will give 5 stars for cleanliness and guys workin over there are very polite. I will suggest people to try this location for once and they will get to know how good this location is.

Ordered off uber eats a couple of times and each time they would get my order wrong, they do NOT follow any order instructions that you ask for. They make the food the way they want and not for what you want, even if you pay extra money for something. If you ask for no spice, they will make its so spicy you can't eat it, you ask for very spicy and they don't put anything on it, how does that make sense? I will definitely not be ordering from this location ever again. I'm very disappointed that this is how the staff at this location treats customers orders.

Ordered from uber eats today and a huge piece of plastic was inside my food? Almost ate it, this is disturbing and disgusting, incredible how a place that serves food doesn't see plastic like this inside the food, what wouldve happened if i ate that? Half way through my food too, cant believe it

I loved the rice you guys offer. And especially the available option of getting it really spicy

Guy got 3 people's orders wrong within 10 minutes, noone was wearing their face masks properly, then he incorrectly shows me the different wrap sizes and I walk out with this soggy 3 lbs brick that's leaking sauce through the bag and is impossible to eat.
