Today, I ordered half chicken shawarma and half fries from here. Last time also I got the same experience. So I thought of sharing it here with some pics. Is this half and half. Got half of fries and the chicken? Less than 1/4. I know that osmows shawarma is a big franchise, and you will be looking for great profit. But try not to be this much greedy because we are also paying some bucks here. Consider that, too.

If anyone says that, I ate the rest of the chicken. I can send you the full video as well.

I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Poutine Large.and the fries felt like they were cooked last night the chicken was also very stale. I also asked for little spice there was zero spice! Clearly they gave me leftovers! I always order from here and gave them 5 star on UberEats but I am very disappointed that they fail to deliver quality food. We order with our hard earned money, please do not give us rotten/leftover food, especially on a Sunday!

First time trying Osmow’s after newly moving 4mins away from the location and I can honestly say the Osmow’s is one of the few places left that the value of the food EXCEEDS the price! I ordered the Half & Half Chicken + pop and I paid 15-ish CAD$ but my oh my.the portioning is very generous! The tall south East Asian brother working at the counter is friendly, efficient, and works FAST! I’m very impressed!
The place is clean and in order which is very nice to see specially when you’re located in downtown. First time here and definitely will not be my last!

First time trying this chain. Didn't find the chicken shawarma sandwich to be anything unique or that stood out. Ive tried tons of shawarma places over the years. Probably won't be returning or recommending.

It’s been third time back to back in 2 weeks they don’t have beyond the meat. Every time we ask them and they refuse smilingly. This attitude is not good.

Overall good tasting food but poor quality meat and not the best staff. Really only good to eat when coming back from the bar and their potions are all screwed up.

Only giving this restaurant one-star because it won't let me put 0 Stars. Ordered a $14 shawarma plate consisted of rice chicken and some really gross sauce not worth the money because I ate five bites and threw it out. Sadly, there was no hummus offered. I should have walked out at that point and went elsewhere. It also came with a salad that was mixed in a bowl with somebody else's pre-existing mixed salad. I'm not a health inspector, but I feel like this was very poor practice. Definitely would not recommend anyone and would not go back

Amazing customer service, Amazing food, perfect example was tonight when the Osmow's employee waited at the store for almost over an HOUR after the store closed.
To the employee: I heavily apologize for the poor delivery app we used, you're honestly an extremely amazing person and I will ensure to promote this place to others

Osmows, more like OsBRO’s! These guys know how to make saucy beautiful foods that make me feel guiltily satisfied, and mildly concerned about the state of my rectum in the morning; but it’s worth it 100%

The food here is absolutely incredible. I love Mediterranean and shawarma, but this place has a really unique sauce that takes it to a new level. I would definitely recommend trying it out! Also, Bilal was extremely friendly and provided great service.

Awesome food especially chicken on rox and great staff. The supervisor Paras is great and knows how to deal with customers and perfect coordination between staff. Bilal sir is also awesome.

Worst delivery I ever had on skip the dishes! The sharwama was disgusting and the ceaser salad had shredded lettuce and way to much sauce! Gross

My desire for shawarma is fulfilled here! I am glad this store is opened in London and it's worth for students as they have student special which is worth!

We had chicken in the rocks, as well as the half and half beef which is half rice and half fries and the beef served on top. They were both delicious. The gaff were very friendly and attentive. Bilal in particular made it a pout to check in with us and make sure we were enjoying our meal. The establishment is very clean and bright. We were visiting London, and have dined at many many Osmows franchise locations all over the GTA but I have to say this was my favorite location.

Guy doesn’t how to put on sauce, it’s 50% sauce and the other 50% was the food.

Overall guy just needs to figure it out

Terrible. Over an hour to have my food delivered. My baclava was hard and dry and I paid for 2 pieces and got one. Shawarma was mediocre. I called to ask about the rest of my order and was told to call skip the dish.no thanks. I won't be ordering from here again.

This place was very good. Get the chicken shawarma platter it was very delicious 10/10 would recommend

My go-to in Mississauga since I was 16 and so glad there is one in London, now! Only thing I can complain about is the skimping on sauce by a couple particular staff members. Please be more generous with sauce, or ask if it is enough!

We were so excited hear Osmow’s came London. Our home town has an Osmow’s. These guys are great! Good food and customer service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! I came here today after my friend told me about this. It was worth my time and money. Possibly one of the best restaurants in London.

I have never heard of this chain before. But it recently opened near me and thought I'd give it a chance. It is now officially my new favourite Shawarma place! Great flavour and the chicken was not dry at all which I find common in other places around the city. Also, I got the Suicide level of heat and I must say the warning sign was serious. I generally eat habanero hot sauces without much issue but I was certainly feeling the heat as they loaded it with their hot sauce. Will be doing Extra Hot next time.
I will be coming here regularly for sure.

Amazing location with great decor and the owner is really friendly. The shawarmas are amazing and there is a great student combo.

At first i was really excited to see them open a location in London, i used to be a regular when i lived in the GTA. However my experience was far from that in the GTA. I ordered two regular chicken shawarmas only to get two salad and sauce sandwiches w bits of chewy chicken here and there. I’m extremely disappointed, it would be tough for me to go back.

The same taste from GTA. One of the fast food restaurants we've been missing since moving from GTA has finally opened in London. Shawarma on the rock is one of our favorites. (Covered in creamy sauce.)
