My best friend had a terrible service from Julia and a resident here. They still owe my friend money from years ago but she had to let it go. It wasn't worth chasing these people for it. They lied to my friend and cut the service from her when she needed it the most. I suggest you don't put your trust in a place that will only leave you more hopeless then when you first asked for help. I hope you realize how much this hurt my best friend and that to this day she still has reluctance to reach out for help because of your actions. You had a choice to be honest but you chose to lie. I'm posting this on her behalf since we live together and she's contributing to what I'm sharing. We don't even want a response but at least she has a chance to let it go now that this is out there.
