Osmow's Shawarma

Got the chicken shawarma with rice and it was awesome, also a Greek salad was delicious. Guy was fast preparing it.

This location is not on par with others. I’ve ordered the same menu item from several different locations and have always enjoyed the flavour and portion size. In Fergus he put 1 1/2 very small spoonfuls of rice in the container just barely half of what is 17 dollars should buy you.
Flavour of lamb was nice but lacked the full flavour I normally look forward too.
I emailed head office and filed a complaint, no response! I just feel all stores should standardize.

Great bright and clean location, however service is not consistent. I paid tor something abs didn’t get it on one of my visits so that didn’t make too happy. Would still recommend the brand because I do buy their food from other locations and it’s good!

Great food. Friendly staff. Can get a bit busy, but that is probably a good thing. Their chicken on Stix is delicious.

Few days ago when we went to visit Fergus on our way we have decided to try this restaurant as we all love Mediterranean food. I was amazed how fresh and flavorful the shawarma was. The meat is fresh, hot, juicy and you get a value for your money. The place is very neat and clean. Everything we have tried is delicious and I am hooked! Give it a try and the food speaks for itself.

DO NOT TIP if you are using debit/credit machine. The owner DOES NOT share tips with his employees. Not sure of legalities of this, but shady and shameful regardless.

It was a great experience! The food was simply delicious! I got a philly cheese steak platter, and it was made to perfection! I will definitely keep coming back to this place! One of the best foods without any doubt after a long time in fergus! The staff are always smiling and welcoming too, which makes it even better! Highly recommend everyone to try this place out!

Order a large, and they barely put anything in it, heavily undersized portions. Was excited to get this here!

Must Visit place. I was there recently with my friends and we liked almost everything we had. The staff is also polite and nice.

Yum, yum, yum! What else can I say? Well, I really enjoyed my meal and my girlfriend has found a new favourite middle eastern restaurant in fergus. Will be back in the future for sure

Tried food here on our weekend visit to Fergus. Food is delicious, hot and affordable. Place is very clean and friendly staff. We all enjoyed our food and I would definitely recommend this place. Complete value for your money.

I have tried Osmows so many times but ofter visiting this place i am on cloud nine. The quality they serve is very good and the price is very fine as compared to the quality.

The place is good for dine in and the food was fabulous, my favorite has always been Chicken on the rocks. Happy to see Osmows in Fergus

Extremely UNDERSIZED portions.they try to fool you by giving you medium for the price of large. CHEAP STAFF don't fill your box. Waste of money.

Staff was absolutely excellent, very friendly, food was delicious. I don't understand the complaints on portion sizing j believe the portions were fine. Prices were a little high but that is the price for good food
