Kudos to Peter and his team. We used their catering services for a business event in Hamilton. Everything was spot on right from delivery, packaging and food quality. Highly recommended.

I come here twice a week on my lunch! Oz wrap is delicious, extra spicy sauce, always nice to be served by Nave, she's always pleasant and makes a great wrap!:)

I called in advance to ask if the Halal chicken was Hand-slaughtered and the lady said yes. After arriving, I asked to see their Halal certificate and it corroborated what they said. Lastly, I had a Fattouche salad with Chicken on top and it was great. However, if you value your well-being, don't go for more than the "HOT" spice level.

Rice was undercooked and said no hot sauce but was added. Staff was nice though and good looking place inside

Tried to get food, they didn’t ever say I will be with u in a min just made me stand there for 5 min.when I asked if it was going to be a while before my order gets taken he told me at least five minutes. I bought a large chicken on rocks but the quantity inside wasn’t up to the expectations, it happened multiple times and still happening.

They didn't get my Order Out. I wait Over a Hour for my Food when it was supposed to be delivered in 25mins and still didn't get it Delivered. I'm Very Disappointed and never gonna try this Place again.

I’ve been to over 15 Osmows locations. Been going since their original location in Streetsville. I can safely say this one here is one of the better ones! Recommend the chicken wrap.

This is the most inconsistent restaurant in all of Hamilton. I really love this place but only when I actually receive what I order. I always choose the extra meat option and sometimes I get it, sometimes I don’t. I’ve eaten here enough to know if they give me what I paid for. Today I didn’t get my extra meat. I barely got any sauce. The chicken seemed like it sat in the sun for hours. Inedible. I can’t express enough how upset I am. I put trust in these restaurants to be true and honest when using the food delivery apps. I simply don’t trust Osmows at Centre Mall any longer. Customer service is lacking at this location. I will not be ordering from this location any longer.

Awesome place. I love shawarmas and this place has the best I've ever had. The quality of the ingredients are always fresh. This place has saved lunchtime for me when I didn't get to pack a lunch. The staff always goes above and beyond.

Tip: call ahead and have your order ready if you know exactly what you want.

At approximately 1745hrs, patron entered the restaurant. He was greeted upon arrival. Patron ordered the food. The food was made to order. Food tasted great!

This is a great restaurant. I ordered Chicken on the stix. The fries are nice and fresh, chicken was good too. The dish had a good ammount of spice in it. It had a geat sauce with it too. The people inside the store are friendly.

this was my 1st time coming to osmows @ center mall. (OCM)

-store is spacious and well laid out.there is plenty of space for customers to line up to order, and then to eat-in if they choose to.
-store was clean, staff were cleaning the floor and tables during slow times when i was in the store.
-staff were polite during my visit.
-staff were consistently working to get food orders serviced when the store got busy with customers, to keep the line moving.item purchased:
large chicken on the rocks (meaning it's chicken with rice and sauces, topping like pickles and onions are 75 cents extra, each topping)
-fair value and size for what you get
-all-in with 2 toppings came out to $14.95
-garlic sauce has a lemony taste to it, gives the store a distinct sauce item and taste experience.
-good serving of chicken relative to the proportion of rice served.
-all ingredients were fresh, properly prepared and good tasting.one start knocked off for pricing which is a bit higher as you are def paying for the franchise name, compared to mom-and-pop shawarma places.bottom line: i would return to OCM in the future, if i am in the area, to try out other items.i would recommend OCM to others as well.

Ridiculous! I understand slow service but this is just beyond stupid! I’ve worked as a food server myself and I’ve never made someone wait for 20 mins in line and act like I never saw the customer! Waited in line almost 20 mins and no response from both the girls working there. On top of that the customer in front of us wasn’t even acknowledged nor was he cashed out! Ridiculous.zero customer service, don’t even consider going to this osmows! Disgusting! Never coming back!

Had the Supersize chicken shawarma.
-taste was good
-wasn’t wrapped right. Everything fell out.
-fries unsalted. Overcooked and not hot.

We looked up your hours and saw we had plenty of time, only to find out your online hour are different from your actual hours. We had to leave and drive around to find somewhere else. How in this day and age a company can't undate its online info is beyond me.

I was excited to eat from here. I went in with my husband he ordered, when it was my turn to order the guy taking the order refused to acknowledge me at all and when I asked for clarification as to what comes in the combo he acted annoyed and angry that I even asked. When we got home and I attempted to eat the chicken shawarma every ingredient in it was wrong. I asked for turnips, I got pickles. I asked for tomatoes, I got onions. I ordered hummus, garlic sauce, and feta and none were in my wrap although I paid extra. All I got was a ton of white sauce. I was super disappointed and won’t be frequenting or recommending this particular restaurant. P. S. I’m really allergic to onions and pickles. Bad practice.

This places is gross. Just huge piles of meat everywhere. Was not impressed as this brand is supposed to count for quality food. Really sad when people don’t care. I’ve scrolled down to see tons of bad reviews. And the same cookie cutter answer that means nothing because it’s all the same here. You say you are committed to quality but it’s the same bad experience. Stop these replies and fix the problems

Really good shwarma wrap and chicken kebab wrap. First time going and we will definitely be back. Hot sauce has some good kick. I like spice and I ordered mine hot and loved it. My husband had medium hot and said it was perfect for him. Looking forward to trying more items from their menu.

Bland chicken shawarma. Chicken with garlic sauce on top. Hot sauce dosnt get hotter they just add more of it. Less known places taste like actual shawarma ……

Never visit again. The location uses same utensils for all different kinds of meat. They use same scoop for beef and chicken. Also my last visit I had a few peice of chicken that were half cooked. Not the place of my choice to get food poisoning or religious sentiments.

I really like it here, my only suggestion would be to maybe put a call waiting option on the phone cuz its hard to get through sometimes. You may get more orders if ya do

Ordered chicken on veggies. Photos show fresh grilled veggies. The veggies I got were over grilled, brown colored, and not flavorful at all. Didn't taste fresh. The spices used were not complimentary to the meal. The chicken also didn't taste fresh and seemed over cooked.
Ended up throwing the whole meal in the garbage.

We had a superb time in this place. We loved the excellent ambience and the food. The staff are super attentive. I’m glad we finally decided to visit here.

Quite sick the next day after having a wrap from here. Will never order from here again! Pita House is better anyway.

I ordered 2 poutines with instructions to add more gravy (in the past, I observed they hardly pour gravy). Despite of that, they still made the dish without gravy and less quantity and killed with over hot sauce which is unbearable to eat. Staff seems very careless. I'll not recommend this outlet to anyone. They hardly deserve a star.

The quality has gone down. Ordered SAJ beef wrap with fries inside + drink and chicken shawarma wrap with hot peppers and no hot sauce. Server forgot the drink, chicken wrap had hot sauce in it with a lot of Lettuce and Beef shawarma had no fries. Discovered this on the drive out and called twice, no one picked up.

I ordered for my mom and brother via skip the dishes, a guy that will eat anything spit this food out and said it was disgusting. It was full of hot spice and sauce when I ordered them mild without hot sauce, and garlic sauce on the side when it was loaded in sauce (apparently mayo based which is nasty). They'll never go here again, I'll never try them for myself. Just, no. Yuck.

I like the place and food however customer service needs to better. I asked them to give my SPC discount and they straight refused and said we don’t that when the SPC website clearly has them.

Sometimes the food is good. The girl (s) that work cash, they have NO people skills. I always go in there to order more than one meal, and I always get rushed. I always have to repeat myself. Well, i have to change my opinion about this location.i am regular customer and recently i order 2 supers, shaworma poutine and rice. The sandwiches were cold and the bread was hard also the sandwiches were completely broken; meaning the bread was broken within the wraps.the lattus was stale. I really want management of this location to retrain their employees.not happy with this location.will always love shaworma.

Worst employees ever hands down. Iv been in the store over a handful of times with the phone ringing off the hook and the young guy and girl will just ignore it. Iv even went in and called my self and they just turned the volume off. Lazy af and ruining a good franchise. Sam would be disappointed. Ordered a Med chicken on the rocks and a reg chicken shawarma Med fries. We asked to have the chicken fresh from the spit, instead they gave us the chicken that was being kept warm under a lid on the grill. Fresheness = 4/10, flavour = 6/10, temperature of food = 4/10.
It was my friends first time and I was hoping she had a great experience as I've had in the past. We were disappointed.

We ordered here through Skip and ended up throwing out our meals. First we thought the only issues were that they didn't include the side salad with my husband's meal and gave him regular Coke rather than Coke Zero.

My husband ordered the Philly beef dinner and I order the "just chicken" and "grilled vegetables". Both the beef and chicken were tough and chewy, my vegetables may have been grilled but they were grilled so much that they were mushy; just this side of baby food. I used to love Osmow's and ordered from them previously; I don't know what is going on but their food is just awful now.

First time trying here. Paper packaging and quantity is huge, partner and i liked that until we tried it.
Chicken shwarma was extremely bland, the salad was all lettuce with dressing and about 4grains of parm.
The beef shwarma absolutely sucked unless you like onion and then im sure it would be fine. Neither of us had more than 4 bites each before wasting a very expensive and large meal. SOOOOO disappointed. Lava pizza is still our favorite.

I tried the place at Centre Mall. Ordered the chicken shawarma platter with greek salad. Highly do not recommend. 17 dollars gets you some yellow Uncle Ben's parboiled rice and chewy dry shawarma. Not a colour or vegetable in sight. To go with this is a small container of wet browning iceburg lettuce, 3 pieces of unripe tomato, 4 pieces of cucumber that is definitely going soft from age, a sprinkle of feta dust and 6 slices of canned black olives. Do you like salad dressing? Too bad, none here. I took a few bites then I couldn't anymore. And that's saying a lot because I was starving, and I love shawarma.

Wonderful place. Its expensive, but all arabian dishes are expensive. There is very little that you could do.

First time trying Osmow's as a friend said it was good. For $40 got beef shawarma, chicken shawarma, side caesar salad and greek salads. Large portions, so maybe the price was worth it.
Beef was full of onions, tasted horrible, after a few bites, Partner couldn't eat it. Chicken was soooo bland, even the SPARSE garlic sauce didn't help. I added hummus at home which improved the flavour and increased moisture and I was able to eat ¼ of it.
Caesar salad was only iceberg lettuce, dressing and powdered parmesan.
Greek salad was as expected.
Paper containers are greatly appreciated. Especially helpful for throwing away the majority of your dinner directly into the green bin.

The cashier handled someone else’s money before making my sandwich. Only wearing one glove and didn’t wash his hands.

The food is burnt and stringy. We order chicken on the rocks. So disappointing. Our family has been eating osmows since the original restaurant in Mississauga. For lack of better terms it was disgusting.

Huge bone found in my food. Unmissable so it’s clear whoever prepared my food was negligent and didn’t care.

This location had beyond meat posted all over in the restaurant. I waited in line for 15 minutes or so and then I was told they don't have any beyond meat. This restaurant should put a sign at the door, if they don't have an item available, that is posted all over the restaurant. This way customers don't waste their time waiting to be told we don't have the item you are looking for.

Let’s just say I only created a Gmail account to write a bad review that was long overdue. That’s how bad this location is. This place literally has no sense of culture. I’ve ordered from this place on two separate occasions & was dissatisfied both times. They are completely stinge with their sauces. All Osmow locations DRENCH their food in sauces which is what the customer wants, unless advised otherwise. This specific location barely gives you any sauce & normally forgets to add your toppings. This location should shut down & open up a ham & cheese shop. It’s a disgrace to middle eastern food.

I have been going to Osmows at the centre mall for over a year and this one time I went was not good at all. The wrap was not worth eating.
Salad was wilted and no sauce on it.
Rice with chicken- the chicken came out of a heat pan - cold
. (Which always was cooked on the grill and nicely chopped up) the sauce was watery - I paid over $40 for this these meals
I brought it home and had to heat and fix it up just to eat it.
Those two guys didn’t take there job serious at all
I usually see the girls and always smiling and happy.
At this moment I don’t know if I want to take the chance again and have that bad experience - your paying good money to have a nice meal’’’

Not a fan. Probably the most bland tasting schwarma ive ever tried. Many better options in Hamilton.

Have ordered from here a couple of times and this is the first time it was awful. Ordered skip the dishes two weeks ago, 730pm. Definitely was rushed. The beef shawarma was drowned with sauce and the meat was super greasy. My husband and I did not eat much of it. The salad was also the wrong size. When I have ordered it before it was bigger.

I always get the same thing, the combo for 2. I don't mind waiting for a few minutes while it gets put together. Today it was ready in less than a minute. When I got home to eat it (less than 4 min drive) it was cold and the chicken was dry and chewy. Obviously the food had not been made fresh. I will not be returning and will let my friends know they should do the same.

So they can't even do uber eat because they just shove everything or follow policy from uber eat imagine the person order specific food because they are allergic to it but still not careful what they put before giving to uber eat at that point you guys before giving it to the uber driver check if you gus made everything right

Whoever was working cash with your AirPods in.made me the wrong food then tried to charge me more for it. This was actually the single worst customer service I have ever experience. She actually yelled and scolded us several times. This could’ve been solved and completely avoided by just apologizing and remaking the food that I actually ordered.

Good food, nice staff, but the music was too loud that we barely hear them saying our order once is ready. This place needs also more tables and chairs, so people who are waiting for their orders can seat as well as those who trying to eat in, and it was a bit too cold inside. Other than that, great place.

Two private, unisex washrooms. They are spacious, but ugly. Grungy, but doesn't smell terrible. Scary to sit on seat. Bright lighting. Undecorated walls. View of garbage can if sitting; garbage can is pretty colours. Eco-friendly hand dryer. Would prefer other washrooms. Thank you for washroom.

I have bought at least a dozen chicken shawarmas from this location and they are progressively getting drier with sharp pieces of dried over cooked chicken in them. At first I thought maybe new employees training and I have tried paying extra for sauces, pickles, olives or anything to take away the dryness. It doesnt work as there are now shards inside almost as hard as bones. I wont be trying these anymore. On a positive note, my husband gave up.on the chicken shawarma but he tried a phili-cheese steak that tasted pretty good. Hopefully that doesnt go downhill to. I have already texted the Client Services dept but nobody had replied!

Very skimpy on the salad when you order a chicken shawarma plate. We were charged add toppings to the salad, two plates with salad toppings was over $30. We asked for mild spice, and definitely got the spiciest hot sauce that they had. My husband and I can definitely handle spice but this was insane. Would have tasted okay if it actually given us the mild sauce. Waited 20 minutes even though there were only 2 pita orders in front of us.

The place is clean. Staff is excellent. Very helpful and attentive. The options are through the roof. You can have vegetarian, vegan, lactose free, egg free, gluten free.you name it. So many choices that any lifestyle can be accommodated. Food looks fresh and my sandwich was tasty except it had one fatal flaw, it didn't taste like chickpeas. Falafels are made from chickpeas and thus must taste as such but these ones do not sadly. I will try other dishes there in the future but not the falafel.

Low quality food. The staff asked me about what I wanted on my shawarma, but put other things on that, too!

I got the 'Wednesday Special' which was grilled eggplants on rice. Little did I know they meant grilled onions on rice, with a few sma pieces of eggplant scattered between all the onions. Pass.

I would give this place 0 zero stars if I could. I went with a friend to try their food for the first time. My friend ordered a shawarma and rice plate and I ordered a shawarma poutine. I cannot express how extremely disappointed both my friend and I were. From the flavorless dry chicken, the soggy fries, flavorless condiments and toppings - it was terrible. We ended up tossing away our food after only a few bites because it was that bad. I love shawarma and have tried it at many different places but this one has been by far the worst experience. Not to mention, the prices here suck, you can get a larger serving size for a lot cheaper elsewhere and it would be much better too. Not worth the money at all. The customer service as well as food is subpar. Even fast food could do a better job. I would never recommend them.

Used to go to Sam when e opened the first Branch at streetsville in Mississauga. This one tasted nothing like what it used to be. More training and concept required for all new franchisee.

Sadly, the food doesn't measure up to my expectations. Why dine here when there are La Luna Express options in town? Seriously.

I had a enjoyable experience at a different location which tempted me to try this one. I’m looking forward to trying the shawarma from this location!
