I wish i can give this company -5 stars.had a really bad experience with their customer service. I requested a quote 4 months ago and they keep telling me to wait, they are behind, delayed.and at the end they tell me they can come next year. I understanb but they are busy MAYBE but they cnt keep me on hold and at the end they tell me we cnt come until next year. Zero customer service and not professional at all. MATT was very rude and after 4 months of pain waiting, i was able to get my gutters installed somewhere else in 1 week and very professionally. I wont recommend this company to anyone of my family and neighboors. You guys should learn customer service before working in the market. Im so glad we ddnt do business with u.

Next door neighbour hired the company to do some work on their home. While they blocked my driveway and i requested them to please move their vehicles and free my driveway they jumped into the conversation I was having with the owner trying to intimidate me and yelling at me (the OWNER) they did not move their truck and Informed me to call the police. (Which I did and made an official complaint)

Completely unprofessional and unacceptable of the 3 workers

To make it clear my rating is NOT a reflection of their work - I did NOT use Ottawa Eavestroughing for my job. Following the big storm last week, like many my home sustained a great deal of damage. I’ve had to get quotes for multiple issues. I reached out to this company for a quote based on their reviews. They were prompt to reply and requested details and photos. I provided these. Then they said based on the photos they couldn’t tell if the fascia was damaged and in order to have that looked at and prepare a quote it would be $250 + HST. Not a single other company that has provided me a quote following the storm asked for a penny. They provided the quotes and then we went with what worked best be it price or timing. It seems as though Ottawa Eavestroughing is trying to capitalize off of people’s bad luck.

Not professional and rude. People on reception do not know what is going on. They will tell you that they have multiple departments and that there manager will get back to you. When literally they all sit in 1 room. Compare there prices. 100% you will get better.

Estimator did not show up for the scheduled appointment and did not call to cancel. I missed work waiting at home. I haven't heard from him since. When I called the company to know why he didn't show, I was told they were busy with post-storm related quotes (my appointment was a few days after the storm). A call to cancel would have been appreciated. I had two window companies and a landscaper come quote work for me that week without issues. If this is the professional service they offer, I will bring my money somewhere else.

Called Ottawa Eavestrough @ 8.30. They arrived at 12.00 to take a look at what needed to be done. Very pleasant and professional. Very satisfied with the job and will highly recommend this company.

Our eavestroughs had a lot of issues but Ottawa Eavestrough crew came up with efficient solutions. They also did a full cleanout of the eavestroughs so they are pretty much as good as new now. The work has been completed and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Top notch workmanship!

Ottawa Eavestrough team’s workmanship and customer service was well beyond my expectations. They use top of the line materials and work very efficiently. They were also able to clean my eavestroughs and install over 350 ln ft.of guards. I would highly recommend Ottawa Eavestrough to any family and friends!
