Ottawa Metro Towing & Recovery

I would say its a very professional service. We called a few other companies to retrieve our vehicle from an underground car park and this was the only company in town able to do it. Glad they had the right people to get the job done 10 out of 10 service.

Driver was pretty helpful getting my car boosted. It was turned the opposite way so it was hard to boost with another car and he brought the right machine to get the car going. Really good service

We had 2 children (age 2) locked in the car today (thankfully the car was running with A/C) at an event in the west end. What a stressful experience! The tow truck came to our rescue and then dispatch told him not to charge us! (We gave him a tip to buy himself something)
We were amazed and SO thankful, he is our hero today. We will never forget this.

Had an accident in Orleans Metro came to tow my car and walked me through the process as I was not at fault. Went to their yard the next day to pick up my belongings, it was raining andsand they were we're busywbusy but still gave me a ride to my car so I didn't have to walk through the mud, appreciated

I have used Metro towing on two different occasions once for a winch when my vehicle was stuck and tonight for a towing I needed to my mechanique. The staff is always nice and they show up fast and charge me a fair rate

Today I had the unfortunate luck and Hit a pot hole and it busted my rim. Glad I called metro towing they got me to a repair shop quickly and helped me get my rim replaced. Nice and knowledgeable staff!

Big thanks to the driver that handled towing my husbands harley. Driver was also a bike lover, was very careful not to scratch the bike when loading it. You are in good hands with metro towing highly reccomend them!

I was on my way back from Toronto late at night and had a break down close to Ottawa on the 416 I called a few other companies that advertised they were 24 hours but got no answer, then I called this company and they had a driver to me in 15 minutes and treated me fairly and took great care of my car 5/5 thanks again.

Used them for a second time in a little over a year second experience was as good as the last time. Fast service driver was polite price was good no complaints definitely recommend.

My car was towed by Metro Towing and placed on their lot. My first experience with this company and it was not q good one. When I went to pick up my vehicle and pay with my debit/visa card, that works in everywhere store, did not work at there machine and I had to go get cash. After paying I had to wander through their yard looking for my car to find it unlock and the key inside. After driving off their lot I noticed damaged to the drivers side wheel well and side fender. I called right away to advise them and was told to send an email and pictures which I did right away. I did receive an email back from their manager (I beleive) Sara who informed me that upon review they had determined the damage was not done by towing. I called right away to speak to Sara to inform her that the damage was done while my car was in their possession. Sara told me that because their lot is publicly accessed she would have no idea how or who had done the damage. She kept repeating this phrase over and over when I asked different questions and at one point told me "I don't stand by your car 24/7 to make sure nothing happens to it" and then hung up on me as she said she was done arguing. The professionalism I received was disgusting. And the damage to my car is $1,000 to $1,700 which they told me to go to my insurance. So there you have it.deal with this company at your own risk!

I was in an accident at an intersection, and the police called this company to tow my car. It was a minor accident only a little damage to the front passenger side and the air bags went off.

They took my car to their yard.

The weekend passed and my insurace company has been trying to pick it up the last two days with no success as they are trying to charge them ridiculous fees that dont even apply to my situation. They are trying to charge extra storage, cleaning, and a fee as if they had to tow me out of a ditch which is complety false.

They are trying to scam my insurance company out of money and now my car is very delayed on getting to the garage to get looked at. I need my car and this has been completely horrible.

I live in a condo building and my car wouldn’t start. Other companies told me they couldn’t retrieve it from the underground parking. Sean came and was so helpful. He got my car started and made sure I got out of the garage safely.

We were doing a moving job from Val de mont to Ottawa, our truck had gelled up from the extreme cold. We called Metro towing they had a truck to us within 15 minutes to keep us warm. They tried to boost the truck and it would not start so we got it towed back driver was great to deal with staff is easy going and fair.

Edit. I talked to the person I meet there. Was not a work problem. The ground is very muddy but nothing else bad

I've used Ottawa Metro Towing so many times I've lost count! I have been there for big jobs, to small jobs like oil changes and lightbulb changes. But this past weekend, I needed a tow and they were able to provide me with swift, professional and kind service and made sure I was safely towed to my destination and got me off the scene with as little trouble as possible. I usually don't leave reviews but I was very impressed. Their hard work invested into their company shows and there is definitely a perk to all the time they have put into this industry. Give them a shout if you need it, you wont be disappointed!

Staff here was very pleasant and helpful when I was in a jam. They got to me fast and treated me very fairly.

Honest, reliable tow companies can be hard to find. I trust Metro, and their service was excellent today. They sent a flatbed for my AWD car, the driver showed up within 15 minutes, he was quick, professional, and got the job done with no issues.

I called these guys to tow my vehicle. Ottawa’s team was at the location within 15 minutes and rescued my car from it. Plus, they did no damage to vehicle. I appreciate it!

From the customer service to the tow truck drivers, I was really happy with Ottawa Metro Towing & Recovery. They kept me updated on their arrival time. They also came prepared with a very well equipped tow truck and I felt very relieved to have them taking care of my car to the mechanic garage. They are very nice and worked fast, but securely.
