I ordered 2 lamb saj over the phone. The lady taking my order couldn’t understand what I was saying or maybe couldn’t hear me over the phone but after some explaining, I assumed she got my order. Went to pick up the order, both were wrong. They gave me chicken wraps that were mid tasting. Don’t recommend this location.

Real pity over thát middle eastern lady that doesn’t even have any eticates on how to speak with people. I asked for an extra garlic sauce and she turned away and said it is 1 dollar extra. And returned to seving other customers. If you don’t have any manners on how to work in Canada thẹn don’t come! Pathetic, she was there in the morning. That is what happens when u franchise. No education on how to deal with customers.

Loved your special for Shawarma day. Lines were long, but the service was great. Will be back.

Worst osmow i ever had, i bought chicken on the rocks and it has barely chicken on it. The rice was uncooked. Not recommended at all

Hi, shaki took order from me. She’s very nice and they deal calmly. They take care their customer in a well manner.

Ordered some food with NO SPICE (due allergies), 1st order came full of spice sauce. Contacted the delivery service, they asked a pictures as proof and they immediately re-ordered for me realizing the mistake.

Guess what? The 2nd order came. FULL of spice as well - last Osmow's order ever

Portions were half of other places, rice was undercooked and still grainy. Chicken was also a bit undercooked.
Furthermore, ordered a Osmow's Special Platter and it did not include all the ingredients.only had rice, chicken, onions and salad. Worst Osmow's I've been to.

First time ordering from this restaurant. I'm currently visiting Toronto for work.

I decided to order on uber eats. The SAJ beef Shawarma is a highly recommended. However, rhe 14$ falafel salad was not worth it, based on quantity. Something so cheap and convenient to make, why cheap out on customers with salad? Why not the meat?

I got 2 chicken on the Rox and one falafal on the Rox (order no 27559) and The girl (may be operator no. Was 101) who fulfilled the order was very unhygienic. She didn’t even change her gloves. She was preparing the order and was attending the phone at the same time. The salad was not at all fresh and the cucumbers were not sliced properl.the food was also cold. Totally unsatisfied with the service and food. Will never visit again.

I visited this place today 11th nov 21 I was there and I ask the lady to make a regular shawarma paid around 8$ something I ask her to add all vegetables she made it and give it to me when I open the bag she just put lettuce and tomatoes and put very little chicken and it was hard.very cheap lady. I will never go there again and never recommend this place big zero 0 customer service

Worst service they should not have run the 5$ deal. Ordered mild, got.my wrap doesn't have any veggies except lettuce and hot sauce.please don't run this promotion again and spoil your reputation

Food is good but they can't get an order right on Uber eats. Twice this week they sent hummus appetizers without pitas.

It was good and very friendly staff! Only complaint I have is for the money they don't provide you the same amount of food as other Schwarma places. Other places it's heaping the whole container. Here they fill it up half way. Need to heap the meat and fill it halfway with rice.

On national Shawarma day there regular size became more like small size.quantity was so less. Trying to fool customers. Also the rice was not cook properly.

I ordered at this location on 28 via Uber eats I had some issue with my order I called them one of the guy who was saying he is manager he was super rude and didn’t know how to talk to people he said complain where ever you want. Am so disappointed I never ever want to order from this location. I recommend every do not go there. Worst experience ever at this location.

The food absolutely nasty. Everything was just completely overloaded with sauce and the rice was hard. 0/10 do not recommend. I know everyone taste buds is fairly different. But the hype about this place is really overdone.

I love osmows in general, but I have to say this is probably one of the worst locations I have ever ordered from. The food is always dry here. I recommend you seek out a different location, especially if your trying it for the first time.

Ordered from here twice, both times order was missing drinks. Staff are rude and the food is gross. I don't know why I even gave this place a second chance. Never again.

Always forgetting things in orders especially for Uber eats always forget drinks and the food is always cold smells bad this restaurents needs to fix they’re workers very disappointing would not recommend eating there

The owner is the most sweetest and kindest lady in the franchise owning game. She puts care into her customers orders and does her best to have customers orders ready in a timely manner.

The meat and the rice smelled horrible. I almost got food poisoning. I've told the manager at the location and he said he doesnt care. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. DO NOT GO HERE! Dont play with your health

Well, we wanted to try this location but the rude employee behind the counter said we can't have anything on the grill because he cleaned it 30 minutes before closing. We walked out. Very bad first impression.

This place has changed, even just one year ago they served delicious food with large portions at a decent price. But now, they hiked up the price and my chicken on the roc tasted not so great. The garlic sauce was off and chicken was hard to chew as if they were serving 2-3 days old chicken. And worst of all the portion for large was laughable charging close to 15 dollsrs. Don't order food here, terrible experience and food.

I don’t like the taste. They put very less amount of quantity. Chicken is stale. Very very very disappointed. I ordered two times but the same happened the second time. I don’t recommend this osmow’s shawarma.

Great place the beef shawarma is so good no bad after taste or like burping feeling after eating the beef poutine is to die for. Dalia who serves the customers is very friendly this is my new go to Osmow's

It used to be a good osmow's but my last experience was horrible. Asked employee to well done my chicken again which they said that its already done. Maybe its because if change of staff. Will never visit this location again

Starting with paying 4.99$ more for extra chicken on medium size chicken on the rocks, wasn’t any more than they would put usually, i suppose. Definitely the worst osmows out there. Even after paying 0.85cents extra for more garlic sauce i could only taste hot sauce and since working in a kitchen for 5+ years myself, believe me that they have watered-down the garlic sauce which has basically no taste now. Also, some of the chicken was overcooked and burnt. Will never go here again.

This was the WORST experience I have had at Osmows. I asked for a large chicken on the stick and they gave me 20 fries with one scoop of chicken, besides the portion size the fries were cold and the chicken was chewy. I was surprised when i got home because usually the portions are amazing. I was still hungry after eating my BABY portion and I will never eat at Osmows again. This has forever turned me off Osmows and I will be eating at all the competitors because of this. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE, SAVE YOU MONEY!

TERRIBLE experience

The lady taking my order failed to tell me my options and told me I wanted rice, and on top of that, failed to dress my platter the way I asked.

I ordered a Fattoush salad and I got an order of 90% stale and dry lettuce.

I wasn't even asked what kind of sauces I wanted on my platter!

Just packed and here you go.

Can you imagine that? !

TERRIBLE. I can empathize with the collective struggles we are facing, but the pandemic is NO excuse for this kind of terrible service.

I HIGHLY recommend you take your hard earned money and go somewhere else other than this location!

I feel Kingston's Osmows giving a reasoble quantity and quality of rice and chicken for on the rox. Can improve the quantity here

I just went in an ordered Beyond the Meat on the rox and a small fries. While I was waiting, a gentleman came in furious while carrying his order complaining that he found a bandaid in his food and wanted a refund. That could've gone both ways but one of the staff members suddenly disappeared into the back kitchen. As I was picking up my order, the first forgot the garlic sauce, didn't put it into the bag with my other food. As I was carrying it, there was a hole in the fries box and all the sauce poured out. The hole looked like small bit marks, which wasn't comforting. As I opened my beyond the meat on the rox, it was fully covered in hot sauce and garlic sauce the way I like it, but into a few bites I noticed it was actually chicken. I don't understand how they can make such mistakes like this when I was the only person there waiting for my food. Very disappointed but I can say the owner is trying her best but I wouldn't go back to this location again.

Very rude staff, unwilling to fix my order they made a mistake on. I would never recommend this location. I called head office about this location and didnt get a reply. I will be following up with corporate.

I placed a takeout order for family dinner, and was greeted on phone by friendly crew. My order was correctly taken, and it was ready at the time I requested.

This restaurant is located in a busy commercial area, near other food joints. I found the facility to be clean, and the staff efficient. All the required safeguards are in place, due to COVID.

We enjoyed the food very much, as it was prepared according to the Osmow's standards.

Good food and mediocre service. I would come here again. I’ve been to other locations and out of all of them, this location is the best.

Had the chicken on the rocks. Was a little concerned by the amount of sauce they put on top but it blended into the food so well. Still felt a little too salty but all in all it was delicious. Would go back for sure.

Went at this location today. Rice were not good at all. Over watery. Garlic sauce taste extra sour as if too old. Wouldn’t go there anymore. Don’t recommend anyone.

The food is just like any other Osmow's - so it's good. There's parking available in the plaza so that's good too. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The washroom is absolutely stinky and is right next to the kitchen (facing the ordering area) so the place smelled really bad (food + bathroom smell) while we were lined up to order. They don't even bother to close the door. The attire of the people were dirty. So I doubt that cleanliness is something that they value. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and they don't even look at you when taking the order. They had advertised the Saturday special which was unavailable on a Saturday at 1PM. In summary, it's a dirty place if that matters to you. However, do keep an open mind to other Osmow's locations. Also, if you're in the area and is looking for Shawarma, there's a couple of other options right across the street from here as well.

I'm not usually one to write bad reviews after a bad experience, but I felt obligated to do so after my most recent one.

I've been coming to this Osmows location for over a year now as I work close by and occasionally drop in for lunch. The reason why I've been a customer for so long is because I've definitely had some good experiences here, though I unfortunately recall having more bad ones than good. The quality is inconsistent, and varies depending on who's working. Yes, some of the staff do a great job, but others show they don't care by displaying an attitude as if they don't want to be there, and don't put any care into the product they deliver.

I've had countless times where I order something and ask them to not put specific toppings on, but they do so anyway, making me inconveniently have to pick them off. Other times I've asked for certain toppings that cost an extra 75 cents each, but they never put them on my order even though I'm paying for them.

My most recent experience was by far the worst. I ordered a super shawarma with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper and extra garlic sauce. You'd think that order is easy enough to make right? I paid an extra $2.15 for the cucumber, pepper and extra garlic sauce on top of the $10 for the shawarma. On my shawarma all I got was lettuce, olives, a single cube of cucumber and a bite of chicken at the bottom. It was literally a lettuce sandwich, with olives I had to pick out for nearly $13. None of the toppings I paid extra for were on, and a topping I didn't want was put on.

They've officially lost my business as this was the last time I'm ever coming to this location. There's lots of good food places in the area, and I recommend exploring any of those options before coming here.

Get the chicken on a stick. Amazing. Garlic Sauce for days. It is what True Happiness is made out of.

First time at this restaurant and ordered a Shawarma and Shish Taouk with medium hot sauce. Both were OK but mediocre in taste until I hit the hot sauce which was way too hot, rendering the wraps inedible. I am quite accustom to hot spicy food and have been eating shawarma for years, this was ridiculous or an attempt by the staff to be funny. Will never return.
After writing this review, I see the same complaints about the hot sauce at this place. I guess management just doesn't care. It seems management did respond with a patronizing response like I am some newbie. It was not that you sauce was too spicy, it was that a ridiculous amount was put on. Don't treat me like I'm a fool when your staff either screwed up or are vindictive to the customers. I have eaten at your other locations with no problem.

Don't be surprised if you get stomach flu the very next morning of eating at Osmow's or you may have a very good immune system

Unsafe food practice. They have two grills side by side. One grill with cooked chicken and the other with raw chicken. They used the same spatula for cooked and uncooked chicken. I told the manager about error in food handling but he said they don't use the same spatula. The manager wouldn't give me a refund and my food wasn't even on the plate yet. I didn't want to cause a scene on a Sat. Rice was soggy. If the Osmow's is not in a busy area or is hidden behind a building, avoid it. It means they are not busy and have left over rice served the next day. Courtney Park, Streetsville, Lakeshore, and Duke of York are legit and follow Osmow's standards.

Went here on the weekend after craving some Chicken On the Rocks. We used to live in Brampton and frequently went to the WIlliams Parkway Location by the Chrysler dealership and this was by far, the worst Osmows we have ever had.

The rice and chicken was cold, they skimped on the garlic sauce and even the hot sauce was different than the Brampton location. Tasted like it was just siracha sauce. The grill was not even on, so the chicken was just sitting on it getting cold. The gentlemen also did not initially put any of the paprika (i think thats what it is) on top until we asked for it. He also put some sort of clear dressing on top of the garlic sauce, which threw the taste way off - which they did not put on at other locations I have been to.

The portions were noticeably smaller than we have had before and overall it just did not taste right. We were both dissatisfied with our food and will not be going back to this location again. Always better to stick to the original!

Terrible customer service, food is absolutely gross/tasteless/greasy and the employees are incredibly unhygienic. They will touch money, go to the washroom without washing their hands, touch their phones and pick up things they have dropped from the floor with their BARE hands and then continue to make your shawarma wrap. I don't understand how this place is still running considering the amount of health violations I am seeing. Health inspector will be very unpleased to see this happening. OUTRAGE!

Ordered a chicken on the sticks. Asked for onion and olives on top. They found the biggest onions, sliced them to the size of spaghetti noodles and threw them on top. Couldn't take two minutes to dice them. The owner took my order and his cell phone rang while I was in the middle of telling him what I wanted. HE TOOK THE CALL in the middle of my sentence.and then continued to have a conversation while I waited to continue ordering until he finished his conversation. Then I got my food and they cheaped our on the quantity of meat. Never going back here again.

Went there for lunch on my break, was hungry and craving osmows. I got my chicken on the rocks and it was cold as hell, the chicken was cold and undercooked. Worst location I have been to. Didn't even finish it all because it was disgusting. Never go to this location if you want hot cooked food

This is the WORST osmows location ever! I bought large falafel on the rocks for takeout and once i got home i noticed how bad and tasteless my food is! Where is the sauce!? Paid around 11$ for this meal. Now i know that the bad reviews are the truth. I hope this location gets investigated and closed.absolutely unacceptable. THIEVES
