The clinic offers a variety of services to help with recovery and rehabilitation for athletic injury and injury in general.
I find Damara to be fully competent, and professional in her role at this clinic. Reflective of the entire staff, whom works with great care.
Injury recovery requires compassionate care and that is demonstrated by her professionalism in massage therapy.

My opinion towards the work at this clinic, is one of high regard for the experience and expertise of the massage therapist.

I really recommend this clinic and would like everyone to consider it!

Dr. Daniel Birch really helped me after I slipped and fell and injured my back. He really listened to me and gently, through, massage, acupuncture and giving me some advice on stretching, helped my body rehabilitate.

Wish I had found this place sooner. They do a proper assessment of your body, deliver excellent care and really want to see you heal whatever it is you are dealing with. All I can say is that I saw the difference very quickly and they were worth the wait.

Working a desk for 5 years destroyed my low back.i was in constant pain for months, couldn't sit and every practitioner i sought treatment from put a bandaid on the issue instead of fixing it.two years ago i found dr.glen and and that all changed.not only is my pain gone, but with the tools he’s given me (and staying vigilant with the homework he gives me) i am the most fit i’ve ever been.i work in the fitness industry and going to OC has become my every 2-3 week tune up to keep my body healthy, injury free and primed for more work.i thought id never have a barbell on my back again and now im squatting 135 for two and those numbers are just going to keep going up.the addition of the gym space has been fantastic.the clinic is full of warm and inviting staff. OC will always be my number one recommendation to clients.

I can't say enough good things about the care and attention to detail of the staff from reception to the treatment by Diane Kim and Dr. Glenn Uy. OCR has helped me with two problems - a severed rotator cuff tendon and arthritis in the knees. Physiotherapy has strengthened both the shoulder and the knees such that I can fully function without pain. In fact, my shoulder is stronger and more flexible than it's been in years. As someone who plays keyboards, this is fantastic! So thankful!

Diane is the best physio in the city, her knowledge, expertise and kindness is one that is hard to find. After suffering a knee injury, she's been with me every step of the way providing words of encouragement & wisdom. I've have a great recovery due to her attention to detail and great recommendations. I highly recommend her!

I attended my first session last week and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zoya. Really detailed assessment and her initial treatment provided much needed relief.

I went to OCR to fix my back which was stiff and causing me issues in my daily chores and was a hindrance in my Ironman training. I saw doctor Ben (Benjamin). The experience and the treatment was nothing short of pleasant and productive. Doc Ben asked me several questions to pinpoint the real root cause of the pain. Him being a sportsperson/coach himself he understood my needs and also understood the various hazards of our desktop lives. His treatment in the studio using various techniques and his suggestion of exercises helped me immensely to get rid of my pain. I would highly recommend doc Ben for his calm/composed personality, knowledge of the subject and ofcourse OCR for the overall hospitality/experience.

On a friend’s recommendation, I decided to go to OCR as I had been dealing with some chronic wrist problems from working as a server, and I am so thankful I did. It was my first time addressing this issue, and Dr. Ben (Chiropractor) and Diane (Physiotherapist) worked together to create an ideal plan for me. Both Diane and Ben are so personable, and they really have a great way of sharing their knowledge to help me better understand my body. Every appointment feels unhurried and taken with great care and attention.

OCR’s facilities are also so comfortable and inviting, it makes me look forward to every appointment.

I have been recieving treatments from Cesar for about two months now at OCR. He is so kind and very invested in my rehabilitation. My experience at OCR has been fantastic. The employees are always very welcoming and the space is well appointed. Diane has supported my full rehabilitation from a lower back injury that I’ve been suffering from for months. She is incredible and the best physiotherapist I’ve ever been treated by!

Dr. Zoya really listened to my concerns and problems and tackled my pain issue head on. She was really hands on which I don’t usually see in chiropractors and really spent the time and care to find the root of my pain.

There wasn’t a lot of adjusting in my first appointment but a lot of guided stretching and massage to help loosen my extremely tight muscles causing my back pain.

I look forward to seeing her again!

I had a very bad shoulder injury - including pain and limited mobility. It wasn't going to be good for my surfing game! Thankfully Cesar had the the patience and expertise to make things better. It took awhile as these things do, but he really helped me stick with a program that worked. Ready for the paddle out now!

Dr. Ben is amazing! He really takes care of you and makes you feel comfortable. He listens and he really helped relieve the pain and discomfort I was feeling. Dr. Ben provided exercises and stretches to improve my mobility and strength in order to prevent injury in the future. I highly recommend!

I have been working with Dr. Ben for over a year and he has kept me in shape for aggressive endurance triathlon training with no injury. His preventative strength training reccos and mobility exercises have been very critical in reaching my goals! 100% recommend.

Always awesome. Every time I hurt myself, Dr. Glenn is my go-to! His wide range of treatment modalities means he always finds a way to treat my specific issues, and gives me "homework" so that the treatments aren't wasted. I hope he'll keep me lifting heavy and safely well into my 50's!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Glen since 2017.
Initially I went in for issues w my back while working (I’m a barber). After assessment we began working through my issues w physio exercises and different treatments. After a short while I was able to get through my work week with zero pain.

Since then we’ve tackled many issues I’ve had through different forms of exercise like running, strength training, skateboarding and what ever else life throws at me.

Every member of the team at OCR is wonderful, friendly and highly experienced. The atmosphere is tranquil, unique and very professional.

I’ve been going to OCR since its inception and have had great experiences with every visit. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ben for my crossfit injuries, he is always courteous, explains everything and gets straight to the core of what’s going. I initially came to Ossington Chiropractic after injuring my knee. I was unable to put much pressure on it when doing yoga and Pilates, and I was unable to squat down in dance and other activities without pain. After seeing Cesar for physio and Rebecca for chiro, a few months later my knee pain is completely gone. My knee is also stronger than before and I’m able to do all my previous activities like I used to.

After sustaining an SI joint injury as a result of a rare congenital disorder, I was in desperate need of help. When I started on my road trip to recovery with OCR, I could barely bend over- emptying the dishwasher was a non-starter.

Thanks to physiotherapist Justin Mah’s expertise, understanding, and willingness to adapt to my specific needs, I’m living a pain-free life. I’m back to practicing yoga on a daily basis and can put dishes away like a champ.

I Work with Both Rebecca and Caser and they have been nothing but the best of the best! Hands on, guiding exercises so you can be an educated client. You don’t get just the attention during your visits but the open support they provide in between visits as just as individualized! They both collaborated together to ensure your health gets the best care possible!

I had a severe lower back strain and was having difficulty even getting up. I called OCR and was immediately able to get an appointment that same evening. Dr. Glenn was awesome and knowledgeable. He explained the reason for the pain (a result of prolonged non-ergonomic positioning) and provided me with tips on how to make my home office more comfortable. He scheduled another appointment within days to ensure the pain subsided. So far, I haven’t experienced that pain again. Thankful for such a caring practitioner!

I went to OCR to treat my achilles’ tendonitis. Cesar taught me the exercises I needed to get back on my feet (pun intended). He also paced the intensity to pave the way for effective recovery. Now I am running and jumping with no pain at all! I would recommend OCR for any of your physio needs.

I started going to OCR back in 2018 for a neck strain, Dr. Glenn was amazing, I got my neck pain in check in no time and have not felt any pain since. Real awesome place and super clean! Been seeing Dr. Glenn for my torn meniscus on my knee. He's been great at identifying which muscles I need to reactivate in order to strengthen and improve mobility. He also provided some real helpful exercises to get quicker and better results. Very pleased with the services I received at OCR. I work with Cesar and Chris for my physio sessions and I cannot thank them enough. I had back pain from an office job and a small shoulder injury. Cesar has been very helpful and attentive to my needs, leading me through different homework exercises. I left every sessions with a lot of knowledge of my body and move more mindfully. Chris has also been super supportive by checking on my movement and give me checkpoints to do them right. Kudos to the team at OCR, keep doing what you are doing!

OCR is truly a gem and Dr. Ben such a knowledgeable and caring chiro. I must say I was a little intimidated at first since I had never seen a chiro before and didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Ben made sure to put me at ease by explaining everything that he was observing through a thorough consultation to assess any pain or other concern I had but also as he treats me. I didn’t even know my head could turn this far!? I was holding so much tension in my neck due to a shoulder injury that I had just gotten use to live with it. I now look forward to my appointments every week as not only as he had alleviated a ton of my pain but also have made me stronger and more confident during my training. OCR is a great spot for alternative therapy and Dr. Ben De Villena is top shelf. Ben really took the time to understand the nature of my injury and assisted to correct the underlying cause through treatment and prescribed home exercises. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Dr. Ben's services to anyone with chronic pain or sports-related injury. If you're lucky enough he'll even buy you a slice of pizza across the way.

The reception is very warm and i felt welcome every time I went. Justin is a great physiotherapist and each visit felt productive and positive. The place has a chill vibe and they play great music in the back.

I met Glenn a few times so far for acute back pain and he created a personalized treatment for me and I feel so much better already! The fact that he’s both a chiropractor and an acupuncturist has been valuable, as his approach feels very holistic. He understands I don’t want to be doing chiropractic exercises forever so he’s been consistently selecting a few exercises for me to do. They don’t take too long to do, but engage all of the muscles I need for a swift and efficient recovery. Here I am, 3 weeks of treatments later with no more back pain, and a clear idea of what I need to do to get back to running. With physiotherapist I had seen in the past, the same rehabilitation would usually take 1-2 months, so this is a huge improvement for me.

The clinic itself is awesome as well; everyone is in a great mood, including the clients. The clinic is clean, the staff is welcoming, proactive and helpful, and the equipment is modern.
