The food is awful. I found old chunks of fries in my order which was not supposed to have fries. The meat tastes so odd. Super careless. They clearly don't care about how they serve the food.

They took 45 minutes to prepare the order through uber eats. The meat was cold.

Amazing food and staff. Amazing customer service. I ordered catering for 15 people. The staff including Akhil, bilal (I guess he is the manager) and other staff was very helpful. Very co operative

My first time ordering at this store and it didn’t disappoint. I ordered Chicken shawarma on the rocks with ceasar’s salad. Big serving and tastes really good, it’s so filling and I love it. We will be back again for sure.

Worst customer service.i placed my order online and went to the store to pick up my order, they gave me my order in paper bag then when i got home some of my order were missing.they took my money right away after i placed my order.i returned my order and ask for refund and the manager said its gonna take 5-7 business days.really?

A pretty gross meal experience. There are many shawarma options in London, so I don't think I'll willing be back here.

You don't get what you pay for here. I wanted the beef shawarma with fries - the special of the day, they said it'd be a long wait to make the beef but could sub in chicken, I said ok.when I got home realized they had given me the chicken & rice meal that was sitting out on the prep counter when I arrived.fool me once, not again. There are other more honest and delicious places in the city to get shawarma

Amazing Location very friendly staff and food always fantastic, if you haven't tried them yet, todays there celebration with discount prices, no reason to not try how great it is!

This is not shawarma. Awful tasting. How is this place even allowed to serve whatever that was? And call it shawarma?

My favorite from this place is this Chicken on the Rocks and I've been eating it for quite sometime now. I really like the staff too: they're very accomodating and especially this one staff name Mikaela, she's very friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone in London. Ok that's all, time to eat what I just ordered earlier hehe

The best shawarma in town! Everything is fresh in this branch. The portion and food quality are 10 out of 10. Plus wonderful customer service, especially Mika who was very helpful, friendly and fast. I’ll definitely come back again with my friends. ️

Our experience was great as the personnel were very friendly and accommodating and were able to deliver our orders quickly. The food itself was exceptional, with their signature "chicken on the rocks" being a product that excels in both quality and quantity.

Overall, amazing restaurant with affordable dishes. Would highly recommend this with my friends and family.

Food was terrible, fatoush “salad” only had lettuce and pita chips, falafels were pure mush and rice was bland. Waste of money when there are so many other places like this around that are authentic.

This restaurant drowned my lamb platter in their garlic (tastes like mayo) sauce making it not as tasty. They didn't ask my preference for this sauce before dumping half a bottle on it, and no trimmings offered for my platter until I asked. Going back to the locally owned place won't go here. Also no creamy garlic paste sauce like most other shawarma places. Hummus is watery.

Made me wait for literally 40 mins just for a shawarma, because owner and his family were dining in. They kept on ordering and priority were given to them while all other orders were on hold. Disappointed

I am extremely happy with the service provided by the employee Rigved. He was very professional and friendly, he has an amazing skill of retaining customers. All the interaction with him was positive and he is absolutely a great asset for this shop. I am here at London for a 2 weeks training and I decide to come to this restaurant just because of this gentlemen (eventhough I have numerous options).
