Adheip singh, sanchit and mukul this is the trio team and do their work well and even in an efficient manner i love to visit this osmows love food

I ordered chicken on the rocks through a food delivery app and i kept on looking on the app that the restaurant is preparing my food since 30 minutes, then my food arrived 45 min later and the closest franchise was just a mile away from my location. The food quality was awful, the cardboard box was dripping wet which made the food all wet and the packaging was in a plastic bag so the delivery guy didn’t mess it up, it was obviously from the restaurant the box and food quality was filthy as hell. Never going to order again.

Delicious food, I usually go to many of Different osmows shawarma but here Chicken is more tasty and juicy tender. Staff member Hriday is really helpful and suggested me Philly chicken. Enjoyed the service and taste

Fantastic test and really awesome Shawarma, honestly loved the way entire staff was handling the customers, it was really quick service and with a great food quality.

Horrible experience! I found a literal finger nail in my food. I am completely disgusted. This is the first review i have ever wrote and it was a must! I have photos and will be in contact with head of support

Food here is so good and their hot sauce is my recommendations are their chicken poutine and their Philly chicken! Do try

It was the first time i had Osmows from Toronto. It is way too better. Micheal’s service was soo good and he was so friendly.

We ordered 1 regular chimken shawarma wrap and 1 regular beef shawarma wrap. Order was ready within under 8 minutes give or take. However, my SO's beef shawarma wrap was leaning towards the cold side, we did see them place our wraps in the press, but was still not hot. The beef in her wrap didn't seem even warm to her. My chimken wrap was cold on 1 side where the veggies were.however, I've gone to the Osmow's on Military Trail, and my Chimken shawarma there is always hot when I unwrap it. The chimken shawarma meat was juicy tho and not dry. The price for the Chimken Shawarma wrap is $8.99 + HST and the Beef Shawarma wrap is $9.99. I got spice level mild on my chimken shawarma wrap.was just spicy enough for my tastes. For those that like sauces, I found this out when I opted out of the garlic sauce which they use and requested Tzatziki instead (which I really liked). Since I opted out of the garlic sauce for the Tzatziki, since it was only 1 sauce, it was included.if I had the garlic sauce and the Tzatziki. I'd have to pay extra on the 2nd sauce.

NOTE: Due to managing gout, I am unable to review beef or pork protein foods. Along with Anything that has commercial baked bread, and asian dishes with soy sauce and oyster/hoisin sauce. Hence when I'm craving a sammich of some type, I'm limited to chimken wraps.

Drinks:
We brought our own bottle of water, which we had filled with Brita filtered water from home.

I docked some points off of this, due to the fact that we both found that the protein to veggie ratio was not balanced for the price we paid. There seemed to be more of the veggies and not as much of the protein. We usually found we receive more at the Military Trail n Morningside location. Since it's a bit further away for us, we don't go on the regular.

Yes, due to it being closer to us than the Morningside and Military Trail location.

The food was awesome! The service was lightning-fast too and the chicken was also incredibly delicious, seriously one of the tastiest I've had in a while

UPDATED REVIEW: THERE WAS A WIRE TWIST TIE IN MY SAJ WRAP. SEE PHOTO ATTACHED. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER. The staff here are not trained well to ensure only edible items are in the food they serve.

I’ve been to this location a few times now, and my experience was not great compared to other locations. The most recent time I visited, I ordered a Chicken Saj Wrap and a Chicken on the Stix and in the wrap there was no garlic sauce or hot sauce! When I told the woman working at the time, she said maybe there is a lot of chicken overpowering the sauce … WHAT? ! Thank you to the other staff member who remade my wrap.

Its an awesome go to store. The food is of another level, definitely order your next meal from here.

I tried the shawarma plate at this restaurant, and it was phenomenal. The rice was fluffy, the meat was juicy and flavorful, and the salad was so fresh. I will definitely be coming back.

I guess this Osmows prices go up and the the portion get smaller. I sent someone 2x to pick up chicken on the rocks at this location and each time we got 3/4 of the order you'd get at any other location. I went myself to grab a chicken Shwarma wrap and it was tiny and not worth $11. The couldn't even give you knapkins.they give you bathroom paper towels instead. Not a good look so far.

Ordered a chicken Saj wrap …So cold & not properly cooked (looks like was out of fridge) & told to make medium but was way too spicy & also was missing garlic sauce

Ordered the chicken shawarma wrap.chicken was chewy vegetables tasted like they tasted like they weren't fresh no flavours orderd mild hot but way to spicey i can eat hot but just wanted medium burning mouth had to throw it out so sad my hard earned money would not be back

Osmow’s Markham and Sheppard is the best Osmows I ever had. I am a regular at Osmows Woodbine ave and i got to know that they have opened a new one at Markham and Sheppard ave. They maintain the same quality as before. Hats off to the management and employees for always delivering the good shawarma in Markham and Scarborough locations. Keep up guys.

I visited here for late dinner, ordered chicken half & half. When I reached home food was smelling bad, tasted disgusting, and expired. Such a waste of time & money. Never visiting this place again.

Customer service was good, food portion was very very small. Very disappointed in the portions size. I was so excited to have a location in my neighborhood, but disappointed in the portions sizes. Also the crotons on the fatus salad was all crumbs. I saw the guy made it and just dumped the crumbs on the salad. Did not even made a attempt to get more to add to the salad. Very disappointed

Dear Madam/ Sir, after a night of getting wasted we entered the savory realm of #OsmowsShwarma all I need to say is the following were fire: FOOD (nice combos) great staff and service. I’d really recommend after a night out for munchies.

This location has great services & the food quality is excellent. I loved the ambiance and would love to visit again. Kuddos to the team!
