Osmow's Shawarma

Purchased a chicken on the rocks meal and as I’m standing ordering a cockroach falls from the ceiling lands on my head, falls off my head then runs across the counter and the lady just stood there and said nothing… very disgusted. Is this not a health issue?

It's my first time here in Simcoe location, trying the food, Chicken was of good quality and fresh as well as the staff is very friendly, polite and respectful.
I really like the service here and I recommend everyone to visit on this location.

Osmow's offers exceptional service and delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the portions are generous. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal.

I absolutely love this place. GOATs. Quality of food was a little compromised on Shawarma day.

Let me tell you this. If you finish eating and right after you fall asleep, that is when you know that the food was good. That's exactly what happened to me.

Always a good plate of food at Osmows, plus it's fun to try out their menu. Great platter options as well but I like how much garlic and tahini you can get too!

I am giving this restaurant 1 star not because of the food, but because of the service I recieved. I ordered a mixed platter, and was not informed of an upcharge for certain side options. Normally this wouldn't be an issue. However, after paying for my order with cash, the cashier audibly said "I'll just keep the change".

This isn't something that should ever be said, and I'm afraid I will always be taking my business elsewhere due to this.
