Osmow's Shawarma

I regularly frequent 2 of the 3, though, I've used all 3 Osmow's Shawarma in Oshawa. Although, I once enjoyed visiting either one. I've come to favour the Osmow's located at King St. /TownlineRd.area. The staff there are consistently friendlier both with a smile & in speech. Also, I find them more attentive to the order and your satisfaction.
Keep up the excellent customer satisfaction service, it is recognized and very much appreciated.

Their food is amazing, and the portions are huge. But when you almost swallow and choke on a chunk of bone in your "mixed shawarma poutine" it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Customer service was lacking. I ordered the wrong item and just wanted a salad to be added. The rep could not even take the initiative to use their brain to make it happen.

I purchased the shawarma poutine for $20 after taxes. It tasted good, however, I found a piece of plastic in my poutine. Very unappetizing, could be a hazard if a small child were to swallow this. Makes me wonder what their practices are for preparing their food. Plus the price is on the expensive side. I would think twice before going back. Disappointed.: (

The Service was great. They Valued the guest with priority. I tried the chicken Shawarma super wrap. It was delicious. I will definitely come back again.

Very friendly and fast service. You can tell the owners clearly put thought and passion in their restaurant as it is well maintained. Food is always fresh fast and tasty along with the great service makes it a very memorable experience. Would highly recommend coming to this location to try out some delicious shawarma.

We’ve been here twice at this location, the service was great by the folks, the food was tasty and they gave it in good quantities. We will definitely go again!

New and clean. Friendly staff and manager. I am not fond of Mediterranean food but I love the chicken shawarma and the french fries I will come back soon.

Osmo at this location is great all the employees are so nice and have lots of patience you can really tell they love there job they were so good I will go back all the time there energy is so good and bless and not to forget the food was BLESSS IT WAS A 25/10 100% recommend

I am a regular customer at this store and I can say this with complete honesty that, the food, the quality, the customer service has been outstanding. I am impressed with their passion for food, every time I visit this store and Liton is my favorite guy there.

What a fantastic place. Significantly better than the other Osmow’s locations in the GTA! Excellent servings of shawarma and the freshest of salads, each time I visited them. Shoutout to Liton for running a smooth team. If they keep this up - they will be very popular in the community for a long time ahead.
