I found the staff to be polite and helpful, with a good "can do" attitude. I had a serious charge (Use of hand held device while driving) from early 2020, fully withdrawn, with the assistance of OTD Legal Services. The matter was delayed during the pandemic, but addressed on November 29,2022 with their professional representation, not going beyond the initial fee. Amazing results! I had a stunt driving charge which threatened a $2000 fine plus one year license suspension. Losing my license is an impossible option. Not only did OTD reduce my ticket to a $160 fine and 3 points, on the last court appearance they got both charges dropped completely. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommended. Don't go to X Copper. OTD absolutely exceeded my expectations in dealing with my ticket (driving with a handheld communication device). I received it in Feb 2020 and even through the thick of the pandemic they sent me monthly updates, walked me through the process and answered my million questions so patiently. I received a speeding ticket at the beginning of COVID since the courts were closed the whole process took many months. I would always receive periodic updates and finally today I had a court date, final result: I did not have to pay any fines or receive deduction points on my license, very happy with the result and professionalism definitely will recommend
