Osmow's Shawarma

I love paying $21 for whatever this is. Barely any chicken. No potato or salad available but we still order just to get charged for toppings that are supposed to be included? Ya never again

If you’re looking to eat garbage this place is highly recommended. I have ordered from this location and the west as well and both times I got old beef and old stinky chicken but that’s it for me never again.

Chicken on the rocks is my comfort food. I ordered it for delivery tonight and i was really looking forward to eat it. I ordered mild but it was so spicy i couldn’t eat more than two bites. Really disappointed.

Wow. The food is tasty. It opens late up to 3 AM.
At that time, the parking will not likely be a big problem.

Looking for daily specials. They are good and have great prices.

Their spicy level is real. So, I would suggest most people not to go above normal.

Thier food is very tasty but the staff is one of the worst they dont greet you and never even smile just tonight we had 2 orders and they just handed the boxes we asked for a bag and there were no cutlery in the bag even when we asked for it.
Staff members are seen working rudely and the customer service is very bad we just go there for the taste of the food.

Decent Falafel wrap, would get again but was not great and was not cheap. Would probably go someplace else.

If I could give them 0 stars for service I would. I have never been to a place with such bad service. The employees speak in their own language and they don’t listen when you order. They got my order wrong 2 times and when you tell them you asked for something else they get defensive and rude. Please work on your customer service. Extremely disappointed with the customer service

Portion sizes are great! So much food at good prices. Fast food that you can feel less guilty about. Be careful of the hot sauce though, it's very potent.

Horrible customer service, the people are rude! They have no alternative solutions to the problems which aren’t in customers hands! The owner should really up his customer! But I guess he just doesn’t care now!

Amazing and fresh food. Friendly staff with excellent communicational skills. Not much wait time. Good portions in meals and refreshing coolers. Best Osmow's in ottawa, must visit.

It's the only shawarma place I know that has a good amount of heat to it. If you want spice, it's the place for you. They don't use the usual pita to wrap it but what appears to be lavash bread. Makes a difference.

The store is small, so there is limited seating. Can get really busy, especially on weekends (friday-sunday).

The only issue is that they close their Uber app a lot, and they seem understaffed.

Finished a 14H shift, and 1 hour in the gym. Decided to get osmows and got the saddest amount of chicken I’ve ever seen. Very disappointed with what I got.

Very Rude person answered the phone with (what you want) I don't understand how a business can treat people like that and get away with it.anyway very unprofessional and very rude.

Now that I have eaten here several times, I think I have decided that this place is nothing more than mediocre; it is an okay option if you're not close to another place, like Lazeez. Personally, I find that the food is consistently cold, dry, and lacking flavour, while the container (if ordered) is never 100% full; at least other shawarma places make sure you get your money's worth by filling your container or wrap to the brim.

Any one from middle east background my advice never try it. No taste or flavor for rice (served cold) with many cold sauces above the lamb shawerma which made it worse I'm sorry to say that.

Delicious food, perfect quantity, worth it for the price. Great customer service by their employee Ayush (Dalhousie location)
