OTT Legal Services - Traffic Ticket Defence

Scam! I had a speeding ticket earlier plus no show of the pink insurance card and they handled my case. Before I paid the money, they promised over the phone that they would be able to remove all my charges. But at the end, none of my charges were removed. Instead, I got a discount for the fine and no points deducted, from the judge, which are the standard offers from the court even without spending a few hundred dollars to hire a paralegal. When I complained, they said there was no way to get rid of both charges unless the officer had not shown, which they had not told me before I paid the money other than their fake promise. I bet someone from their office is going to find a “great” argument to counter my comments here soon, or simply say I’m not a client on their records, etc. Their attitude is as bad as their paralegal skills.
