Osmow's Shawarma

Savita, the story manager, she deserves a big raise, because of her customers service ethic. My name is Clifford, I only come to the restaurant, just to be served by her, when she is in in the restaurant, I am completely satisfied and I always want to go back home or go somewhere else. She is the best person I have ever met.

The food is good. That's the reason I come. However, the service was not good. They have an ad on the wall offering combos for the number of people, and when you go to the counter to request the specials, they don't have that deal anymore. So, the ad is not right.

Worst place to buy shawarma. They are bringing bad name to OSMOW’S. Stinky moldy chicken and I even called them and reported them about bad food. They didn’t even consider replacing it bcoz they know all they have bad food to offer. Don’t go there. Now they will contact me on reviews and offer me how can they help me. Bro you already refused to help lol

If you're looking for an authentic shawarma experience, this is the place to go! The pita bread was soft and warm, and the filling was bursting with flavor. I appreciated that they had a variety of toppings and sauces to choose from, so I could customize my meal to my liking. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the service was fast and efficient. Talking about Staffa and the owner, best beings I have ever met

I had the vegetarian shawarma, and it was delicious! The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the hummus was creamy and flavorful. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, and the tahini sauce added a nice kick. The staff was knowledgeable about the ingredients and helped me make choices that were right for my dietary needs. I will definitely be back!

Food is very much delecious. Owner and the staff is very friendly. Overall customer service is very nice.

Food was GREAT! Had the lamb over stix and a chicken shawarma. Oh, and a side of falafel. It was delicious. Fresh meats and the falafel was the best I've ever had.

This location must be visited. The ambience, polite and amiable staff and owner, and delicious food makes it worthy to enjoy your meal here. I love the signature creation perfected for vegetarians called falafal on stix.

This shawarma restaurant exceeded my expectations! The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the bread was soft and fluffy. I loved the variety of toppings and sauces, and the portion size was perfect for a satisfying meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends!

Food quality is awsome and tasty too.staff and owner all are cooperative and have good behaviour and customer satisfaction is their motive.

These guys are very unprofessional. My friend worked there and when asked for salary, the lady karen sangha started abusing her. She is sending her texts messages threatening her to report to cops for posting a review. If you don’t want to pay, have some common courtesy and be respectful. Will never recommend any of my family member to go there.

Update: I recommend removing the personal details from public domain. Sharing someone’s personal information in public domain is illegal specially for employer. If you don’t remove this at once. We will call the ministry of labour and report your establishment and also sue you for damages this will cause… this is very immature response, instead of solving the issue, you decided to escalate this in public. This is also going to local instagram pages, so people know what kind of person you are.

The owner is very nice lady and very nicely talk with customers and workers. Food is very much delicious specially falafel wrap. Must visit this location.

The lady over there (Karen sangha) who owns the restaurant. She is very rude to her crew members. She disrespect them, using abusive language and didn't pay to her employees and if someone ask for the pay, she denied and didn't pick the call.

The chicken was old and dry, I asked the guy if he can serve me fresh chicken, he said it is fresh I tried, it was not near fresh, rice wasn’t cook properly, I’d never go to Osmows again

If I could give this location a negative star I would. This location condones their employees yelling and being aggressive with customers instead of providing proper service. A female there made the order incorrect and instead of fixing the mistake refused to make it correctly and stated that they don’t provide refunds. When asked to speak to a manager we were told she’s on vacation and only 2 people were working. It was discovered there were in fact 3 individuals working one of whom was a senior staff member and the “manager on duty. ” At this point the female employee realizing she been caught in a lie and being seen in the wrong starts to yell and be combative. This is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! DON’T GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD THEY HAVE NEITHER! SUPER TRASH

The shawarma's were mind blowing and were finger licking. I never ate like them before. Everyone must try them atleast for once

I lived in a homestay for a few weeks in January in Toronto, just nearby the plaza where this Osmow’s is located.
I have never been so well treated in a food instalment before. I didn’t have contact with them and all the attendants gave me the best support I could ask for and was extremely kind. I came back a few times after moving from there, highly recommend to anyone around. Amazing food and amazing service!
