The rice was undercooked and chicken was cold. The guy at the cashier wasn’t too pleasant to interact with and rather be at home instead at his work place.

CHICKEN Shawarma was all over the place, watery sauce dripping from all places, plus it was not Shawarma meat they took of rotisserie and just pan fried it

Most of the time I come to this place and the food is really delicious and the service it’s really great. I referred all of my friends to come here.

They make one of the best shawarmas in the city and taste amazing! The ambience is great and the staff js welcoming!

The place is going down day by day. Hopefully the owner sees it and replaces staff members otherwise its gonna close down soon.

The food was good, as always. But, one of the staff members was extremely rude. Earlier also i have noticed her behavior but this is not how the customers should be greeted and served. Kindly work on the customer service

I went there today with my neighbor. He ordered first then I ordered 2 Shawarmas. Cashier told me that we are together so we can only get 3 which was already ordered by my neighbor. I told him many times that we are not one family but he didn't trust me. I felt it very insulting in front of so many people. A family of 3 after me they had seen all this and what they have done is the lady came first and ordered a nd the man came after and he ordered. Cashier knows that they are together and he told them that "it's not allowed there is a limit of 3 but he said but I will give this time". Seriously how he had done this to me. It's very un professional and rude behaviour. I am very upset.

Worst place, the staff doesn’t know how to speak to customers. No sign posted the washroom was out of service guy started shouting & swearing need to learn how to speak to someone

There ground beef burrito with rice I bought two of them I END up in hospital next day make me soo sick and there staff start making fun of me I was there customer that's pretty bad for business I won't bother going back to osmow's shawarma in brampton.

Requested for good amount of white sauce and was asked to pay extra and for tahini as well on top of my rice common never been asked so before going to lazeez next time the big chubby guy wasnt rude but aggressive not worth money lazeez all the way!

Ordering for pickup is useless! They answer the phone then make you wait on hold for three minutes without a word and when you go to the store the food isn't even ready! The order wasn't even placed. The receipt printer wasn't working today, so they were handing out ticket numbers and they didn't give me a number either. I had to go up to the counter, again, and ask for my food.

TLDR: I placed an order over the phone and they said would be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the store 45 minutes later, the order wasn't placed and the food wasn't ready.

I love Osmows, every time I order takeout their food is always fresh and tastes amazing. The food is always mouth-watering good and it is my favourite Shawarma place!

Sue was amazing, she helped us place our order and was handling big rush quite politely. Must visit:)

Everyone know about the food. It is great but I experience a great customer service at this location even they are very busy today.

Have been eating at this location for years. Always great food and service! The chicken on the rocks is always a hit, but sometimes switch it up on the Stix!

I am something of an Osmow's aficionado and have visited all of the locations in the 905 and beyond.the Brisdale location is currently the best. Never soggy or overdone, just great tasting.

The old lady in the customer service desk needs to learn the basics of customer service. She is always rude not just one time. Hope she will do better

The food here does not taste or look fresh. I ordered a chicken salad which had very little lettuce and the chicken on top was not fresh. The ingredients tasted old and I would not go back to this location.

We tried this location for the first time today. We ordered a large lamb on veggies with 3 extra toppings. It is so hard to understand the person on cash. He spoke too fast and not loud enough. When we got the food we were very disappointed. The food looked and tasted so different from the other locations. First thing you notice right away is that the quantity of food is very low, the meat was approximately 1/4 of what you would get at all other locations. The veggies that are supposed come with this meal are carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. In our large lamb on the veggies, we got 1 cauliflower floret, 1 broccoli floret and the rest was chopped broccoli stems and carrots. I wish I could say that I’m exaggerating. Unlike the other stores they mix the meat, sauce and veggies before they put it in the box so that you can’t tell the amount of meat is minuscule. Even though we were charged for the 3 extra toppings, they only put 2. And the sauce! They watered it down so much that it tasted like nothing. Such an unethical business practice just to save a few extra $$. Needless to say but we will not be ordering from here again.

I have been to this location many times, I really recommend it. The staff were nice and the food was great and I always look forward to buying my chicken on the rocks from here!

They don't even add half the chicken as compared to other branches of osmows. On top of that, they don't follow the discounts and offers that often run on other branches of osmows.

The staff was really rude and was forcing us to change our seats as they had to end their shift and get rid of the customers at the end.
Also, the quality was really poor as compared to other locations.
They were giving us paper towel instead of napkins even if the napkins were in front of them.
They ignored our requests and mocked us.

Customer service is excellent. Food is fresh and hot. The only issue is that the garlic sauce is watered down. When I eat from Chrysler location their garlic sauce is thick and tasty. Please fix your garlic sauce. It is very unethical business practice that to save some money you have added water to garlic sauce.

The old lady and guy don’t know how to make food. I paid $4 extra for the add ons and still got the regular shawarma. Shame on you

I went to this location for the first time and the food was amazing and they gave it to me with no wait time, the chicken was perfectly cooked and and they were generous with the amount of sauce they put! I am definetly coming back here again!

I order light spice from these people and every single time it’s heavy spice to thee point where I can’t eat the shawarma. This is the last time though no worries! Oh and I forgot to mention the actual hair that was in my shawarma, I thought that only happened in movies! On the phone with Uber eats but I don’t expect to be refunded so it’s a loss

This is the one Osmow's location (Brisdale) that doesn't actually provide quality food. Its unfortunate because it's close to home but every time I get something from here I am sorely disappointed. From the size/amount to the taste. Not sure why this particular location is so stingy on the amount inside a regular falafel wrap and there is an odd taste to something.like it's old or gone bad.
Thankful there are other good locations.

Worst Osmows location ever! U r not gonna get ur moneys worth. I saw this incident with a lady before almost a month back, she was complaining how they made their food, I thought the lady was wrong, but today it happened with me at this location. So I wouldn’t recommend this place for your hard earned money. Try ‘em at ur own risk.

Simply put, outstanding food provided by some of the hardest working, nicest people I've met. The family that runs this location of Osmow's are friendly, helpful, and pleasant each and every day I come in. The food is consistent and good, and they know the regulars like myself by name and order. These people deserve 6 stars for customer service and being a staple to our local community. Please be pleasant and patient when they're busy, they deserve your support!

Ordered chicken shawarma wrap and chicken on the rocks large (sufficient for moderate dinner for 2). Preparation was very filling and spicy just like I wanted. Outlet was clean and looked hygienic. Will come and order again. Must try!

This place severs very nice shawarma and other food items but at the same time the indoor is too noisy. It's really hard to understand the server words and explain to him/her about the order.

Wrap was not prepared in the way I had ordered it. The meat had no flavour and was an extremely small amount. This was very disappointing because I had paid for a large. This location is the closest to my home, but now I drive a little further out to purchase osmow's. Not worth the money.

I had assumed all Osmow's location have same quality. But the quality for this one was below the expectations. The one on Sandalwood is better in terms of quality and quantity. And somehow menu options were different too, although being same franchise.

Food is always so fresh and so delicious! Out of all branches, this branch has the nicest staff and food is always ready in no time. My favourite is the chicken shawarma sandwich. Must try!

One of the best wraps I’ve ever ate. They were so generous with the toppings which made my day. Unlike other restaurants, this specific store cares so much about customer satisfaction that they would sacrifice the extra money to keep my wrap full. 100% recommend this store. Best meal ever:)

This place is amazing! The area is quiet, the building is clean, everything inside is properly organized and the food is delicious! There is so much to choose from within the menu and it is honestly one of my favourite places! 10/10, would recommend!

The shawarma here is decent. I agree with people who say that they hardly get any chicken in their wrap. It’s a hit or miss. The older gentleman that makes the wrap is nice. I seen him at a few other Osmows prior to this one. He always says Hello when I see him.

If your a chicken lover and like shawarma in particular then this is the place to go as the taste is so good that it's gonna blow your mind with such a balanced form of meat. You can always expect a great tasting food from here with warm and friendly people at the counter

Every time I come (like right now) I wait approx 15-20+ minutes for a beyond meat item. Why does it take so long? I’m going on 22 minutes waiting here with people coming in and out. Food tastes good, but man the service is so slow.

The best Osmows in Brampton. Great tasting food and awesome staff. This is the only osmows I go to. The chicken is always cooked well done unlike most Osmows in Brampton.

I asked for extra chicken because the portion was small but the staff got defensive about it. Despite me saying ill pay extra. Horrible atititude

I came with a few friends. A couple of friends got the wrong order and when asked to correct the order it was wrong again. For me, the biggest issue was that although I asked for no spice, I received an overly spicy wrap that was inedible from how spicy it was.

The staff and food were both amazing. The lady working there was very friendly and the food was delicious!

I have tried osmows at other locations and usually find it pleasant. Unfortunately every time i eat from here, my experience is really bad. The chicken is cold and they go cheap on the garlic sauce despite me paying extra for it.

Awesome food great service. Best Osmow’s location I’ve been to in the GTA. If you’ve had the veggies somewhere else try the ones here because they’re way better. Fabulous catering for large functions. Convenient fast.

The owners are very disrespectful and rude. The chicken oftentimes I find is undercooked. Please count your change when you pay in cash, they have short changed me couple times now.

Probably eat here everyday if I could. Usually get chicken on the rocks, just perfect for lunch. Plenty of chicken topped with delicious garlic sauce.clean and quick service.

The old lady at the front is very rude and disrespectful and unfortunately doesn’t know how to communicate properly with customers respectfully. Additional cost for garlic sauce which all other Osmow’s locations never charge for. They were so cheap and skimmed with their portions and toppings also.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT, THEY SPEAK PERFECT BUT THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMER, WHAT A JOKE TO GO EAT AT THAT PLACE! UNLESS YOU LIKE TO EAT HOW THEY FEEL LIKE MAKING MAKE SURE TO AVOID THIS "RESTAURANT".

This is my go-to place for lunch. The service is exceptional, and the food is always fresh and delicious, with just the right spice.

I came to this restaurant last year. Spent 13$ for a chicken on the sticks and was still hungry. They were so cheap with their portions. I've been too afraid to go back.

A great place to try some Mediterranean food. I am a regular here and love to relish the Chicken Shawarma wrap. It's a highly recommended item. Rest of the stuff is delectable too. They used to have lamb shawarma wraps in the past but for unknown reasons, removed them from their menu. A place to be for the connoisseurs!

Use to come here often. However, the last couple of times very poor customer service. Very rude and food tasted horrible. Never coming here again.
