I had Prestige move me from Kanata to Westboro. They did an excellent job. They wrapped all of my larger furnature items carefully, were very quick and very affordable. The 3 young men we great to work with. I recommend the company highly.

Sam and Ahmed were outstanding. Arrived on time and got to work. They were efficient with their time and everything was moved unharmed (even a pure glass cabinet)

AMAZING experience. We just got our new couch and discovered the long end was too large to fit up our staircase onto our main floor. My partner called Prestige Movers around noon today and they were here by 2: 30pm and it took them all of 10 minutes to get the couch up over our balcony and into our living room. No damages to either the couch or balcony, and extremely reasonable price! We are extremely satisfied and grateful for the service today. Highly recommend!

Needed a mover to swap out some metal lathe / milling machines in my basement. The equipment was very heavy and they moved them with no damage to the equipment or themselves. I wasn’t sure they could handle it but they did with no problem which surprised me. The crew was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely use them for my next move. Very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended.

Gumma and his team of movers arrived on time, were efficient and very careful during the move out, they arrived at destination within a day and respected all instructions for where everything needed to go in our new home. I would highly recommend Prestige Moving for your next move! I have had many bad experiences moving - not this time! They arrived on time, let me know they were on their way. They wrapped all the furniture that needed it and moved everything out in record time - delivered everything safely and quickly as well. They were finished in 4 hours! My last mover took almost 12 hours to move me! Great job guys - I will recommend you to everyone I can.

We moved recently from Ottawa to oakville, we had the chance to move with prestige mover. They are very professional. The material, Paking, assembling were just perfect, they managed everything on time, we highly recommend them to anyone who want a professional moving company with good value and quality.

We have recently moved from Ottawa to Mississauga. Prestige moving made our long distance disastrous. They are very unprofessional, they do not care about furniture at all. The day when we moved was one of the coldest days and they took forever to finish their work, they arrived late on their pickup day at our house. We already finished some of the work for them before their arrival. They disassembled our furniture and put lots of scratches and broke some of the stuff. Also when they dropped off our stuff at the destination they did not want to assemble our furniture that they told they were gonna do at the destination and also broke one of the corners of our highly expensive furniture. They did not perform their job well and made our moving day one of the worst and stressful days ever. The price was not fair at all and made us pay more at the time of pickup which was unexpectable. I would definately not recommend doing your move with this company.

Great company, great guys, I booked Prestige Moving on a short notice and they really exceeded my expectation, every piece of furniture was rapped in blanket, no scratches and they are very careful with the wall as well. I must surely recommend them to my associates and family members. Excellent job guys.

We used Prestige Moving for our move and were really happy with their service. They gave us a call to let us know they would be arriving soon. They were fast, and handled everything very carefully. Thank you for making our move as stress free as possible.

This was my first time using movers and it was an amazing experience. The guys were efficient and very careful. They were also super kind and great to work with. I’d recommend to anyone!

The team is really quite polite and nice, tried their best to be careful but their manager however is not as pleasant to deal with. He said it was a much bigger job than anticipated and that I should have told him in advance, which I did. I said it was a 4 bedroom home, finished basement, about 3000 sq ft etc. He said he had other job to go too and was seen rather impatient and irritated. We didn’t even ask them to move the dining table, 6 dining chairs, sideboard, wall mirror, big bookshelf and the basement sofa which are by far the bigger items. However it still took the whole day from 9: 40-6: 30pm. They did their best but perhaps our things are too big. In terms of quantity, our home has as many items as any 4 bedroom home would have but the manager’s attitude wasn’t too nice. He said moving the sofa to the basement is stupid because it won’t fit. I was offended and just responded casually then if it doesn’t fit, leave it and we will deal with it. They also damaged my dresser, coffee table, dented the walls, and scratched my hardwood floor. I can accept some wall dents but I was a bit disappointed with the furniture damage. He asked if it was “IKEA stuff”. I said no, my dresser is made with walnut wood with black glass $1800+hst and my coffee table over $800. He did not respond to how they will compensate the damage nor did he apologize for it. Needless to say, I won’t use this company again nor refer them. They also used saran wrap for our expensive leather sectional sofa rather than using blanket. I gave it 2 stars purely because of his team members and how it took them a full day of hard work otherwise with the customer service received from the manager, I’d give it one star only. He took absolutely no accountability for what they did. The moving experience with them made me feel very stressful.

Edit: need to take away the other two stars. Owner promised a free move to compensate for the items they damaged which I appreciate but they didn’t honour it. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Absolutely amazing experience!
Everyone at Prestige Moving is extremely professional, nice and they were willing to help get the job done fast and efficiently. The movers showed up on time and within an hour had everything packed and ready to move. I’ve used their services twice and both times were extremely satisfying and stress-free.
They even moved me last minute when I had two other moving companies both not show up to my booked move.

I highly recommend anyone who needs a moving company to use Prestige Moving.

When these guys first started they had done a DECENT job, but when it came to moving the stuff to another house they were horrible. They misplaced boxes, took apart furniture and left some parts to never be seen again. They even took my bed apart and threw the screws in a box, what kind of movers even kids do that. I do not recommend to have them move your house.

I have tried many moving companies over the years and nothing compares to Prestige moving. This company goes above and beyond all the other companies I have used in the past 30 years.they are dedicated to keeping all your belongings and home intact.
There is no messing around with this company it’s all hands on deck. Showed up early (which has never happened before for me) exceptional communication, Quality and service!

Clean and polite crew on both pack and move day. They were very careful packing and moving our belongings. I watched as two of the movers carried a wide chair of ours down a narrow hallway; they both put their hands on the outside of the chair so that they wouldn’t hurt the walls or the furniture.

Amazing, professional and efficient service. When looking for movers you want someone who is quick and gets the job done in a timely manner. Guima and his team are exactly that and more. They were very careful with our belongings and while moving furniture into the house. He cares for his customers and it shows in his and his team work ethic. Happy to have had you move us into our home and we will definitely keep you in mind for future referrals for friends and family!

We have a lot of experience moving with the military. The 3 guys that showed up and moved us from Prestige Movers were by far the best experience we have ever had moving. It would be impossible to hire a more professional, hard working and polite bunch of guys. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Just had the most amazing experience using Prestige! Mohamed and Ayoub were efficient and paid close attention to detail. They were also very competitive in pricing. Couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience and will 100% recommend them to anyone looking for movers and if I move again they will be the first thing booked. These guys were fantastic! Called half hour before arriving, arrived on time and in good form! There were careful and moved our apartment with speed and efficiency. Darren and crew took good care of us. We have moved a few times and this was the best service we have seen, also it was the least expensive!
