FYI my online name is not the same as my actual name. Came in for lower back pain that was also effecting my hips and groin and already after 1 session I am feeling improvement. I could almost cry. Thank you to Toni and his awesome staff. Very friendly and informative. Looking forward to my continued therapy.

Last week I woke up with horrible vertigo and felt like I was on a rocking boat. The doctor suggested I find a physiotherapist who could do the “Epley manoeuvre” to see if this would help. I Googled and got an appointment with the Ottawa Physiotherapy Clinic for the following day. At my appointment Mr. Toni Azzi performed the series of movements for the Epley manoeuvre, it helped but I needed a second treatment the next day and by the time I walked out of there I felt completely back to normal, on the way in I’d been holding the walls for balance…

Now 5 days later and I have not had a moment of dizziness since the treatment. There is no way I could have done this manoeuvre myself as your head is tilted right back, then far to each side in a specific order and you really need to trust someone is behind you supporting you safely and knows what they are doing. All of the support staff were great, very friendly and smiles all around. I want to share my experience because it is so miserable to have vertigo and this might help others.

The best service & staff in Ottawa. They can see you the same day or the following day. I recommend them 100% for any injuries or even motor vehicle accidents.

I’ve been to several clinics in the last 4 weeks & after one session at O-C PHYSIO I am now able to sleep. Thank You very much to all the staff & especially Mr. Toni Azzi.

Absolutely wild! I walked in with deep pain in my wrists, unable to hold the clipboard to fill in my info without hurting, terrified that it was carpal tunnel and all its horrors. I walked out with NO PAIN. None. For the first time in days.

It's been a few hours and I'm still feeling lightheaded from how much tension Jason released from just my arms and pecs.

Can't recommend enough. Invest 45 minutes and $100 in yourself and save your body the load of pain and stress.

I could not have asked for a better team to take care of my knee pain. I was pleasantly surprised at my first visit by the warm welcome, the professionalism, the organization, and the attention to detail of this entire team. Toni was spot on with my pain and provided an excellent explanation of what was going on with my knee. I received ongoing care for about 6 months and compared to other physiotherapy centers I've been to, this one is unmatched. The quality of care was more than I could have asked for. Have been suffering from lower back issue since forever.tried everything possible in vain untill I made the best decision to reach out to Ottawa Carleton

The best Physio place I've been to. I've been having wrist issues for years and no physiotherapist could solve my problem. 5 minutes with Toni and he found out what was causing it! Wrist is already feeling better just after a few sessions.

Tony, Johanne and staff did a great job rehabilitating our daughters broken arm after an unfortunate sports injury. The knowledgeable staff worked diligently to combine stretch, strength, massage and acupuncture to help her recover. O-CP&S is our trusted partner when injuries occur.

Great physio therapy centar, service is great, everyone is professional from the first person at the reception to the last man called Toni.
Toni is a special story. When he looks at you he simply scan you with his eyes and already knows what is your problem and how to help you as soon as possible.

I came with lower back pain, I couldn’t bend forward for 3-4 days, I walked like an 80 year old grandpa.

Of course, Toni immediately scanned me with his eyes and put me first on ultrasound massage, then electro massage, then pocked me with those Chinese needles (acupuncture), he has gentle hands I didn’t feel any stings and he gave me two excercises to do for 3 minutes each with bending knee toward the chest.

As top jedi master he squeezed me hard once, a crack was heard, then on other side he squeezed me again and crack was heard again. He just said: ”I liked to hear this sound
He just said does it still hurt, No Can you bend forward, yes yes uffff no pain
I was happy as a little child because pain disappeared.
I just thought that I would waste time to go to family doctor, who would probably give me Tylenol extra strength” come again next week if the pain doesn’t go away, then next week he would say let’s take ultrasound and X-ray, the I would wait another week for results, I would still moan, so he would make another week an appointment with specialist in a month and so the summer of 2022 would pass.
What can I tell you people, if you have problems with bones, pain back, neck problem, knee etc immediately go this wonderful man called Toni, the man has a lot of experience and dedicates himself to every patient and you can see on his face that he does this job with love.

And all we need now is Love, Love is all we need ……as Peter and Paul said, I mean not from the Bible but from the Beatles…….

I have been to three other clinics before & only Tony at O-C PHYSIO was able to find & treat my problem. He has over 25 years of experience & it shows how knowledgeable he is. I had Positional Vertigo for 6 years and after two sessions with Tony my vertigo was gone. It has been 3 months now and I am still symptom free.

Suite à une blessure, j’avais commencé mes traitements à un autre endroit mais sans résultat positif j’ai décidé d’aller consulter Toni et son équipe et ce fût la meilleure décision parce que les résultats ont été concluant dès la première visite.

We cannot praise them enough. My wife has had near total pain relief from severe bunions with their shockwave and acupuncture treatments. Friendly and expert staff, especially Toni Azzi and Fernanda.

I few weeks ago I hurt my back after getting up from bed. A crunching/grinding noise was felt. Not sure if I woke up abruptly or performed a movement my body did not like. I toughened the pain and took Advils as recommended by friends. Sadly, the pain went on. I effectively could no longer bend forward nor sit for long periods of time. Sideways and bending backwards are less impacted. As this pain was negatively impacting my social life and ability work outside my bed (thankful to work from home) I needed to find a solution. I spoke to a very trusted confidant, who has experienced pain issues and I was referred to Ottawa-Carleton Physiotherapy. Right away they were able to accommodate me on short notice (week of Christmas) since they take pain of others very seriously and understand the need to a happy holiday, they worked around my availability. The booking process was simple and you get email confirmations. Upon arrival, a temperature test and hand sanitizer is provided for covid measures. The face mask is warn by all staff members at all times.the paperwork for covid validation and creating anew patient profile took a few minutes to complete. Though they are in the middle of moving to a updated floor of the building (under renovation and construction) it is immaculate and spotless. Very clean and safe dispute being winter. The temperature of the place is comfortable and the staff are friendly. They all know the patients by name! When ready I was brought to a room and introduced to the head physiotherapist Toni Azzi. A very well spoken and subject matter expert. After answering a few question a, he proceeds to have perform a set of movements while having you describe your sensations. Toni works in a team environment and everyone seems to be synchronized for quick responses and immediate action. Upon receiving his prognosis, he details and reassures you of all the treatments that will be performed while his team ensures optimal comfort. As I have never been to physiotherapy before, I can honestly say that it was absolute pleasant experience, from the reception to the treatments, everything was perfect. So much so that I have booked several appointments as I really felt pampered and taken cared of. I fully recommend Ottawa-Carleton Physiotherapy, best decision I’ve made this year.

The staff is very cooperative and understanding. They are multilingual: French, English and Arabic. Make sure to get clear directions from staff on the phone as to how to get to the clinic during renovations.

I cannot express in words how effective the treatment was that I received from Tony and his team. My Achilles tendinitis was so bad I could barely make it out of the house, let alone to work where I serve as a source of income. Remarkably, after working with Tony for only 2 back to back sessions, the massive amounts of pain and discomfort cease to exist. Thank you Ottawa-Carleton Physiotherapy Team.xoxox

Best decision I have ever made going to this place. After suffering from shoulder pain visiting different clinics finally I found someone that knows what he’s doing. Solving my problems not guessing what it is. I highly recommended. Wonderful staff very professional. Thank you tony azzi and team.

I’ve been battling stubborn blocked milk ducts since the birth of my son, and Toni has helped me avoid contracting mastitis again using ultrasound therapy to break apart the clogs. I was so relieved to find a physiotherapist who could help me, as I had a negative experience at a different Physiotherapy clinic nearby that resulted in weeks of treatment - when I only needed a few sessions to resolve the issue here. I was treated with respect and dignity, which is important when dealing with such sensitive areas. I highly recommend Toni, and the clinic, through my very positive experiences.

I have been going to therapy at this center for just about 1 year now I had broken my upper left arm and unfortunately for me broke my wrist on my right arm in January of this year the staff at this center has been very helpful and my injuries have been healing with some good success! The registered physiotherapist I am dealing with is always on time, professional, caring and just a nice friendly person. I have nothing but good things to say about this center for anyone's physio needs. I wouldn't hesitate to visit if you should need to do so.

I have been a client here for over 20 years now. Toni and his team have helped me through many sports injuries, averaging pretty much once per year. While I can't compare to other clinics (since I haven't been to any others), this one has looked after all my needs so well that I have no interest in trying any others.
While the building itself is old and tired, it is about to go through a major renovation that should make the clinic even more appealing. The clinic itself has all the equipment necessary for full service, so don't hesitate to check it out.

Attended this clinic recently for shoulder pain & the pain subsided after a couple of weeks. I had tried another clinic last month for several weeks with no relief. I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks

I was very disappointed with this place. It's not hands on and they kept on forgetting my treatment plan. Never changed my exercises even though they clearly were not working. Wasted a lot of time and money here. I went to another physio and they completely changed my treatment plan and fixed my knee problems. They actually took time to figure out what was going on with my knees unlike O-C physio.

I have been to several clinics in Ottawa & only Tony Azzi at O-C PHYSIO was able to get rid of my frozen shoulder. Amazing service & reasonable price. Thanks.

I’m a ballet dancer with the Alberta Ballet and this group of therapists came to the NAC theater where we are performing. Great job! They are very good at what they do!

Been there several times in last couple of years for different problems & within a couple of weeks I was pain free. I am looking forward to seeing there newly renovated clinic next year.

Take care of your money! If you ask by phone for massage, they will say it lasts one hour and costs $ 90. If you talk to principal lady and tell her you're on insurance, she'll tell you that the massage is for half an hour and eludes telling you the price. And you will have a very big surprise the moment you see the bill and how much it charged. I had a very unpleasant surprise the two times I went. They almost exhaust my insurance money. They are masters in the matter of charging insurance. To protect their customers, insurance companies would have to be careful.
