Very good shawarma, beef is nice and tender, rice is amazing and the service is amazing. I am amazed, keep up the good work!

Didn't know you could close earlier than closing hours. Came at 9: 52 exact to see it closed before original close time.

Ordered a falafel wrap and Beef shawarma wrap tonight. Each of the falafel balls were burnt to a crisp - not edible. The beef shawarma was burnt also and covered in hot sauce when I ordered it mild. Very disappointed with this location.

Paid for a large left a tip! Didn't even get enough food to fill a regular. I'm done giving this place chances

The portion is so small. Half of the container is empty. Chicken was also chewy not fresh at all. Have eaten from this place before but they have gone down on portion size and quality. Really bad experience.

Food was delicious. Staff were friendly. Manager was really nice as well. Would recommend!

Not good. The falafal stix were very less in quantity and without proper saucing. I asked the guy for falafal stix in the starting and he gave me chicken stix. So I humbly told him that I ordered for falafal stix and later on he gave me very less falafal stix and very less saucing on it. Very poor customer care service today. The box was almost half in quantity.

Super friendly staff. Food is quite good and fast. Has some seating but most people order to go so there's usually a seat. Just warning though, their in house made bread will leave a mess of small white particles everywhere!

I had never had such a bad experience with Osmos. It happened a while ago but still the taste is so dreadful. I had worked in Osmos Shawarma in Dixie which is one of the busiest locations in Mississauga. And also the place smells like sewage. It’s near to my home which is the only reason why i go there. This place is a shame to it’s founder Sam. I hope he sees this place and brings the appropriate change.

Great staff with positive attitudes. Knowledgeable and able to assist. Falafel was good, not dry and hard like some other places.

Quite possibly the best shwarma I had in Canada. Tried their lamb and Philly chicken. Both were great, portions were good (better be as the price is a bit more than usual Shwarma places) and definitely very well made and rolled. To top it off, my favourite part was that they have a proper PROPER hot sauce called “scorching” sauce. It IS hot (and not the usual Canadian extreme hot sauce that’s far from extreme, tastes like chilli in vinegar) - this has proper heat, and more importantly, it has a beautiful flavour! Hot sauces should taste great, should have a balance of heat, tang and slight sweetness - this one had it. I used this sauce on the lamb and it was perfect! Had the mild sauce which paired great with the chicken. Highly recommend!

The best place to eat authentic Mediterranean food in all over GTA also The attendant on the counter Prab was so good at her work and also she helped me while ordering and she prepared the food very fast and it was so tasty Philly chicken is best that anyone can order I believe her suggestion and Philly chicken is my favourite dish from that day in Canada.

My intention of sharing this experience is to not let someone else see or experience what i saw. The guy did not wear gloves and took the chicken from the bottom of the shawarma chicken stack and threw it on the grill. I saw it all and then in a loud voice said “excuse me you are not wearing gloves and you touched all that chicken”. I started realizing how unsanitary this osmows was. I almost gagged, and told the staff, i cannot continue with my order and to get a refund. IM wondering how if i had ordered online i would not have seen what i saw. Im disappointed at the health checks.

Ordered a beef on the rocks, and the beef was thebworst thing I've ever ate. The texture was dry and tough, and tasted like it was spare trimmings from other cuts of beef that they didn't want to waste. Jyst barely edible, but oaying $12 for it felt like a scam. First time in my life I've asked for a refund on awful food, and wanted to see if they're willing to compensate with a chicken on the rocks instead. They declined and said I'd have to pay extra. Lesson learned to not come back.

Very neat and clean place, also the staff is very good and helpful while ordering first time and also food was very good.

I ordered beef shawarma which is very delicious and the staff also very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this location

Ordered Philly chicken. I had big whole chunks of chicken and very poorly dressed with sauce. This did not at all tasted like Osmow's.

Sunday 8pm the girl laughed at me because i told her no sauce on my plate as i am allergic to milk.and also she wasnt qualified enough to tell me if the sauces contains milk.its totally inappropriate to make a customer feel dumb about they're food choice and taste.should fire this girl.im never going back there again

Extremely rude and mannerless cashier. The indian girl at cashier was so rude that halfway through the order, we decided its enough and left the restaurant. Look like she was under the the impression that the is doing some kind of charity instead if running a business. She kept screaming about telling the name before even asking us what they have to order.

Put a bucket load of garlic sauce and it was dripping like crazy. Beef tastes like beef taken out of nihari…awful!

Unfortunately it was our favorite location till the last two weeks when we ordered two chicken wraps one is little and the other is hot spices the hot one was extremely scorching to a point where my face start burning I end up dumping half of the wrap and the little spice one was a medium to a heart level of spices even he couldn't finish the food when we came next to order I complained about the last order we had and the server was trying to justify their mistake instead of apologizing that I got sick to my stomach the next two days after I had that disgustingly scorching wrap it was a new server and she didn't know the spice level and she over did the spice.

Big long hair all over my food. Idk why you guys don’t use safety measures. Please don’t play with other’s health. I’m so disappointed. Never gonna order from osmows again

Something is very wrong at this location. I usually love Osmow’s & just had it 2 weeks ago in Oakville (it was great there) but just got back from the Southdown location & ugh. Ordered 2 chicken on the rocks…the “garlic” sauce has no garlic in it (is it yogurt? Or runny mayo? It’s not garlic sauce like at every other Osmow’s) & the rice is very off. So disappointed

This osmow's location is awsm. The way they prepared my osmows bowl was absolutely according to my taste.

Chicken on the rocks is a fave! Food and portion has always been superb. Service is friendly and accommodating.

First time trying this place and the last! Worst chicken shawarma we've had. They don't have hummus or tabbouli and the toppings you do order are scrimped on. We asked for medium and it was wicked hot - didn't even get thru 1/2 of it - what a waste!

It is more like they offer Philly shawarma and not authentic middle-eastern shawarma. The taste is totally different!

My 1st time to an osmows. Ever.
The staff seemed frustrated with me for asking a lot of questions. Like I should already know things. I didn't like that.
The portion size was great. The food was very good -except I'm used to a much more flavourful garlic sauce. To me it was just ranch dressing. Disappointing. The Philly sauce was just 1000island dressing.
But the salad was fresh.
The rice was cooked perfectly.
Not sure i would bother to go again.
Perhaps a different location.

The quality at this location has gone way down. My two friends and I ate here the other day and all 3 of us got sick from it. I told my mom and she told me she doesn't eat osmows anymore because every time it makes her sick. Not sure whats going on at this location because the other ones are fine, and when I used to go here often before I never had issues

The best Shawarma I had tasted till date and staff members are also very nice. Love this place.everyone must visit once.

The guy that answered the phone was not all there or paying attention. I had to repeat myself 4 times and he still had difficulty taking down my number:/ we haven't even gotten to the order yet YIKES

They do not listen and pay attention to the order. This is not the first time we've had this issue.
We ordered mixed on the stick and with no spice with lettuce on top. They gave us rice instead of fries, they gave us spice and theres no lettuce.why does this keep happening?
The employees seem like they are robots in a factory line pushing out orders without actually reading the order.

Ordered today for the first time, through Uber Eats. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap. The portion was a good size, and I thought it was kind of tasty. The experience was a bit ruined, though, since they added pickles instead of turnips. Even though I removed the pickles and ate anyway, I could still taste them.
My husband liked his wrap and said it's 4 stars.

Great customer service, came here for my lunch and needed my order quickly and they had it ready in no time and made the wrap exactly how I wanted. Great people.

Everytime I order from this place it’s always so dry! I asked for Medium Hot and got no hot sauce at all.

Who ever made my shawarma on Wednesday 28th October at 6pm didn’t know what they were doing at all cause the meat was Burnt and there wasn’t any sauce and it tasted badddd

I've had very inconsistent experiences in the past, but lately, osmows has been doing a stellar job with quality. And the staff here are kind, fast and quite generous, notably Nancy. Fantastic lamb shawarma, one of the best.

I am so frustrated that they should have option for zero review. As in I visited them on their anniversary day to taste it for the first time and they don’t even match the items of their menu
I paid extra for salad but the toppings were incomplete.so I will not visit them ever again. I know it won’t make any difference for them but for me.

Thank you for the worst experience keep it up.

Ordered through a delivery service. The order missed my beverage and cutlery. The chicken on the rox had only half the normal amount of rice. Failed on all three items. Was I supposed to eat the chicken on the rox with my bare hands or like a dog.

A friend brought lunch from this location and we will never order again. The wraps were soggy and flavorless. I ordered a medium with everything shawarma and didn’t receive any sauces inside. Dry as can be.
He ordered mild and they made it “hot”
We didn’t get sauce with the falafels.
The original streetsville location was consistent. This franchise needs basic training!

Good customer service. Spacious and food is fresh. Only thing needed is better ventilation because sitting inside one can feel a little warm.

I love the brand and the food generally. Unfortunately 1 piece of gristle in the chicken ruins the meal. I've tried this place 3 times and it's been the same each time. I wish they could get training from the Sandalwood Osmos

The new poutine was delicious. I get the hot sauce on the side as it is very concentrated and hot. My friend and I shared a large serving because it is filling. Osmow's white sauce and chicken is a classic.

Visited this location March 25th at noon with a work colleague. We were both surprised to be the only patrons in the restaurant. Ordered Shwarma wraps and sat down to wait. The order took 20 minutes for the two employees to argue over and make (from a bin on the counter. The shwarma meat skewer was set up when we arrived but not cooking or rotating. I went to the washroom to wash up and the last time it was cleaned (according to the chart on the door) was March 10th. More than two weeks ago and it showed. Rodent, pest dropping in the corners. Absolutely disgusting bathroom. Another employee walked in from the street and started serving other patrons who had arrived. No hand washing. Nothing. Not only do they charge for items that are included everywhere else on a wrap (hummus etc), they don’t clean and have zero customer service skills. I would never visit this place ever again

Used to go here regularly, visited after about a year or so. Gone are the days where this used to be an amazing spot always busy and bustling. After their heavy franchising push, the place is just not what it used to be. I thought maybe the quality of the franchisees had dropped, but visiting the original and finding it only to be a shell of it's former self was extremely disappointing. They used to lather the sauces generously and put love into their product. The love is long gone.and now it's just stingy people trying to make a buck off of franchising.

For service skimping on ingredients it's not offering a glass of water forcing you to buy water bottle and this is what the new management is doing I love a small but this location has major issues

Do not let the "Under New Management" banner hanging inside fool you into thinking this restaurant has their act together.i used to frequent this location and loved the food. Since ownership changed however it has been a consistent decline in all aspects of the experience. The demeanor of the staff towards customers is lackluster, albeit brief as the employees seem to be in constant argument with each other.

Unfortunately i cant say that the food redeems the unsatisfactory customer service.the shawarma, which i ordered with "little spice" arrived loosely wrap and so soaked with hot sauce my plate looked like a Picasso painting when i was finished, due to the immense drip-age. Person i was dining with was also shocked by how liberally the hot sauce was applied. The fries which came 20 minutes after we had finished our wraps where desperately under cooked, blanched at best.

Sad to see just how far this location has fallen. 0/10 i would not recommend to a friend.

It’s sad to see what this place has become. Osmow’s used to be famous for their shawarma, but now it is the least authentic Mediterranean food you can get. The meat, fries and veggies are mediocre. The sauces are essentially mayonnaise, barely a hint of garlic, and they completely drench the platter without even asking first if that’s what I want, almost as if to mask the abomination underneath. The staff seems to be all new, which is fine, but they do not even know their own menu. The last three times I have been to this location they have not gotten our order right. What I ordered was not what I received at all. This is partially my fault as I should have checked before leaving the store. I would’ve watched them make the food but the store smelled like vomit and I could not bear to stand inside. This franchise only seems to care about keeping costs low to maximize profit, not about the food. Basically the Tim hortons of the shawarma world. Chefs door right around the corner is the superior option and I highly recommend as an alternative at a similar price point. If you’re ok with smaller portions but much cheaper, just a little further east on lakeshore is Top Grill shawarma. Don’t waste your resources here.

First time at the resturant.was not impressed with the service. Food was good.had to wait a bit.as based on customer experience the staff needs to be pro active and be there in the moment with a customer.no interactions just left like ure not welcome here.

Barely any chicken in my shawarma and I ordered like light hot sauce but it turned out extremely spicy.

My Wife and I ordered a Chicken Shawarma salad mid January 2019.to date.this was the BEST Chicken Shawarma Salad I or my Wife have EVER had.the portion was amazing.and they were not cheap with the toppings, dressing or garlic sauce. I only wish I lived closer so I could have it more often

My advice, go somewhere else. Im not even going to waste my time writing all the things that I was disappointed in. Not a representative franchise of the Osmows brand: (head office: they need help!

Terrible Osmows. The service is slow, took em half a century to give me stale fries and discarded shawarma chicken. Better off going to the others.

At first not the best experience but they redeamed themselves.

I orders 2 mixed grill boxes. They forgot to put the shawarma in both of the boxes I had ordered.

After coming back they apologized and made sure I got what was forgotten plus extra which was very nice. Staff worked really hard to make what was initially a bad experience to one that was alot better. The new management was really involved and made sure we got what we had payed for. The food was good and staff was really understanding.

If you have the time and are in the area I would definitely recommend stopping by and eating in.

Anyway the food is okay, I guess my rating is harsh because I'm a bit annoyed right now. Don't eat inside the restaurant though, they always blast this really garish music over the speakers.

I can't say enough great things about this location. The staff is beyond friendly, being extremely patient with my crew of two adults and 3 squirrelly children. The portion sizes are huge. We ordered a chicken poutine, a super chicken wrap, and a beef shwarma platter with salad. The photos are after everyone couldn't eat any more. Everything tasted great and eat dish was unique, not just reconfigured with a new sauce. Store and washrooms were clean. Family friendly.

My reviews tend to catch fire quickly and businesses lose business or shutdown. My issues aren't with the food itself even though they are sloppy at times and mix-up orders. People are human and make mistakes. It's the Manager (Short middle-aged guy with dark hair)

My Wife and I dropped in for a take-out order. What we witnessed was shocking. This punk decided to belittle his staff. All new people from what I can tell as we frequent this location. He made one female employee cry and the big dude with glasses on the storefront side out the counter was clearly rattled.

NO ONE should treat their staff or co-workers unprofessionally. This location deserves what it gets as far as response and reactions go. This guy needs to go. If he is the franchise, the location needs to go.

I'm not done and will escalate this to corporate quickly. I'll be persistent until action is taken

Watered down garlic sauce and undercooked rice, compared to other osmows locations, the quality is severely lacking.

Good food.just need to be consistent in serving portions. Sometimes less fries and cheese sometimes it's perfect.

Now I decided to come back several years later and give them one more shot. 15 min wait for shawarma when I was the only one in line. Asked for mild spicyness and the wrap was drowned in hot sauce even though I was standing there telling him “very little hot sauce please”. Employees just stand around clueless not paying attention
