Osmow's Shawarma

Worst osmows of my life. They mixed up my order and 5 people who ordered after me got their order first. Worst customer service. These people are so incompetent at communicating.

I had my worst experience today.
The two girls who were working don't know how to serve food. They gave me like they were doing me a favour. Very bad and pathetic experience. The food was stale and overcooked and was not up to the mark.

Ordered a beyond meat on the rocks. Got actual beef. Didn't notice until I got home and took one bite. Nearly barfed and also lost my appetite. Was past close when I had got it home so couldn't even go back and get it fixed. Never ordering from this location again. Vegans beware.

I liked the service I came here for the first time and the service was quite good and helpful. Enjoyed. You all should try it too.

This is my go-to place and I love it. I'd really recommend this for chicken on the rocks.

Goid food, decent price.but So very hard to communicate! Masks dont help, but the main problems are.poor listening skills and thinking that if they talk really fast it will magically make what they are saying more clear.
Ghzales to the east.and falafel royal to the west are both MUCH easier to order at.

Right after music performance tired and we decided to go local. We walked in here with my friends today and I cannot say they can do better then that. We ordered 3 platers combo. The person serving gave us a wonderful explanation and although there were others waiting we were not rushed. Smell was so good we ended ordering more for delivery. All the best guys thanks

Ordered a beef shawarma wrap for takeout. Dry beef, soggy pita and flavours were bland. Very disappointing.

Terrible. Flavourless and overcooked rice, dry as dust chicken kebabs, and beef meat. I am honestly so disappointed in this meal that I am discarding it, getting off the couch and cooking my own dinner. I wouldn’t give this to my dog.

Called ahead 3 times, no one picked up the phone. When I arrived there it wasn’t even busy - no one in line. Got Sunday special and lamb shawarma. Rice over cooked, chicken dry and hard. Lamb shawarma - meat burnt and dry, wrap was cold. Very unsatisfying meal

Really nice place to have a tasty lunch or dinner) Although, staff crew is friendly and helpful with choice!

This place is a disrespect to the shawarma industry! Barely meat inside, very low quality. Most awful place in the city! Don’t even deserve a star.

This restaurant is my family’s go-to! They have multiple options, especially vegan-friendly. A special mention for one of their staff, Anamika, shes’s amazing!

I came at the end of the day a little bit before closing. I'm not sure I should've expected something else, but some of the veggies in my shawarma weren't fresh. I'm sure if I ordered earlier or even midday it would have been fine. Aside from that the staff was extremely nice and took the time to make sure my order was correct which I appreciate.

Have been ordering chicken shawarma wrap from this location and it’s always amazing!
Earlier had issues with the hygiene but now it’s all good!

It's not good food, the vegetables are frozen and Ghazale's is literally a block away with much better authentic food with great staff. Not needed in this neighbourhood. Demolish this Osmows and replace with a Portuguese BBQ chicken spot.
