I usually love this osmows but recently it has gone downhill which really sucks:/ they forgot both my Diet Coke and the hot sauce I paid extra for.: (also took 30 more mins then I was told

Amazing food. Great customer service. They do pay attention to customer instructions. SPICE LOVERS - Try scorching hot shawarma. You can blow fire.

I ordered three mild shawarmas along with Coca-cola Zero then got:
. Coca-colas were wrong, regular instead of zero (couldn't drink them) ;
. Shawarmas were spicy instead of mild; Also they were cold due to the long time to get delivered to my place;
. Order took so long to arrive, more than expected; However, I can't say if it was UberEats deliver's fault only.

My conclusion is that I will never order anything else again from this place.

I have tasted shawarma of many places but after eating saj shawarma of this place i am fallen in love with it
Staff are very friendly and attentive and speed of serving is god level
I visited this place lots of time but never get fed up with this place and staff specifically are very very good, even though they are very busy with lot of orders but they attend customers immediately

I recently dined at this restaurant, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The place was impeccably clean and had a wonderful aroma. The staff and greeter were exceptionally friendly, making me feel right at home.

When I perused the menu, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value it offered. The dining experience, as a whole, was nothing short of delightful. I rarely leave reviews, but I simply couldn't resist sharing my thoughts, given that the food was truly exquisite.

Each dish served was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to delivering high-quality plates. My partner and I were not only impressed by the delicious food but also by the outstanding service we received. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

Have been to this location a few times (no complaints about food) ; but didn't feel the warmth and approachable nature by both employees working at given time. Being in a customer facing role, it's important to keep a warmth/smile on face. (and a show a little enthusiasm along with greeting).

5 star for food but 1 for unapproachable nature. This is something management can train their employees on.

I’m a frequent customer of Osmow’s.every time I have notice the quality and serving portions are very low at this location. This time they have only filled my wrap with lettuce. Even though I asked for all Toppings in it except turnips. Falafel was so thin.

I really loved the food here. The food is fresh and great. In spite of hearing from lots of people about the place being not nice and all, which is really not the case. I do agree that the place is really small and the atmosphere is not that really great to have people dining in at the location. But one can just pre-order or get it delivered at home. Overall, I will still go to this place for wraps or platters, especially the specials they have for every day.

This restaurant was horrible.
Service: We were not greeted when we entered. The two employees were standing together, away from the counter. The man who took our order, wore the same gloves to handle both cash and food. He did not wash his hands or change his gloves.

Food: we ordered a chicken Caesar salad, and eat chicken on the rocks. The salad had NO chicken and the chicken in the rocks had BURNT LAMB. How do you mess up both meats?

When we called to speak to the store about the errors they hung up on us. Very rude and would not recommend coming here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had tried osmow’s from many locations, but this location always give stomach problems. There is something which is unhygienic. I never had issue with other locations food of their franchise.

When was the last time this place went through any kind of inspection? Cold chicken shawarma served from a container where it was probably sitting for hours. Second time had terrible food poisoning from there. Should have learned my lesson the first time!

I had chicken on rocks here when compared to other osmows branches the quantity of the both chicken and rice is low here, I was disappointed with the quantity they gave

Very good service. Restaurant was clean. Customer service is excellent and food is Awesome.

The food and the service both were on its best, the manager prepared my order and was extremely sweet and attentive towards my instructions. Will surely be back with family and friends. Loved every second spent in the restaurant.

This place is awful. They never follow your order through and leave you with what you ordered. Absolutely terrible. I have no idea how this company is a sponsor of the Toronto Football Club.

Osmow's served very good portion for lunch and dinner. Chicken on the salad is one of my favorite meal here and salad were very fresh. I loved the spice level. It's amazing. I visited osmow's multiple times and every time I had very good meal over there. Staffs are very very friendly and their recommendations are appreciable. Osmow's is a very amazing food and I like the atmosphere here. Their chicken shawarma wrap is also amazing. Chicken was very tender and juicy. And their garlic sauce is very tasteful.
