Highly recommend this clinic. The staff are very professional and so friendly. All of steps are perfectly explained, as well as after-care. I have no anxiety while getting laser hair removal, and I feel comfortable attending this clinic every time.

Best place to get your laser treatments done, the girls at reception greet you with a friendly smile and direct you to a comfy waiting area while your laser tech will give you the best treatment/experience. Chelsea does my laser and each time takes the best care of me. Couldn’t reccomend more!

The staff at Ottawa Laser Clinic are fantastic. They explain everything ver well and their payment plans are perfect for people on a budget. They genuinely want to help and they are very knowledgeable about all of their services.

I followed this clinic from their old location in Centerpointe to their new location off Queensview. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and inviting! All the staff is wonderful and professional. I’ve had several rounds of laser hair removal done here over the years, and have always had a positive experience, despite the discomfort! I highly recommend Ottawa Laser Clinic!

Alison, (the owner and laser technician) is caring, attentive, meticulous and makes everyone feel welcome but mostly comfortable at any time and that in itself is very comforting. I trust her completely with any care whether it be laser hair removal or facials or any treatment she performs or advice she offers. Her team makes you feel the very same. She is focused on HELPING and you can tell she is not doing this to get your money. She's such a generous and genuine person, rare qualities these days. Customer service at its best! Just had the most amazing experience at the Ottawa Laser Clinic with Chelsea! Had laser tattoo removal for the first time and was VERY nervous going into after hearing so many friends and family tell me it would be one of the most painful experiences ever. Chelsea sat with me for 30 mins before my procedure while we waited for the numbing cream to kick in and answered ALL my 50+ questions I had. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I could tell she was an absolute pro before she even took the laser out! We went into the procedure room and she let me blast my Taylor Swift music to make me feel more comfortable but I was SHOCKED at how little it hurt. My tattoo was pretty small, but after such an amazing first experience I already have my second appointment booked and am going to be tackling a bigger tattoo as well next time since I had such an amazing experience. I highly recommend Ottawa Laser Clinic, and moreover I HIGHLY recommend booking with Chelsea!

I highly, highly recommend this place for brown spot removal. Great results (1 to 2 session per brown spot) and great price. As well as the staff is truly amazing compared to any other clinic. I will be sharing a before and after just to prove how great the results truly are.
