Christena McNab is the best injector of Botox I have ever been to. Her knowledge of the facial nerves, muscles and blood vessels and her detailed explanations made me comfortable and safe. I was treated with the upmost respect and never felt like I asking silly questions even though I was. I had a moment of tears and fear right before surgery and Dr. Silverman grabbed my hand and held it without hesitation to let me know I was not alone. My recovery & results are amazing and I am so great-full for him and his team. I had three children 6,4&3 and needed a muscle repair and tummy tuck.

I'm very happy and totally satisfy of the service and surgery with Dr. Silverman and his staff. I had no problem with the surgery and recovery was as expected. He and His staff were very friendly and professional. My first appointment with him, he made me felt very comfortable and trustable because he didn't try to pursue me taking a surgery solution but explained carefully about my problem and suggested all options that I could try. He let me make sure taking the procedure is my determined decision. I give a thumb up for the professional attitude. The surgery took place at a private operation room, it was clean and well equipped, it's just a block away from a hospital, I felt very secure of the fact in case there's an emergency. If I decide to have another cosmetic surgery, I would come back to see Dr. Silverman. Thanks Dr. Silverman and all of his friendly staff.

I couldn’t be happier with the results of my breast augmentation! As a very petite woman who asked for a look that wouldn’t be overwhelming on my frame, Dr. Silverman prioritized my needs above all. The entire staff were responsive and so wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend Ottawa Plastic Surgery to anyone in the future!

Beware, the transparency in prices is nowhere to be found. It's a surprise once you arrive at reception. Also I have found several mistakes on our receipts. Please be sure to ask a hard copy of the breakdown so you don't get overcharged. While we had asked the reception to correct this mistake, she gave us attitude, sarcasm and made us feel uncomfortable as if we were bothering her. It was a complete waste of time and I have never felt this way about asking for a correction on a receipt despite asking nicely. Not a single apology in sight. Not impressed.

EDIT: I have been in contact with Dr. Silverman about mine and my mom's experience and I am very pleased at his responses and follow-ups. He does truly care and is proactive about the feedbacks and I have seen positive efforts from the staff on my latest visit. I do welcome you to send him an email personally and perhaps your issues could be resolved. Not many MDs would respond on their weekends or evenings but Dr. Silverman did.

I underwent cosmetic surgery at OPS 12 yrs ago with Dr Silverman. It was a very positive, professional and successful surgery. Dr Silverman's work is beyond perfection! He is an extremely wonderful person to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. He takes the time to explain everything very well and answers your questions. Choosing Dr Silverman was the best decision I made and I was able to put all my trust in him- I knew I was in good hands. His staff are extremely pleasant as well. I've returned to see him for further surgery.

I would highly recommend Dr Silverman based on my experience. I had abdominoplasty and liposuction and am extremely happy with the results!
