Dr Gallardo is the best dentist that I have ever met. I had a molar extracted that was infected and everything went perfect. Human quality attendance and professionalism. 10/10 recommended.

Not recommend Dr. Nguyen. He charged, but couldn't finish his job. I was not happy with my teeth, he excused that's the natural look of my teeth, and he couldn't do anything else. He fixed an issue but caused another problem. SO WHAT THE POINT! YOU WILL JUST LOSE ALL OF YOUR MONEY!

Did great work, Dr. Rob was super friendly and great at his job. Thank you of course to my hygienist Jenny, she did a great job and was very helpful.

Dr. Landau and his staff are always amazing, courteous, and makes our visits to the dentist one that we look forward to.

My family and I have been to go to Dr. Kreisman more than 15 years. He is always nice and make us relaxed befor he check our theeth. Therefore my kids (they go to see him since 3 year old) never refuse to go to see him. Also he does great job. We have No complains.

Very efficient and very friendly. The hygienist was very good and the dentist was very nice and informative providing me with options. I would recommend and go back!

Dr. Landau has been my dentist for many years. I always found him friendly, technically excellent and always willing to listen and give me the time I needed. This week he replaced the crowns on my front teeth. He carefully looked at many samples and found a great match. He spent time considering the aesthetic of the teeth and even called the lab to ask them if they could make the teeth like what he had imagined. This all took time. When he placed the new teeth, they were amazing. He was as pleased as I am. A true artist admiring his work. I highly recommend Dr. Landau.

Dr. Gallardo is super nice and is transparent with what he is doing during the procedure. He also cracks some dad jokes now and again which are funny. Great team and I'm glad I found them:)

As much as people hate going to the dentist, I treat it as a social visit! Not only do I have great teeth leaving, I get to talk to all the truly, wonderful professionals who work there!

The staff is friendly and everyone is welcoming. Dr Landau and his assistant are very professional and explained everything clearly.
The dental hygienist was also super nice and did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning.

Great Dentistry! The team really knew how to do a root canal. I was very impressed by the technology they had. They were able to show me my teeth in close up proximity! It was so cool!

Dr. Nguyen is a most excellent dentist! The dental hygienists have been great so far.
Only four stars because the receptionists are absolutely awful: (1) Whenever I book appointments and tell them when I absolutely >cannot< come in, it is in one ear and out the other. (2) So far they messed up notes on my file twice - once did not bother to list the reasons for visit at all and the second time put in the wrong info. (3) They entered my insurance info incorrectly (double-checked with me and >still< put in the wrong code) so it got declined and they could not figure out why.
From personal observation while waiting in the reception area, the receptionists spend more energy on gossip than they do on their work.
Bottom line: recommend the place but have lots of patience for the reception personnel and triple-check everything.

Dr. Nguyen is awesome, quick and efficient, very polite, extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

It is always a great pleasure to see Dr. Landau, Michelle and the whole wonderful Team at Ottawa Dentistry. It is almost ten years I am their clients. They are super competent, and they also managed to get rid of my proverbial terror for dentists!:) Besides, they could not have handled better the pandemic. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I hate the dentist. So much so that I put it off for a few years- way too long.

However when I went to get my assessment with Dr. Gallardo, he quickly and professionally gave me a no-nonsense rundown of exactly what needed to get done, without trying to sell me on any unnecessary work.

He and his staff are extremely friendly and makes it a painless experience to go the the dentist! ~

Had a cavity. They fixed it up perfectly a day or 2 later and no sensitivity or anything. Great job.

I'm so pleased with my recent visit to Ottawa Dentistry. I was able to seal a last-minute appointment with Dr. Kreisman. The hygienist and Dr. Kreisman took so great care of the enormous pain I was facing, from days. Dr. Kreisman went above and beyond not only in treating me the same hour but also provided me with a break on the bill since I had no health insurance (I'm new to Canada). The receptionist was so lovely, and she said Canadians are so good, and helpful, and the above occurs. I'm visiting Ottawa Dentistry for all my future appointments, and I recommend them to all those in need of 'genuine' care. My friend Adam Hooper recommended them, and I'm thankful to him as well.

Saw Dr. Kreisman this morning and he was very personable, professional and clear. He was also quick to advise that the services I needed were outside of his expertise and referred me. I appreciated that the level of my care took priority over his office getting additional business and I will definitely be back for my routine services. Thanks!

Dr. Landau has given me my smile back. He's a crown expert and a perfectionist in his craft (which is a good thing). My hygenist Kim is very gentle and professional. I've been her client for years! Staff is super friendly and accommodating.
