Osmow's Shawarma

Ate here yesterday. Portions are small for the price, food was lukewarm, and the Mixed on the Rocks was missing onions and tomatoes. The beef was mostly fat rubbery grizzle that tastes like it's been reheated several times.
If you get a wrap it is 90% sauce and will be a soggy inedible mess that disintegrates within the 5 minutes it takes to get home to eat it. We had to eat ours with a fork.
This place is no longer worth coming to for the prices they charge and the quality you receive.

This isn't even shawarma. Get this trash franchise out of Ottawa because we BEEN had good shawarma here. If you go here trying to get a shawarma, you'll be disappointed. Osmow some Toronto franchise thinking they can make a mark in Ottawa; only desperate people get this.

Awesome awesome! Had a big catering order to place and they went above and beyond. Had a call with the owner to confirm everything and prices and the staff came out to the car to help carry it all. Food was great and everyone was happy. Can't recommend enough - never underestimate friendly service!

This Osmow’s is a lot better than other Ottawa locations in my opinion. Pretty good, would have it again.

Worst shawarma we ever had. Too spicy, small portion, could not tell what meat was used even though it was supposed to be chicken. Could not eat more than a couple of bites. Hope we won't be sick.

Very nice a fresh food. Good quality and quantity. Great service. Overall very friendly and nice.

Spicy sauce was nice addition for sure but sadly disappointed today
Asked for Greek salad with beef and chicken…. Got a bit of shredded lettuce with a couple cucumbers (Greek salad)
meat (chicken/beef) was dry and smothered in sauce. Not worth the money at all. The three stars was for the staff who where busy yet extremely polite.

I got the rice on the rocks. Its amazing and customer service was amazing. HON WAS GREAT. THANK YOU

Spent $30 on dinner tonight for a Fattoush salads this is what we each got. Total waste of money.

Spent $50 on this order only to be disappointed. We got the falafel and beyond meat wraps. The falafel wrap was okay, but the beyond meat wrap tasted kinda sour. Not sure what spices they used when cooking the beyond meat but they used way too much. Not tasty at all.

First time Osmow customers last week, food was delicious and the price was right. I got the level of spicy I need. The service was even better, as the staff was very polite and patient with us, answering questions and explaining everything. We will definitely be return customers! Yummy!

I had really high hopes for this restaurant and I was very disappointed. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap trio. Everything about the wrap was off - I asked for garlic sauce and I paid 0.75$ for extra garlic and the sauce was tahini. I asked for extra turnips and there were barely any. And more importantly, there was barely any chicken in the sandwich. It was mostly bread, and the chicken was not in pieces, but in what I can describe as crumbs. Super annoyed that I paid what I did and ended up dissatisfied.
The drink choices were limited as well.
I didn't want to bother the employees as I waited over 15 min for my order to be ready, and they already seemed very flustered.

I always go to woodroffe or dalhousie Osmows
Went to this one today and regret. They are not putting proper stuff on meals. Ordered chicken on the rocks and it comes with sauces garlic and tahini on it
But when i got it. There were very less sauces on my meal. Taste was not good because of less sauce
Note for owner - please tell your employees to put proper stuff on meals…

First time and last time buying. I got the Beef Saj combo around 4: 40 pm on Monday, December 5 2022. The sandwich was good until I finished it, right away my stomach started hurting but I decided to ignore it, it’s now 1: 42 am and i’ve went to the bathroom like 6 times and my stomach still hurts. Never buying from here again.

Omg I had the salad with chicken it was amazing! And the customer service was phenomenal I recommend this place to anybody.

Just save yourself the hassle and order from the college square location. Have used ubereats twice to order from this location and have been disappointed each time. Just waited over an hour for my order, was cold by the time it arrived, and they barely put any sauce on it. Literally came with a *dot* of the hot sauce I ordered. Love other locations of Osmows in the city, but this one should be avoided.

The food is really good, and the staff is very nice. I highly recommend going here because every time I go there, I am satisfied.

They don’t know how to cook.
The shelves are completely covered so we wont be able to see how they are preparing our meal and what stuff they are adding until at the end.
Cashiers wont ask you about all the options and just assume it by themselves.
They do not provide complete stuff in the meal. I have tasted the food of osmows but this particular one is worst ever.

Delicious as expected. First visit to Osmows in Ottawa, I was not let down. Friendly staff, quick service. Ordered the chicken on rice and fries, added two pineapple slices. Blend of spices and sauce are unmatched. Best food in the mall.

Food is great, same as every location. But Service is so bad. Staff working specifically today was so slow and wasting awful amount of time with random chit chat where they could be moving there hands to pack orders. I wasted 30 mins of break to get my order and they had only 2 other orders ahead of me. They've better staff on other days. Really get a grip. Train your staff better.

Staff is amazing, always gets everything right and listens and explains nicely if you or your friends have any questions. Food is delicious, recommend 10/10

Not a big Osmow’s fan but the way they make it definitely makes their meals better than any other in the food court

Very bad food and staff. I ordered chicken-beef salad. The chicken and beef mixed with high quantity of onions and sauce on other words, no meat or chicken with the salad. I told them at the restaurant I am not satisfied, they said you are the first one say that. The place is not clean at all.

Very friendly staff and service is on point. I usually don’t write reviews but the service was so good that it would be wrong if i hadn’t.

I really liked the service of osmos bayshore it was so quick and amazing and especially the service of Sharon he’s always greeting me with a smile It definitely makes me want to come back and order food at this great restaurant

For a person like me who's got a wide range of experience living around the restaurant business I was overly impressed with this place. Often chains and franchises run on standard operational levels. These guys go out of their way to listen to their customers. On top of having delicious food, from the chicken, to lamb. There platters with great tahani ranch flavoured sauces and sandwiches that make you look forward to going back.

I have never been approached by a restaurant manager in the food court of a mall and ask how you are liking our food, and what can we do to make this better for you and us? This amazed me! On top of their food

Great customer service, all the workers are helpful and kind.ordered shawarma, half and half which was great.

Ordered mild and after a wait of several minutes they gave me spicy.
Terrible service.
