I have been a member of OsteoStrong since October 2022. There are many benefits to joining this Centre. It is a total wellness program for body, mind and soul. Almost immediately My sleep pattern improved, my stress and anxiety levels decreased. I am feeling stronger physically and mentally I use the Bio charger, Red light Pemi beds, vibe pad and hydro massage regularly. I look forward to my biweekly visits. The staff is super supportive, every single spectrum session is supervised by one of the coaches who motivate me. My progress is logged and sent to me for review. My posture has improved, the inflation in my ankles is reduced and I feel stronger. I have met so many wonderful people all with their own stories and reasons for joining OsteoStrong. I hope to continue for as long as possible.

I absolutely love OsteoStrong Woodbridge! I suffer from many life altering conditions and within a few months of joining, I am able to do things prior to my conditions. I cannot stress how grateful I am to OsteoStrong. The staff here is amazing and very caring. A Place that really cares. OsteoStrong is starting to make me feel like I used to prior to all my conditions. I absolutely love it. I feel the difference. Getting physically stronger each week I go & it’s so easy. The staff r all so very helpful love all of them. They r so knowledgeable about why & how it’s so important to do this. My personal experience has been off the charts if I can give them 10 stars I would also I would recommend this to everyone young & old both will have benefits. Can’t wait for my next bone density. When I first came to OsteoStrong I knew absolutely nothing about it other than that it had a BioCharger. That first day my husband had to help me walk in because my feet, legs, and body were so swollen I could hardly walk. I had had another major heart attack and then went into heart failure. Natasha, the owner, immediately told us I should be seeking medical attention. She sat me down at the BioCharger and ran a special recipe for kidneys. That day I also learned about the Pemi mats and red light therapy, vibe-plates and the aqua massage bed. What impressed us most was how obvious it was that the staff cared about their clients.

We had driven down from Sudbury and we found it so helpful that we decided that same day to sign up. Every week for three months we drove to Woodbridge for two days. The second week my body started draining and I improved rapidly from then on. Chest pains disappeared, breathing became easier, and my energy started to improve. I went from sleeping 1 – 2 hours a night to sleeping 6 – 7 hours. Other clients who were there weekly at the same time I was could hardly believe the difference in me. I am not understating my belief that Natasha and OsteoStrong saved my life.

I was not in a place where I could use the main exercise machines at OsteoStrong but I was in a position to watch others. I noticed how people improved week by week. I saw better posture, more confidence and general improved well-being.

I cannot recommend this facility highly enough! We did not wish to make the drive during the winter months or we would have signed up for six months. I'm hoping to be back in spring and take full advantage of the facilities. Natasha and her staff are amazing and I am so grateful that I I found OsteoStrong.

It's the best wellness place around. Sessions at Osteostrong are what everyone needs to cleanse and strengthen their mind, body and soul. The owner and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They always go out of their way to accommodate everyone and make them feel welcome. The members are like minded people who care for one another and love to converse and share their experiences and tips for living a better and longer life. Osteostrong is not just a wellness center it's a community and a great one at that.

My husband and I signed up as founding members and have been coming since the opening. Our intention was to strengthen and increase stability and prevent the decline of muscle and bone density. We have both noticed an increase in our strength and stability within the first 6 weeks of using the machines. The healing modalities are cutting edge and extremely effective detoxing and rebuilding bone and muscle. Natasha is big-hearted, passionate and always open to supporting members in their goals. Julia and Nikki are fabulous and always there to encourage us to exceed our goals.

Do NOT register for more than 1 month at a time. It’s only for relaxing; definitely does not treat pain. I made a big mistake to register for 6 months.
OsteoStrong did not only NOT treat my pain; it crippled me. I had fibromyalgia, so I registered. But, I began limping within 3 weeks; even my results on their own machines began showing it. I was forced to stop as I literally couldn’t walk.

I have asked OsteoStrong for a refund for my 5 months as their treatment has definitely made my pain worse and I cannot continue. I paid shy of $1800. It’s close to a month I am asking for the 5 months payment. They have not yet paid me back saying they have to get an ok from the CEO of the company!
Really? How come they don’t ask the CEO when they TAKE our hard earned money?
