The food is great but the service is bad! The cashier have No manners! I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she shouldn’t be raising her voice towards the costumers when asking questions. This happened aug 23,2023 around 11: 50am-12nn.

The place is nice, they offer great service. The food is great, and have fast time making the food.

Terrible service. They mixed up my order and tried to blame it on me. I asked for a beef wrap and they gave me chicken they fought with me and refused to give me my proper order. They talked to me so disrespectfully. Very unimpressed.

I had an incredible experience dining at Osmows. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with cozy lighting and tasteful decor. The service was impeccable - our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations, and the entire staff made us feel like valued guests.

And the food.wow. Everything we tried was outstanding, from the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts.presentation was beautiful. I especially loved the chicken on the rice, which was a unique and delicious take on a classic.

Some guy with half beard had airpods on and was singing and shouting like a mad man. Came here for lunch with my friend but literally ended up having my mood ruined. Very unprofessional staff, don’t understand how this place has 4 stars rating.

The food made me feel sick after I ate it. The falafels were literally black and tasted so burnt. I specifically told them I wanted no turnips in the chicken shawarma and they put turnips. The fries tasted horrible, not to mention all the food was cold. This definitely ruined my experience with Osmows. Definitely not ordering from them again

I use to like osmoses now I am not going again there quantity is so small and price is very expensive.

Not a great experience. Ordered 2 Philly steak on the stix and chicken on the roc. Ordered for pick up. Arrived and picked it up and when we got home it was missing the chicken dinner. Called 5 times and finally spoke to the staff. I was told I can come back if I wanted to. Drive back picked up the dinner they missed. By the time I got back the other 2 dinners were cold. That’s ok because the Also messed up the Philly steak order as well, it was chicken. This was our first and last order. Gentleman on the phone never even apologized. Save your time and hard earned money, other locations are great. The Whitby location needs lessons in customer service and accuracy!

Friendly service and a welcome environment with lots of menu choices and the ability to customize. The smell alone walking by makes you hungry! The shawarma was fantastic!

Ordered two beef koftas and what I got was rice and salad for $25! Barely any meat, which was dry, but I guess you are supposed to fill up on saucy rice and salad. If I wanted vegetarian I would have ordered it and paid much less.

I ordered a beef shawarma and I bit into a bread clip worst experience ever! It was my first time visit.i could of gotten hurt I’m never eating there again. I’m so disgusted.never again.

I placed an order for their new lamb option on Uber eats. I bought the lamb on veggies. It's $16+ and then all the Uber eats fees coming to about $25. For the quantity it was definitely worth it. The lamb is delicious and the veggies were grilled/sauteed thoroughly. Usually Uber eats orders are done with little care but Osmows on Garden st made a bomb lamb on veggies.

Was wondering why the Whitby Osmows had fewer reviews than Oshawa Osmows until I ordered from the Whitby location. The chicken on rocks was disappointing. It was dry and not flavorful. They need to add more garlic sauce.
Yet to find something as good as Lazeez on Steeles/Don mills.

Drove to Montreal and back today with my colleague (Sept 9,2021) and we were both starving. We didn't want any fast food hamburger, chicken or pizza joint so on our way home we searched for Shawarma Restaurants and found this Osmow's in Whitby on Garden st. North open late. Once we arrived we were able to order quickly. 2 simple Chicken on the rocks. Left the store and ate outside on top of my pick up truck's tailgate. WHAT A HUGE MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT! First of all, the food wasn't even warm it was barely room temperature when I opened the take away container (30 seconds max from when it was packed). There was very little of the white sauce and not only was the chicken so dry it was hard, so you can imagine how hard it was to chew. Every time I took a bit it felt like it was biting into bone only to realize the chicken was so badly overcooked that it was hard/crispy. As for the taste, I've had this dish before but from my go to place LaZeez in Brampton, but this didn't remotely taste anything like lazeez's Chicken on the Rocks. Is this a one off from this location? I truly don't know as I don't eat enough Chicken on the rocks from Osmows. Will I come back again? Definitely not! Do I recommend this location? Definitely NO! Do I recommend Osmow's? That I can't comment on based on one dish. Will I try them again? Probably not as I hate being disappointed when it comes to food! Now I go to bed hungry! What a waste! Thank you Osmow's!

We usually purchased a chicken wrap lately once a week, very tasty and fresh ingredients. We had an issue the previous week that it was just a bit dryer than usual, we mentioned it to them and the cook made sure it was noted and corrected. When businesses take issues constructively and take that little extra time to correct the issue means the world to that customer. Great job to the chef and to the Whitby Osmow's location.

This is my first review, but not the first visit. They are amazing and serve you the best. Their customer service is amazing. I always go to the Osmos when don’t know what to eat. Because they offer you delicious.

It should be against store policy to serve such stale dry fries that have been sitting for hours. What a disappointment. Another location I’ll have to avoid going to for terrible food quality. Very rare to come across a location that strives to serve you fresh food.

The last few times I have eaten here I’ve been so disappointed. Chicken is extremely dry, missing ingredients ordered and minimal to no sauce. Such a. Busy place so staff are rushed and never wrap it properly, it’s like eating a taco instead of a wrap. Won’t be back unfortunately

This is second time I am buying Wraps that has nothing in them but lattice and a small piece of tomato, no garlic sauce and no other sauce although I ordered many other stuff, basically not wrap just pita, beaf and lattice.

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered a chicken poutine for delivery and the whole poutine was cold. The fries weren't cooked long enough which made them hard to bite into it, the chicken was cold and the gravy was cold which was very surprising because it got delivered within 15 minutes of me ordering. I'm usually very pleased with Osmows but I've always had something wrong with my order at this location. It's unfortunate spending money on something that isn't what you're expecting.

Osmow's is one of my favourite restaurants. Been going to the on by my work for a few years now and the one in Pickering. Recently moved out to Whitby and tried the one here.

I ordered two Chicken Shawarmas on the Rocks and opening the box I noticed one had half the meat and sauce compared to the other box. We ended up dividing the meat evenly between the two and started eating. About a third of the meat was hard as a rock and was like old dehydrated chicken that was reheated. It was also not as tasty as other locations.

I will not be going back to this location.
