Everyone here is super. All are friendly and competent. Appointments are easy to setup which suits a busy schedule. More importantly, I am starting to feel better. Yay!

In 2022, I was diagnosed with polymyalgia, inflammation in my upper arms and hip/thigh. Richard & I set goals to reduce pain & increase range of movement. 7 weeks later, we agreed that goals had been achieved. A friendly informal atmosphere made the whole thing a great pleasure.

This is a well run physiotherapy clinic with excellent physiotherapists and assistants. Richard has helped me extensively with minimizing and fixing knee pain. Sessions are enjoyable and respectful.

OPSC in Westboro was referred to me by a friend and I have found that my experience there has met my expectations. I find that the staff is courteous, cheerful and very knowledgeable. My treatments have been with Richard but executed mainly by Denise, a student completing a 6-week educational training session. She has been an excellent physiotherapist-in-training and although she is supervised by Richard, I would prefer to have more of the hands-on applications performed by him since he has more strength and expertise. All in all I am very happy with the services I've received and would not hesitate to recommend OPSC to my relatives and friends.

I was suffering from a chronic injury that wasn't getting better on its own, so on a friend's recommendation, I sought treatment at this clinic. So glad I did! The physiotherapist who helped me, Yannick, is a knowledgable, attentive, and skilled professional who over the course of several weeks helped me reduce and eliminate the inflammation in my wrist, regain my range of motion, and resume my everyday activities without pain. Each visit, he listened to my concerns and self-reported progress, carefully assessed my progress, applied necessary treatments, and walked me through customized exercises to do at home. It is a busy clinic, but Yannick always made sure I got the care I needed and was comfortable and at ease. Finally he is a personable individual with a great sense of humour, who loves helping people. The other staff at the clinic were also great to interact with: Richard, Cathy and Polly. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. Thank you so much, team!

I went to the clinic in 2020 and I saw Marlee for help with my pelvic floor and after several years of bouncing around from one doctor to another, she was the first person to have helped me with my problem. She was also super nice and made me feel comfortable at very session.

All staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Megan is very thorough and explains all the theory behind her practice which I find very helpful. She is always pleasant and does a great job answering all of my questions - which is saying a lot! I would not hesitate to recommend your clinic to anyone.

My teenage daughter has been seeing Merrill Pappin, PT, for a sports injury and post-surgery rehab and she is excellent! Merrill is very skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely cares. She always takes the time to explain what she is doing and why and answers all of our questions. Her expertise and support have been so valuable for my daughter's recovery. I would highly recommend her services and the OPTSC!

Great clinic and friendly helpful staff. I’ve been greatly helped by Felix Conyedo’s massage treatments. Initially these helped me manage pain and mobility issues stemming from spinal stenosis, and eventually helped prepare me for spinal fusion surgery. His treatments are now a key element in my ongoing recovery.

I found him very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He understood my issues and the limits of what I can do and is helping me increase my capabilities and improve my mobility. I strongly recommend him.

Felix (massage) And Marlee (physio) as a team helped me recover from a lower back injury. I went to the clinic barley walking straight. After the treatments, I can do what I love to do (running & cycling long distance) as well as paddleboarding & swimming.

I was referred to OPTSC in Westboro by a friend for physio after knee surgery. Could barely bend the knee but after a few sessions coupled with the home program, I can now walk with very slight pain. Very professional staff, accommodating and always willing to help. I will recommend them again and again.

Could not recommend the clinic and especially Felix enough! Have been going to him for about 3 years now for a chronic lower back issue and every time I leave I am pain free. Hes an amazing massage therapist who listens to what issues you have that day and makes sure you are taken care of. Most of all he does not recycle the same massage time after time so its always changing. Everytime I'm back in ottawa I make sure go stop by the clinic to see Felix and I suggest you do too!

Professional caring knowledgeable staff. I have learned a lot about taking care of my body and what I can do to recover from injury and stay strong for the future.

My experience began a few years ago after my achilles tendon surgery. Staff at the clinic are knowledgeable and have so much patience. My recovery process was closely monitored and exercises were adjusted accordingly. Special thanks to Kirstie and Felix! Kirstie's recommendation on massage treatment was brilliant. It enhanced the good result after my physiotherapy. Felix is an awesome massage therapist. He knows how to find the right spots. There's no way I can do the same level of stretching at home.
Happily recovered and back in action!

I came to the clinic with severe back pain and met with Andre. He spent an hour assessing me and started therapy in the same session. Now 5 weeks later I almost pain free and have recovered most of my mobility by following the physio exercise schedule Andre developed for me.

I have been to physio many times over the years and am usually very impressed with the skill and training of the therapists. Andre has been instrumental in my recovery. He genuinely loves his job and I was impressed with his knowledge, skill and upbeat attitude. Thank you!

I want to commend Kirstie Gillanders for the excellent treatment she recently provided to me.

I met her when suffering from a left shoulder injury caused by a sport that she had no previous experience with.

After my first treatment, that started managing the acute stage of the injury, I sent her pictures and a video to enable her to understand the unique biomechanics of my highly dynamic sport.

During my remaining treatments, she provided me with well targeted treatments and gave me spot on physio exercises to do at home that not only cleared up my injury, but also strengthen me to prevent recurrence of my injury during subsequent training sessions and competitions.

Kirstie is first class, dedicated and focused on achieving excellent outcomes.

I would recommend her to anyone.

I've (unfortunately) had a couple injuries that led me to physio and I love their focus on getting you better and back to normal.

Recently finished a 16 session treatment regime for an IT band/knee issue with Richard. Being 51 and active all my life I’ve had physio innumerable times for various sports related injuries and my experience at the Westboro clinic was great! Richard - and all the staff - were friendly and knowledgeable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff at the Orleans location. Pulled my hamstring on my right leg while playing soccer 3 weeks prior to me leaving on a 5 months vacation and Julien managed to reduce the pain and swelling I had. Thanks Julien, back golfing and playing tennis in Florida now. Roger

I had a severe pain in my back, affecting my leg. Many doctors didn't get the right definition to the pain. My family doctor recommended Theo. He diagnosed my pain due to nerve entrapment, I followed his insturctions. Got a great progress, enventually I could run again without pain.
