The owner Ali and all his crews are responsive, professional, and polite. They helped us with popcorn ceiling removal, painting, and installing a new fireplace. This is our first time doing renovation and we didn't know there were so many decisions involved. Despite this, the whole process was smooth and trouble free overall. Ali has good tastes and gave us suggestions on paint color, fireplace tile choice, etc, and we are happy with the results.

HC carried out demolition and tiling work for guest and powder room in reasonable timeline and quality, they are kind and respectful. During the project they discussed with me and my wife options before proceeding.

Retained Ali for finishing our basement and the addition of a bathroom and stand up shower, which involved an extensive plumbing and electrical work given that we had no rough-in for the toilet, we had to move the hot tank water and move the washer/dryer. Ali was the most professional contractor that quoted us, he clearly explained all the steps needed and his quote was very thorough and the payment milestones clearly outlined. From the first contact until the job was completed, he was responsive, easy to communicate with and very professional. The job was completed on time and on budget and we are very happy with the result. We will definitely consider him for any renovation we may have in the future.

Mr. Ali Dastjerdi was my contractor and recently completed a successful renovation for me where he renovated the basement unit of my house in Ottawa for occupancy as a secondary unit. He was able to interpret the architectural drawings prepared by an Architect as well as the design / building code requirements stipulated by the City of Ottawa and ensured that the repairs and renovations required were undertaken.

He was also routinely present for progress inspections by City officials and offered valuable perspectives on the progress of the contract and how best to achieve the desired solution.
