Osmow's Shawarma

I went to pick up several times here. Customer service totally negative. There was a one lady, her behavior and language is totally disrespectful. Please be kind to all human.

Their food is really good. This is my everyday lunch.and the lady who serves me is awesome.

I’ve been to several and this is the worse one. My wife and I both ordered chicken shawarmas and found the chicken to be very hard and dry and the meals we got lacked a lot of flavour. Will not be visiting this location again.

Easily my favourite shawarma spot. The atmosphere is as good as the food. They always have clean dining area, they are the most welcomeing staff.

I tried this place once and decided never to come back.i ordered falafel and chicken with veggies.the falafel were so hard and the chicken was dry.the veggies were from a frozen plastic bag.i was not happy with the food at all and the service

I've gone here a bunch of times and ordered the chicken shawarma platter and that's enough food for both my wife and myself to share. It has always always come in two boxes (rice and chicken then side salad). Tonight they put my order together and there was only one box, which I questioned. And they said that's just how it comes now, and the box has a divider up the middle to separate the salad from rice. But now it's the same size as the "every day special". So I paid 5$ extra for less food than normal.

I'm not sure if it was an off night, they got my order wrong, or they've decided to cheap out on portions and keep the prices the same? Not happy with the result regardless.

They don't even care cutting the salad, if they have tomatoes or cucumbers they will start giving you without chopping them. See the size man

Do not waste your time at this Osmos as do not accept the SPC loyalty card nor do they accept Osmos own loyalty card. As per the rep the new system is designed like that while the Osmos at harmony and the one at Simcoe do accept the loyalty card

Customer service is the key for these guys and quality and quantity of the food is very good. Will recommend everyone to go there once

Had a platter today, they missed half of the stuff I ordered for (hummus, tzatziki, garlic sauce) but yet they added mayo without asking. I dont eat mayo so instantly the rice was garbage. I had to insist for minutes for them to add turnips and tabule, I mean why? ! Charge me extra (which they did) but why give me hell for wanting to add something to my meal.
Totally disgusting.

I really love osmows and the branches around Oshawa, recently I visited this branch and I saw a female staff member, I think her name is Komal. She's so rude and has a don't care attitude. She never makes the food to proportion and is always stingy with the extra garlic paste even when it's paid for.

I usually visit my nearest branch but I was in the area on Monday so I decided to visit the Brooklyn branch.

The food did not match Osmows standards. I was really disappointed by the service and food preparation from the girl in glasses and a cap. The food was inedible, no cheese or garlic paste was there and the quantity given for the price btracket I ordered for was extremely low.

I've never seen such bad food being served at Osmows before. Kindly look into this and the employee responsible.

Really Disappointed with the service today! The staff was very rude especially the young lady working there on May15th around 9pm. We ordered 2 Philly chicken plates and when we got home we realized that they hadn’t made a Philly chicken as there was no sauces except for hot sauce.
When we called them and try to explain them that we got the wrong order, they actually retaliated and said “ this how Philly chicken is made”, we have been going to other Osmows locations since the last 3 years and have never had an issue. Either way, we asked them if they wanted this food back and can come to replace it. But they said they don’t want it back but will give us a replacement.
We went there again to pick up and the young lady behind the counter made us feel very uncomfortable and argued with us while disregarding her managers orders again and again.
We didn’t want to create a scene as there were other customers so we requested for the owner’s number to talk to him how his customers are being treated and her last comments were “please do call the owner” as if she was not scared of anything or anyone. We are never going to go back to this location again.

My favourite meal is the chicken on the rocks! It is a very creative and delicious type of food

Nothing beats service with a smile from a friendly staff. Food is great! For a small community like Brooklin it’s great to have delicious shawarma options nearby! It won’t be long before I’m back again!

I'm so disappointed in this location. I eat Osmow's regularly at several other locations. This location is EXTREMELY slow and staff are actually quite rude. Staff seems to have little to no idea what they are doing and most speak little to no English. Quality of food is also below par compared to other locations. Will do my best to try and avoid this location.

Ordered 2 medium chicken on the rocks, portion sizes were ridiculously small, doesn't even fill half the medium box.barely any chicken, rice, or sauce. Will not be coming back, complete waste of money.

I just tried Osmow’s in Brooklin, the service was very polite and accommodating and the food was really good! I got the lamb shwarma with the spicy sauce, word of caution because I found it very hot but still tasty. Would recommend trying it!

Just moved to this area and this is my second time at this location and they have amazing staff. Also great food. Thank you guys.

Took 25 minutes for a wrap to be ready, tgrn they messed up my order. Guy wanted to charge me for humus, which middle eastern place charges extra for humus? On top of tge wrap was extremely dry. Not happy at all

Best shawarma restaurant in town! The taste of food is never disappointing, the amount is generous, the prices are competitive, very filling and absolutely family comfort food! Most importantly it’s 100% Halal! ️ thank you for your service, you guys are the best!
