Over the last few years Simar has completely renovated our house. Hardwood flooring throughout, oak staircase, main bathroom and kitchen.

The work has always been excellent and the after sales service was always amazing.

We were treated very well by Simar and his team. We knew they were busy, and our job was too small, but we got treated very well. Un understand that on renovations, always there are glitches and in our case, when a glitch happened, the installer, was able to calm me down and all was perfect at the end… thank you so much.

I got excellent designer advice here; they did a 3D rendering of our entire kitchen project. The price was fair for a home improvement store of this caliber. I previously spent hours visiting other stores / showrooms and couldn't find anything good. They have great selection of stunning tiles! Great service and very thankful for wonderful experience

Great porcelain tiles collections, we did shop a lot and only here we got attention and answers, they really know their stuff to the installation process.

Here, we found nice Porcelain Pavers and stacked stone here, it look of genuine natural stone in a low-maintenance, durable paver that’s perfect for creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space, also we got STACKED STONE… amazing store.

We chose luxury vinyl plank and he was very helpful in this decision, no pressure tactics like other stores.

Another horrible flooring store. Called before coming here to make sure they have loose lay vinyl tile. I drive 30 minutes to get here, guy tells me oh sorry she gave you the wrong information we don’t carry loose lay. They don’t even know what products they sell.

We did a home renovation with this company and Simar was very clear throughout the project and kept us informed on progress, he was knowledgeable and great at coming up with considered solutions to match our budget. I would recommend and would happily use them again for any future works.

5 star service, Simar was so accommodating and was excellent to work with. I visited the store a few weeks ago and Simar provided us with various options on tiling for our bathroom. After a few back and forth, Simar asked me to send him an email with the materials I needed, he took the time to respond to me while he was at the airport leaving for a trip. I managed to get all my materials and his prices are excellent for the product he carries. I have already recommended Ottawa Flooring Center to many of my friends. Highly Recommended! Will be going back as we continue to slowly renovate our home. Simar, who is patient and honest, is wonderful to deal with. Doesn't use pressure tactics like other stores. He provided excellent advice on Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring and even took the time to let us know the best wax seal to use to reinstall the toilet as we opted to do this ourselves. He worked hard to fit us in his installation schedule. Large selection of products. Good Prices. Installer was pleasant and did an excellent job.

We were short 3 boxes of tile, in order to complete our bathroom project. Simar was able to match our tile perfectly and get it to us within two days! We highly recommend Ottawa Flooring Center and will be spreading the word about how quick and accurate the service is!

Ottawa Flooring center inc has completed an excellent backsplash project at our home. The work was completed in very timely and professional manner. The service at the office as well as the workers that did complete the work were very meticulous, artistic and courteous. They knew their work very well and our kitchen is very beautiful as a result.

I had a wonderful experience with Ottawa Flooring Center. A great selection of the tiles, good prices, pleasent service and always available to give a good advice. I bought the tiles for the kitchen floor and backsplash. The tiles are beautiful and will last long: hopefully. I ordered the tiles and I received them within a week. I am planning to buy hardwood floor from this center. I hardly recommend to visit this location.

We did our bathroom remodeling with Ottawa Flooring Center, they really know what they do, and they deliver what they say!

Simar and his crew were a pleasure to deal with and worked hard to fit us in, so that our kitchen was in chaos for as short a time as possible. We love our tiles and the beautiful marble mosaic behind our stove. All in all a very positive experience.

We did our entire house with them, from new floors, new staircase, they did remove the popcorn ceiling and flattening it all and they installed pot lights in the entire home. They paint the entire home, and three washrooms was renovated including new kitchen cabinets and backs plash. We could not be happier with Ottawa Flooring Center and Simar’s guidance also, he is so good with project management… all perfect!
