Osmow's Shawarma

Always a great experience from when I call into place my order, pay for it at the counter and pick it up. The food is always great, I never have an issue at this location. I highly recommend this location for your shawarma needs! Anytime I'm craving a chicken shawarma poutine this is my first call. It doesn't matter where the city I am. This place has my business for life!

I go here every week to get their shawarma. The food is exceptional and mouth-watering to look at. It’s an absolute go-to for me.

Today is the November-16-2023 I am the first coustmer and I ordered chicken on the rock and the food was so cold and food was not prepared today that was prepared by last night they severd me old food and they did not cook again I feel very bad. Food quantity is very poor I suggest to everyone please do not go there.

This place used to be amazing. After the owners left, terrible people have taken over. I have been going here for many years, I have given the newer staff multiple chances, but the duo makes everything run terribly. Food is horrible, portions went down completely and meals are cheated, there is no pride and care in the food anymore and it is sad that I have to put this out but it’s getting old. Do not go to this location

Worst Osmows I've ever had. This location is a disgrace to the Franchise and upper management should send someone in to bring them up to specifications. The chicken was shriveled, cold and dry and they have no idea what they are doing with the sauces, just completed ruined it with an insane amount of tahini sauce. You can tell these guys don't care. The staff was not inviting and sadly the gentlemen working Thursday night spoke very poor english. You have to do better.

They always serve fresh food and good quantity. Never disappointed. We ordered two catering trays for the kids party and they all really love it and enjoyed the shawarma. Really thanks to the all staff always making our food best. Definitely recommend this location.

Service is great. Ammy, Nav and yasin are nice. I waa confused while ordering food. Nav helps me a lot. I recommend everyone to visit. Best employees and location.

Let me start this review by saying I don’t normally find the time to post a review. I have had food from Osmows from various different locations locations. This place takes the prize for the absolute worst location. I really hope the franchise takes note of this and many other reviews to come and enforce some standards at this place.

- The rice was rock hard (no pun intended). It felt like it was batch cooked a day prior or something.
- Not sure if there is a disconnect on what shawarma chicken is supposed to be like… but the (non middle eastern) staff definitely missed the mark. What I got was over cooked, dry, flavourless, “randomly minced chicken”. Not only that but it smelled absolutely horrible. Made me instantly gag.

I’m shocked there are good reviews here… likely paid campaigns by the owner to help with their already dismal rating.

Went in and ordered. The server saved me from ordering a level too hot for me. Huge thanks to Nav and Megan for making it a good experience. The service was great and the food was delicious!

Came in for a quick chicken on the rocks and was greatly disappointed with how dry the chicken was. The rice was a bit hard and dry as well. I will not be coming back.

Edit: Called after seeing the owner reply to my review expecting that they would make it up to me someway instead I got an excuse of why the chicken was dry and nothing but "next time you come in it will be better". Here is a word of advice. If a customer has a bad experience maybe offer them something in return for wasting time and money I don't want excuses. This review is now a 1 star after a 2 star.

It is my first experience here and i love the half and half chiken.it was fantastic. I also like the customer services. Keep it up guys.

This was our first visit to this Osmow’s location. The falafel is over cooked and dry, the toppings less than fresh. Our super size chicken shawarma wrap has only 3 oz of chicken in it and LOT of pita to make it seem super sized. Horrible value for the money.
