Really bad experience half of the menu was not avalible
No rice were avalible and chicken was not fully cooked. Not nice.

Nearly Choked on yet another bone in their chick poutine, ive warned them of this at least 10 separate times now they are not taking me seriously i am now filing a law suit and contacting health Canada to issue them a fine.

(Further update) This is my message too the owner, If you were actually sorry, this wouldn't have been happening so many times, your employees wouldn't be acting the way they were giving me dirty looks when i calmly explained too them the first 9 times about the bones but they just look at me with these smug smiles on their faces, just not caring that their food potentially contains Bones in it when it should not by any means contain any bones in it.

So you need to either put a sign up on all your locations, that states your food may contain bones, or you need to change who your supplier is because clearly their production methods are not safe enough.

I will Never step foot into another Osmows as I do not trust your establishment, you and your employees clearly have no concern for anyones safety as you would have done something about the problem the first 9 times I complained about it.

What can I say! I found a hair in my food and asked for a refund.
The guy behind the counter said no refunds. I can replace the food. I asked if he was going to throw out the batch that it came from, he told me no, He also said you cant tell me what to do. I told him he is serving hair to customers when he knows better. So if you like hair in your food this is the place you!
PS learn to wear your hair nets correctly!
To the owner learn to call your customers back and fix your policy.

Manager was being racist towards us while she noticed we were talking our language and she had a bad attitude. Lead us to not buy anything from the restaurant and find something else

It was a great experience. The food is absolutely amazing and customer service was outstanding

Ordered the today special and got chicken instead of beef. I was okay with getting the wrong order because he gave me beef pieces on the side. My issue is that I can't eat anything spicy and on the beef order he added spicy seasoning to my correct order of beef. I can't even eat it now. His name is jbi, I asked his name and got that.

Don't go when they are closing. I asked the lady working there to extra grill the wrap and she ignored me twice and when I asked 3rd time she said it's already 12 pm and we are closing. They didn't say no to me while I was ordering at 11: 45,15 minutes before closing. She only had to put the wrap for another 20 seconds in the grill. Such bad customer service was not expected from this location while being regular customer.

Wonderful experience! The environment was very welcoming and friendly. The food was made very fast but still tasted delicious! Everything was very fresh and well made. One of the best Shawarma stores I have been to!

I came to this place they had no mask no cover on there head to cover there hair and I mentioned to workers about it I got pure attitude and I ask for extra chicken which I was willing to pay extra they put only one table spoon and they’re Reckon that that’s how much they put extra and I pay $5 extra which I was furious and here is the fun part when I get home I pulled hair out of my food I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one you better off go to mandarin please people if you care about your pocket and your health please do your search properly for your health and for your family I hope people will make wise decisions before going to this place because there is a lot about this place people don’t see

They have the best shawarma wraps and on the rocks compared to any other one, it's always made to perfection.

I have eaten here quite often and the food is extremely tasty. They have cut their portions in 1/2. They use to offer platters which was the full box of you main course (chicken/rice) and salad on side Now they offer boxes which is half the box chicken and rice and other half is salad for the same price.

The food is really really good and best customer service every Navreet and Jikky is my favorite

Amazing service. Food was very good too. They gave my friend a free water when he was suffering of dehydration which definitely speaks of high character on their part.

I enjpy visiting this location when I'm in town, the staff are Lways friendly, the store is clean and the portions and raster are fantastic. Thanks for the great meal.

Loved their food. They are popular in Barrie and a go to choice for many. Tried their oz box which is a nice combination of salad along with filling chicken and rice. Though you can choose other combinations also. Price was justified by the quantity they serve. For a tasty and healthy dinner option i would recommend the place.

Osmows never disappoints. This location was also very clean and had a student discount! Woohoo!

I went here today and it was a noticeable change from the last time I went (~4 months ago) - They no longer offer the platters and replaced them with "boxes" which are half the quantity of food, but for the same price. The wraps were extremely soggy and had an odd taste that I couldn't pin point the exact reason. Lastly there were some extremely hard pieces of chicken in both which was unpleasant.

I only come at this location because of an employee named Jikku. Amazing service everytime! Above and beyond. Would definitely keep coming back. He makes awesome shawarma.

I received terrible customer service from an employee the manager claimed was new. The manager was interrupting me as I was speaking with him and was difficult to understand. Food is mediocre at best and is a shell of what this franchise once was.

Best place in town for shawarma. On the rocks is the best plate ever. Very friendly staff.

Chicken on the rocks so dam good with hot sauce yummy and the owner was awesome vert helpful and gave me bottle of water and Saïd i would need it

I ordered two falafel wrap and when I started to eat I found chicken pcs in falafel wrap and I went to store and tell them to remake and they agree to do that, once again I started to eat remake falafel wrap and found chicken pc, really disappointed service of this store if you are vegan or vegetarian I will not recommend this store to any one.
