Doesn't start order until you get there even though I called to order in advance. This place actually argued whether I called or not.

Jamie is amazing and goes above and beyond with possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the customer service impeccable but he was one of the most quick, organized and professional employees I’ve ever seen at a fast paced restaurant. As a business owner of a local shop in St. Jacob’s, I can honestly say whoever owns this Osmows should really value this employee and his hard work with an amazing attitude! Picked up a quick supper. The employee, Jamie, there at the time was working alone. He was quick, conversational, and so pleasant with me, another customer and a delivery driver. Customer service is as important as the food (which was also great). Keep up the good work, Jamie!

Management should take action to fix this issue.

Ordered online. Arrived 1 minute past the pickup time, and the food was cold. To make matters worse, the fries were missing, and my son's "medium" wrap was too spicy to eat, way hotter than my hot oz box.
Filled in the "problem with my order" link. Nothing, no response at all.

Today we went to order some food and our sauce tastes extremely weird. I normally enjoy food from this location, but the garlic sauce tasted as though it went wrong.
Ultimately I couldn’t eat my food and the place was closed to get a refund on the food.

Delicious food, great service by Owais and Simran! They were very friendly. Definitely recommend you to try, won’t regret.

I ordered chicken on the rocks the first time I went here and I got so many bones in my chicken! It was so nasty I couldn’t finish my food. I tried to give it a chance one more time and once again tiny bones in my chicken, but this time I cut my gums. It’s nasty to eat and feel bones in your food. For this reason I would not suggest this place, choking hazard

I wish i can give zero stars. They say they close at 8 but when i went at 7: 57 they told me they are closed. And the guy was really rude. The open sign was on. Really bad experience.

Last Sunday I came at this store around 8 pm after work to grab dinner for me. The store was about to close. But still Owais made my order. Heartwarming gesture by the guy.

The food was also amazing! I would definitely come back again!

Update: this place is still horrible for service, online orders say ready for pick up. I arrived 5 minutes later and they still haven't even started my order, I waited another 15 minutes for them to get me my food. This place is a terrible place to come too. I would highly recommend NOT coming here, super

Very very bad experience at this location, three orders all messed up. We all called in 30mins prior to us picking them up, I had ordered the fallafel on rocks and it wasn't ready had to wait an additional ten minutes, for some reason it came to $13. The item is listed for $8.99 tax would have came to $10.15, it's almost as if he added a tip for me. This fallafel on the rocks was nothing special, I will not be eating here again.

A co-worker ordered the Philly cheeseteak sandwich asked for red peppers and pineapple, as he started to try and enjoy lunch he noticed a very bland sandwich, no peppers no pineapple. In the description of this menu item it list green peppers and onions, he got just beef, cheese and a stale white bun. I'd say he's not coming back to here anytime soon either

Another co-worker ordered a wrap and asked for extra sauce only to find out there was hardly any sauce on her wrap.

These workers are very slow at what they do and it almost seems like they are high on Canabis. Either not trained very well or just stupid. If you want to eat here make sure you check your orders.

The portion was so small. I paid extra for the salad, the lettuce was wilted and they hardly put any on the plate! They also gave me half the rice they were supposed to. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I will not go back and am annoyed they have my money.

We came the shawarma day and it was busy the staff managed that well and we didnt have to wait a lot.thanks rej for explaining each item at that busy time. Expecting more offers from osmows

The food and service were amazing. The shawarma was made exactly the way I wanted and tasted great. I really appreciated Simran’s customer service. Highly recommend this place!

This Shawarma place is top notch, especially Simran, her customer service is beyond anyone's expectations. Whenever i go there she makes the tastiest treats for me and the place looks very clean and hygienic to me. The best thing is falafel wrap. I always crave for those. Best place!
