I sent the hearing aids in for a warranty check and was told they would be back in 48 hours.they were not and was told would be several days to get them back. Instead of trying to come up with a solution to provide either a loaner set or rush my hearing aids, they kept giving excuses.they were not willing to help a customer who has a lot of hearing loss and has difficulty coping with no hearing aids. I will not purchase from this company again. I would give zero stars if it were possible to do so.

I purchased a pair of Oticon hearing aids in Vancouver from a local representative. Within a few months of my purchase I traveled to Arizona. During my AZ stay I had a problem inserting a new wax guard and visited a local Oticon representative in Mesa AZ. I was given some assistance and was informed that this is an ongoing problem with the Oticon wax guard and I should contact Oticon for a resolution. I called Oticon’s USA office and the representative was not helpful. I called back a week later and this repress rude and told me that I would have to return to Vancouver Canada (1800 miles) to get help. When I returned to Vancouver I was put in touch with the local representative and she advised she would follow up with head office in Canada. I am still waiting for someone to explain why an international company like Oticon will not provide reasonable service across the USA border.

My previous hearing aids were from Costco and I was always satisfied with their service whether I was in Canada or the USA.

Earing aid is very poor fit, customer support is not there, they move they stores around the city without notice, stay away from this company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
