I went for my G2 today, and I passed with first attempt. Special thank you to Althea:) she is a wonderful instructor, she has alot of patients and answers your questions. Thank you so very much Althea for helping me achieve my goals and to get my license. I would highly recommend my family and friends to go to this school.

That was a really good experience, even if you are an experienced driver and you are new in the city, its always good to go before to the road with an instructor and they show you what the examinator is going to check, Fahim kindly showed me everything and give me crucially advices to pass the exam, and I did pass it, it was a really good experience!

Mr. Majeed, his very amazing instructor. I almost giving up with my driving lessons. But he encouraged me and teach me very well. I passed mu G2 test at Wakley in first attempt. I would like to say thank you and I highly recommend him to anyone who wish to get the G2 license.

I have had a very pleasant experience of learning the practical driving practice sessions with Mr. Fahim. I have newly moved to Canada from Bangladesh and the left-handed driving is completely new to me. The road signs and rules/regulations of Ontario province is also new to me. Though I had previous experience of driving, it was not be possible for me to grasp the new techniques and rules of driving here without Fahim bhai's guidance and support. I found him very patience and friendly attitude while teaching me. Moreover, his knowledge is very precise and he knows how to teach hard things in a simple easy way. Not professionally, but also I found him a very cordial, sincere and helping as a person. For his inspiration, guidance and continuous support to me, recently I have been able to pass my G2 driving test. I wish him every success in his personal and professional life.

Fahim helped me pass my G2. Not only was he patient and understanding, he knows memorization techniques that help nervous new drivers. Couldn’t have passed my exam without Fahim.

I had a great experience with this driving school, particularly having Jack as my driving instructor. During our lessons he made me feel relaxed, which I deeply appreciated as someone who had anxiety getting behind the wheel again after months of not driving. He identified my areas of improvement and corrected me on errors during practices in a calm manner. He was also very accommodating to my schedule, and made the lessons a very positive experience that has eased my anxieties and made me find joy in driving. Thanks to him, I was able to pass my G test on the first try. For anyone looking for quality lessons, I highly recommend this driving school and Jack as an instructor!

I had a great experience booking my practice driving with Ottawa Driving School. I did my G2 road in Canotek and my instructor, Waiel, arrived promptly for all our sessions. He gave me a lot of recommendations and was very generous with his knowledge. He also gave me some homework to study and practice before the test. Because of his instruction, I passed my road test on the first try. If you’re booking with this driving school, be sure to ask for Waiel. Good luck!

Had a very disappointing experience with my son's 5 2-hour driving lessons. The instructor was coming back 15 - 20 minutes early for the first 4 sessions, not counting the time he spent lining up for coffee during each driving practice. For the last 2-hour session, he was back after just one hour, and insisted that it was a 1.5 hour evaluation. I filed a complain with the school. After 8 hours of driving practice, my son could barely do any parallel parking, and the instructor said it's the parents job to work on that.

Thank you for being the best instructor Waiel. I have gained new knowledge from you and my confidence has come back out again with driving.

Since I started taking the theory class (big thank you to Fred, very nice and knowledgeable person, who was our class teacher this past May). Fred deserve a 5 stars rating.

I am now taking practice driving classes with Shahed. Before him, I had instructor1 but I wasn’t happy with Instructor1 teaching skills so I contacted Shahed.

I want to thank you for proving me his name (Shahed) and phone number. I contacted him and I had my real first driving lesson with Shahed and he provided me with the best teaching and knowledge skills/experience. I felt comfortable, relaxedness, very good about driving the car on the road.

I wish I can give Shahed a 10 stars out of 5. He knows about teaching and I am so happy to have him for my driving lessons.

Had a very positive driving lesson with Althea to prepare for my G2 Road Test. She was laid back and patient but very thorough, and was always reminding me whenever I made a mistake. Definitely would recommend her as an instructor!

I had a horrible experience yesterday while taking driving lessons from one of your instructors, Aswan.

Although I clearly mentioned I am a beginner, she yelled at me on several occasions. I mentioned to her during driving that I was feeling nervous; despite that, she screamed at me when I made a mistake. Behind the wheel is already a situation under pressure and with Aswan being so rude, it affected me mentally resulting in lack of confidence and fear. She is not fit to be an instructor with that temper and a complete lack of patience with novices. How can an instructor expect the student to not make mistakes?

I will suggest to stay away. I lost my driving confidence because of this.

I had Jack Abou-Chakra as my driving instructor and could not have asked for a better instructor! I passed my G test thanks to his help and highly recommend.

I have worked with two drivers from this school. Both times I mentioned that I have anxiety and need a more calm instructor. Both times they referred me to intense, high strung instructors who were not compatible with my needs. I would STRONGLY recommend not going to this school if you have anxiety.

My instructor Jack set me up to succeed. I went in to the test with confidence and passed with flying colours. Very nice gentleman who explained all the manoeuvres very well and showed me how to be a defensive safe driver. I just got my G2 and very grateful for Ottawa Driving School and all their staff.

I contacted the Ottawa Driving School to prepare for my full G road test and they put me in touch with Adly (the driving instructor). Adly was very knowledgeable and experienced when it came to the driving rules in Ottawa. His way of delivering the information was excellent and he provides you with lots of tips that if you do apply, you'll feel much more confident and comfortable on the road. Would highly recommend this school and Adly in particular for anyone trying to prepare for the test. Thanks Adly:)

I had the immense pleasure of having Jack as my driving instructor. He made the very nervous driver that I am feel very comfortable and relaxed. During our lessons, he would make jokes and tell me funny stories to lighten up the mood and cure me of my anxiety. He quickly identified my needs and tailored the lessons to me so I could improve my driving and parking skills. In fact, he was so invested in my driving education that, one day, even though he had a family emergency, he still made time for me. I will never forget that. Very good school. Enjoyed my time doing the in class theory portion especially with instructor Majed. He was a very kind and caring person. Always willing to answer all my questions and learned a lot overall throughout the course with him around. My in car training was even more fun, I learned a lot and instructor Jack has given me a lot of good tips and allowed me to pass my g2 test today! Very good instructor, always giving me tips on improving my driving and always encouraging me that I’m a strong driver. Thanks to him I was able to get my g2 easily. Overall this school is a very lovely school and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

I recently passed my G2 on the first try thanks to what I learnt during the theory portion with instructor Majed and in-car with Alan who took my driving skills from non-existing to G2 level, he was very patient and took the time to explain visually what I was having trouble with mastering, Thank you Alan!

Alan was an excellent instructor. He taught me how to be a confident driver, and he was patient with me while enforcing the rules. I definitely recommend him as a driving instructor.

I wish there could be negative marking. School assigned Mr. H.instructor to me for pretest 1 hour refresh for $ 50 and or $135 for 1 hour pretest refresh plus rental for my G test. I did discuss and agreed with Mr H. Instructor to have only 1 hour pretest refresh and incase rental require, I will inform him at center. He was very supportive and energetic to this approach at the time of booking. Same I and he did reconfirm 24 hours before test. But unprofessional and extremely bad service started just before few hours of test.instructor H. Send me message at 9pm to meet 10am for my road test at 12noon next day. I reminded him that i am coming from Pickering and as agreed earlier will meet at 10.45am and will have 1 hour practice. He said no, he will only come for minimum 2 hours or 1 hour practice + rental otherwise he is busy. He will charge more also then what was agreed. I shared all messages print screen with him what we discussed and agreed. But unprofessional. He wanted to make more money and knew that at last minute i can't find any other option. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful. I would never ever suggest to go such people. I end up canceling his service and went without any pretest practice and got G license. School should work to improve their instructors professionalism.

I had Zaid for my in car instructor and he was phenomenal. He taught me everything I needed to know, which overall helped me pass my G2 test first try! I would recommend Zaid and Ottawa driving school.

Had Balvir as my instructor and he was very helpful, teaching me everything I need and was very patient. He is very good at creating an environment that is easy to learn in, relax, and actually have a good time at your lesson.

Good on Ottawa driving school for doing well with all the covid precautions, Alan was a fantastic instructor who really taught me a lot in our time together

I am really glad that I passed my exam today. I started as a beginner driver and in 10 hours I got my G2. Great instructor Alan.

The defensive driving course was super helpful and made me more comfortable to drive behind the wheel!

When I had my driving lessons, I had Alan. He was awesome! He made me feel comfortable behind the wheel (and I have never been behind the wheel before) and was easy to understand his instructions!

I just passed my G2 and I wouldn't have been able to do it without the course and Alan!

Just got my full G license. I'm glad I chose Ottawa driving school since they're very good at what they do. Especially, my instructor, Zaid, was fantastic! He taught me all about how to drive well in Canada. Not to mention that on the day of my road test, one of the routes that we practiced was the same as what I drove on my real test! Without his help, I wouldn't have gotten my license. Thanks again, Zaid!
