John was a great service and helped us get what we wanted and is a very nice person great food really recommend

Being in the area, I went to try the shawarma here and I have to say, the Sunday Special - Mixed Ozbox was amazing. John, the manager, was very friendly and polite, atmosphere was great, made my order fresh, and recommended a few other dishes to try out as well. Would definitely recommend going here by yourself or with some friends.

Amazing sauce so flavourful and chicken cooked to perfection. Honestly way better than York University osmows which is a 10 min walk down.

Customer service was great John helped me right away and made sure I didn’t have to wait too long which was great he also was really friendly and was making great conversation while I was waiting for the food. He truly is a great man!

Had a relatively terrible experience here from the second we walked in with my coworker. The girl seemed annoyed by our presence. It was so loud and she was whispering so ordering was quite difficult. My coworker was given a hard time because he ordered the rocks and wanted garlic sauce on the rice which was shown on the picture (apparently only promotional picture, even though the osmows around the corner gives you garlic/hot without a bother). Safe to say I'll be sticking with Ozmows on pond road from here on out. Also, the girl left a review on here as a customer which is real unprofessional imo

Both workers were not wearing masks, serving and making our wraps with their hands touching their faces.

First time trying out osmows and in this location.we were still deciding what to order cause we never had it before but it seems like the staff was in a hurry.also, washroom wasn't that clean but overall the food was great, hot sauce was very spicy.the wraps were amazing.

The food is what you expect at any Osmows, but kinda disappointed that this branch does not use the Gyros grill.

I went in two days ago, and the music being played gave me a headache. Probably a place only suitable for take-out.

I've been to many osmows but this one has the best quality of food and service. Thank you Harshit.

The food here is amazing! They have very fast service and very good customer service. My sister and I have tried almost all the Osmosis in the area and our favourite one has to be this location. If your thinking of eating here you definitely should there food is fresh and delicious. The worker by the name of Dimple has left us very satisfied and happy:)

Wouldn’t recommend in comparison to the Bill Bishop Way Osmows location. Wrap was ok, but lamb on the stix came with significantly underdone fries and about 3/4 volume of food compared to the other location. Would not recommend over other locations.

This is the best location in town the co workers are amazing and kindly met our needs a worker by the name of dimple was very generous to my sister and I and she did everything she could to have us leaving happy thank you to the workers for the fresh amazing food and kind service we will definitely be going back again.

What an amazing service from Kartik and Amnol. They were super welcoming, kind and friendly. A big plus for keeping the kitchen clean, sanitizing and using different gloves when serving meals. This should be the standard across all stores. Great job Kartik and Amnol!

The best Osmow ever. I am a big fan of chicken on the rocks and I visited this restaurant as it was on my way. The staff over there was very polite and cooperative. Moreover, the food was very fresh and delicious. Every thing was appropriate like garlic, spice level etc. I loved the restaurant and recommend everyone to visit it once.

Very surprised to see this placed rated as high as it is now. Complete disappointment. Menu overly Completed yet limited to what you can add to what they claim to be shawarma wrap. Chicken that came with the platters was sitting probably there for a long time or was not refrigerated properly, it had strong odor and tasted rotten. Employees insist to add sauces when i didn't want any. Probably efforts to hide the bad taste. Spent 50 dollars on food that I had to throw in the garbage.

They put spicy sauce when i toldem no spice and when i went back they threw out half the chicked in the box tryna scoop out the sauce w a spoon. LOL don’t waste ur money here

Ordered chicken on the rocks a few weeks back and the chicken was over cooked and dry to the point where it was hard to chew on. Thought it could have just been a bad batch, but I order chicken on the sticks a few days ago and it was the same issue. Would not recommend this location.

All I've had is nothing but bad experiences with this location, from not giving me the right food, arguing with me about my orders, and then telling me that I should know how to tell to do the job correctly when I tell them that they actually did something wrong with my order.

I told him I have to leave for work and I don't have time for them to remake an order (that they got wrong twice) and they're going to argue with me and not actually give me my food they're going to hold it hostage until I have to rip it out of their hands.ridiculous! And they're lucky I can't give less than a star.

Nice place to eat. Fantastic service. Food prepared promptly and correctly. Overall friendly crew and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Never had Osmow's before. Decided to try it. It's not awful but it's definitely not good. Doesn't have any flavor/didn't taste like anything. It was super plain and I got everything on it. They barely put any toppings on my shawarma and I asked for all toppings. There's wayyyy better shawarma places. I don't see what the hype is. Terribly over rated. Not good.

I usually order from osmows every week. Dimple and Kiran have always been so wonderful and friendly. I have tried Osmows from so many areas but this one makes my Shwarma so perfect, yummy and provides exceptionally great customer service, Highly recommend.

Ordered a chicken on sticks. Fries were fresh, and salted enough. Good quantity and quality of chicken. Good amount of sauce. Asked for onion and got enough on top. Drink was pretty cold. Clean place. What more to ask for?

The worker made a mistake on my order which i realized only when i had taken the osmows back with me and was ready to eat it. I ordered a sticks and i was given rocks. Took it back, and the guy gave me sticks and told me i could keep the rocks as well. Its fine to make mistakes, we're all humans, I was happy he fixed it. 5 stars as a result and will be back only to this location because all other osmows locations suck. Theyre stingy with sauces

WORST OSMOW’S BRANCH

No customer service and no even proper management. The complaint will raise to Sam the owner of all Osmos since you cannot handle the place.

I ordered falafel on the rocks and the falafel was not cooked properly.so please teach to cook falafel properly. I am big fan of Osmow's. Please don't ruin the image. Thank you.

Tables and washroom unkempt and dirty. Food served doesn't look close to the much appealing pictures. Overcooked, bland, low quality and primarily not tasty. We tried the wraps and the platters. They compensate (hide) for their mass produced meats by slathering the wraps and platters with sauces.

They got my order wrong, TWICE, and then gave me problems for asking it to be made again. Then when I got my new meal, they left out some items. Never going back again.

Aarzoo, Asad and Ankush are the best. Food was more than awesome. I will surely come back and bring my friends too.

Used to have top notch, quality food but in recent times it seems like they stopped trying. Their popular Chicken On the Rocks still sells but I feel that their chicken has become dry and cool when its put on the rice. For a place that closes at 2300, the staff has the audacity to start cleaning at 2230 and putting on loud music to get the customers out. Good for a quick bite but not an everyday thing.

Excellent place with friendly waiters and an overall clean place. Found the foot quite dry and so had to drink lots of water!

This place has great food & service. My sister and I went and got our usual favourite: chicken on the rox (medium spicy) but when we started eating it was alittle too spicy for us. We went up to get a cup of water, and mentioned we couldn’t handle the spice. The worker kindly offered to make us another one. Thank you so much Asad, you provided us with great service and made our night!

I ordered from here with ubereats and these people don’t know how to follow simple instructions. I asked for the hot sauce to be on the side NOT on the food and they literally drenched it with hot sauce. Barely finished half so 24 bucks was thrown to the trash. Also the salad was like 8 bucks only to have a couple of fried pita pieces and sprinkle of lettuce.somebody should tell them that’s not a Cesar salad lol ridiculous

They are always amazing i stopped eating anywhere else when i discovered they were here love the sirvice always friendly the food is amazing the wraps dont fall apart in your hands.

Food was great. However, 4 people who placed their order after us were served before us! We won't return to this location!

I have eatan here couple of times. But today i had there chicken wrap and got really bad stomach pain.

DO NOT ORDER from here. I placed an order and after drop off I was missing food. She. I called I spoke to 2 different ppl who were rude and denied the missing food. Very unprofessional. We will not order from here again.

The service was awesome especially Ankush was really helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

I got a half and half with chicken shawarma. They put a lot of sauce which made it overwhelming. The sauce to chicken ratio wasn’t great. I brought it home and I was eating I felt something cutting into the side of my mouth it was a piece of aluminum of some sort.

Rotten chicken, got sick. I have been to a number locations in Mississauga & Toronto but this is the only one where I can smell that the chicken has gone bad even through the packaging/before eating it. I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review as it could have been an off day for them.however its an unpleasant, sour, strong odor that I have experienced 3+ times here. Not sure how they keep selling such horrible quality to customers. I’ll never return, now I drive the extra distance to the Osmow’s location at Steeles & Dufferin.

Store was very neat and members were very friendly. Especially Mitpal, who took the order, was very helpful, prompt and made sure that the order was served quickly. They were very pleasant and I would definitely go there next time.

Second time coming to this location, first time was ok, this past visit was disappointing. I got the chicken on the Rox and the chicken was chewy, dry, and some pieces tasted as hard as a rock. (it wasn't cartilage) The chicken was probably sitting in the hot plate for awhile, stuff like this should be exposed of after a certain amount of time and replenished with freshly cut chicken especially if you aren't that busy. I have an idea for the owner, instead of cutting chicken in advance and placing it in the hotplate only to get dry and chewy. During the slower times of the day/night just cut the chicken as you need it, it takes 10-15 seconds to cut an order, I'm sure many people wouldn't mind waiting if the you served a superior product. If I decide to come here again I'll request the chicken to be freshly cut if the employees don't want to do it, I'll leave and take my business elsewhere.

Hi I will give one star because this restaurant have no taste it feels it only have salt and black pepper only to their food and I will not come to this restaurant and it is not a worth a money and it feels the chicken was bolted in salt water and they put in some black pepper to give it a taste and i will never will have it again from this restaurant and it feels you are throwing your money in the river and it is not worth it and I got it today and I feel like i want to throw up and this was my bad experience to Osmow's.
