I’ve been coming to see Catherine for years and have experienced nothing but the best! The staff are always friendly and ready to help get you back on your feet after an injury. Their detail towards patient care is amazing!

I seldom write reviews, but when great service comes my way I need to share it. I was treated by Peter and his assistant, Caleb this week and they were both fantastic. I wanted to highlight Caleb’s professional and polite bed-side manner while assisting me with my exercises. His passion for athletics and rehab radiates through his dedication to the trade. I wish him all the best in his journey though the career of physiotherapy.

Peter has been my physiotherapist for over 10 years but if he is not available, any member of his team can jump in. Everyone is very professional and it’s a fn environment!

I can’t say enough good things about OPSC. I went through major back surgery and lost a lot of strength especially in my left leg. Working with Claire, my strength has improved dramatically and I’m now able to walk with a cane instead of a walker and eventually I will lose the cane. My spinal surgeon recommended OPSC and I’m so glad he did.

I would like to take a moment and say few words about team and place itself. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The whole team is friendly and supportive. They create a positive and uplifting environment for patients. They are incredibly skilled and experienced, and they use a variety of techniques and tools to help patients achieve their goals. I appreciate the fact that they take a holistic approach to care, addressing not just physical symptoms but also mental and emotional well-being. They took the time to listen to my concerns and created a personalized treatment plan.
The facility is top-notch. It is clean and well-organized. It gave me a sense of confidence that the staff takes their work seriously and cares about the well being of their patients. I appreciated how the staff took the time to sanitize all the equipment before and after my appointment and other patients visits. The attention to details is impressive and it made me feel like my health was their top priority. “If the music is to loud the team right away address the needs of the patients” if there is no place to put coats, they will make the space for it. If exercises are not done properly, they will correct you and explain how should be done properly.
Those little things make team and place patient oriented.
My entire family feels served with high professionalism and respect. Special THANK YOU to James, Mufaro and Peter.

I have been seeing Martin at this Physio clinic for the past few months. Martin is very professional and knowledgeable. The therapy, encouragement and guidance I have been receiving has been

Allan is one of the best physiotherapists in Ottawa. Strongly recommend this clinic and especially Allan. I’ve seen many physiotherapists over the past 2 years and have made more progress here in a few months than I have anywhere else. Very knowledgeable, adaptable, and tailors his regimen to my individual needs the day of. Sessions are dynamic and always a variety of exercises and manual work to see what works best for me. The staff are friendly and the environment is very positive. Can’t praise this clinic enough.

I've had an amazing physiotherapist named Sarah - she's helped me finally deal with the pelvic floor problems and pain that I've been experiencing for years and was too embarrassed to do anything about. Sarah is knowledgeable, intuitive, encouraging, positive, cheerful and hard-working. She helped me feel better in so many ways, and I am so grateful. 20/10, would recommend, and I'll be comparing any future physiotherapists to her. Thank you so much!

Friendly staff, everyone has a smile when you walk in for your appointment. Especially Monica really helped my daughter out after her operation. Definitely recommend her and this place.

All the people at OPTSC Orleans have been nothing short of phenomenal! They are knowledgeable, professional, respectful, caring and encouraging. It’s a fantastic environment for rehabilitation I’ve ever been a part of seen. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

My wife & I were fully satisfied with the professional service provided by Alan Jiang. Although currently finished with the treatment, we are still following Alan's exercise program which really helps. We won't hesitate to recommend his service to our friends.

Allan is awesome! He helped me with my tennis elbow and gave me some great exercises to do at home. He was a great listener and had great chats with him. Very professional and ensured that I felt comfortable.

Allan has helped me with many, many issues since I started seeing him a few months ago. I had a lingering sports injury which carried on for well over 6 months which he helped me overcome in a little over 1-2 months. He has also helped me become far more proactive with my routines to ensure I avoid injuries moving forward which is just as, if not more, important. A 5-star rating is understatement, but unfortunately we will have to do with that. I recommend Allan to anyone looking for a physiotherapist.

The atmosphere at this location is very welcoming and the whole team bring a good energy. It’s clear everyone working here takes pride in what they do and cares for their patients. They take the time to actually try to figure out what the issue is and try multiple things, especially if something isn’t working. They also have flexible availabilities so booking appointments is easy. James is my Physio therapist and he’s been great, always answers questions and explains things clearly.

Very knowledgeable, relaxed and helpful, will answer all questions. Very happynto have found this for my sports injury.

They helped my daughter through a soccer injury. Provided alot of extra care, advice and instruction. Very happy with service and care provided. Peter is awesome!

Amelie at Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic has been amazing. All staff at the clinic are friendly and helpful. I am so thankful for the therapy that Amelie has provided. My therapy is working and I am feeling relief from the pain I was feeling. Keep up the good work!

I have benefited greatly from the regular massages from Felix over the last year. Decreased muscle tension & increased range of motion is what I have noticed most. In addition, he suggests stretching & stretching exercise to do at home. Many thanks for your great work Felix!

This is my go-to place for any injury as well as ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure continued mobility and pain relief. The atmosphere is fun, the therapists attentive and knowledgeable, and the results excellent.

I have been to the clinic to help relieve pain/discomfort for two things: a severely sprained ankle that had historically been weak but is now stronger than ever; and neck muscle/arm nerve pain caused by too many hours at the computer.

Related to the last one, after getting mobility back and eliminating the pain in my neck and arm, i have continued to go to the clinic to see Felix for regular therapeutic massages - not to be confused with relaxation massages (they are definitely not!). Felix has been at the clinic for msny years and is a very experienced and knowledgeable massage therapist. He has helped ensure continued mobility in my upper back; helped counteract the side effects of working long hours at a computer; and made me a believer in the health benefits of regular therapeutic massage. I have recommended Felix to seversl friends and they have also become fans. Thank you, Fekix!

I highly recommend this clinic especially the Massage Terapist, Felix. I was suffering from severe lower back pain a few years ago to the point where it was hard to walk. He was able to help me tremendously and gave me some really good tips to be able to ride my motorcycle in comfort. I can't thank him enough and still go once a month to keep everything in check

Massage therapist, Felix, is bar none and also available on site. He is able to identify problem areas and address them with exceptional technique from his extensive experience.

I've been going to Felix for a couple years now for massages. He takes care of the kinks and works on my flexibility and range of motion. Solid guy who knows his craft. Thanks Felix

When I approached the clinic, I had some difficulty functioning properly. Getting up in the morning was painful, had problem putting my socks, getting down the stairs and I had to sit almost right away to avoid more pain in my right hip.

The first session, I explained in details, my multiple malaises and a young physiotherapist prepared some exercises for me to do. Allan, to mentioned is name adapted his knowledge to my situation by giving me the proper exercices to do. What I mean is some exercices were difficult to do and he did not hesitate to changed them for a different one. It took sometimes 3 different positions for me to do the exercice properly without pain and beneficial for my hip. I should mention that I am over 75 years old and not as flexible as I used to be. I just came back from Sicily where my wife and I walked in between 7 to 10 KMS everyday without any kind of pain.

Allan was great and committed to helping me solve my back issues. He gave me lots of helpful exercises that have definitely made a difference.
