Osmow's Shawarma

We ordered a large chicken shawarma wrap and asked if it can be cut in half and the staff refused. The first employee said something about the veggies falling out and the second one said they’re not allowed to. I’ve been to so many Osmow’s locations and they’ve always cut it in half without any issues. In fact, I’ve been asked if I want it cut in half by some places. I don’t like that there’s inconsistency between locations. I would’ve gone somewhere else today if I knew it wouldn’t be cut in half. They also didn’t have green olives at this location, but that’s not that big of a deal.

Bad food, gave me food poisoning, avoid eating from this location. Quality of food was not good at all. I got chicken on sticks.

Order of fries small 2.99 smallest small I've ever seen. Communication between staff and patrons is very poor. Was here once before was disappointed by service and food though I'd give a 2nd chance. Won't be back to this location

This location is awful and the owner is awful. He's so angry and disrespectful to customers. Go anywhere other than here. La shawarma, bonapita etc

I ordered 3 wraps and a Greek salad with chicken on top.
I wanted 2 wraps hot but was advised against it as the lady taking the order said hot is very spicy so I ordered it med and ordered the chicken on the salad hot. Unfortunately they made the chicken on the salad medium hot and made the wraps hot. The people eating the wraps couldn't finish the wraps, the lady was right hot is very spicy.
Inspite of this mistake the good was very tasty and I will definitely go back.

I asked for mix shawarma the casher said its end of the shift and they can not make the mix than i order super shawarma and after 10 minutes they said its small chicken. I told her i order super one

I got the best experience from this place. The food was perfectly cooked and so delicious and i got the order ready just in 2 minutes, what a fast service!

Wrost experience. Went for first time on June 22. Staff was unfriendly. Asked for light spicy. Got extra spicy. Never going again.

Larry is the owner here. When he's not keeping the place super clean he's busy helping the staff prepare the orders. Super fast delivery. Clean and friendly atmosphere. All staff are super friendly.

Went back to the store after speaking to the management, greeted the same person again and had a much more pleasurable experience, staff was very nice. They politely explained that the grill is busy and it might take some time. I understood that it might have been my fault as well and I might have jumped the gun and got upset unnecessary. As courtesy the store did offer to take care of my order, but I was very happy to pay for my order as normal, as genuinely the service had improved! Thank you so much

Original review: Absolutely horrible service, the girls taking orders at front are just pure rude! I just came in requesting for some food, they refused to take my order and rudely just stating we are closing in 3 minutes. Also this is not first time they were so rude, I came here once before at same level of service by the same girl.

This place was so good. They treated their customers with care and respect. The food was also excellent and they didn’t take too long with my order. It was a soothing environment and I would definitely go a second time. 10/10 Recommend

Came in to order daily special 50 minutes before their scheduled close time. Was told that the daily special is “finished” because it’s close to closing time. I understand if I came in 10 minutes before closing and they weren’t able to prepare, but 50 minutes is a bit of a stretch. I’m disappointed, Osmow’s!

I have been to at least 4 or 5 osmos locations this is the worst location I have ever been too. The lamb shawarma tasted nasty, Meat was cold, waited about 20 min, inside the restaurant smells bad. I hope the managment will do something about that location.

Just got the falafel Oz box scorching hot, so spicy but soooooo good, highly recommend. Friendly staff

Disgusting customer service by tall, bulky girl working during lunch time. I was there on this Monday afternoon and the girls started talking in native language and then when i asked for some extra sauce she charged me for that and didnt put in my shawarma and started making faces. I would never recommend this place to anybody else
