Excellent service and dentures. Very accomodating to my schedule. Perfect fit the first time.

I've never been there but ai was told by reputable sources that this place is one of the greatest dental clinics in all of Canada. She said that there procedures are almost magic!

The Denturist is an expert on his field. The partial dentures he made for me perfectly fit. It doesn't hurt my gums or any part of my mouth. I don't have to go back anymore to the clinic for realignment or adjustment. Customer service of his assistant is commendable too, she is so sweet and kind.

From the start to end result my husband had a great experience. Thank you very much! Love his new smile

After many years of frustration trying to preserve my natural teeth, the Ottawa South Denture Clinic made the process of accepting the inevitable a very good one. Eugene presented me many options and always listened closely to my concerns. He interacted with my dentist and dental surgeon to make sure their input was part of the process. The dentures that they have supplied work great and make me comfortable with smiling again.

From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Fawn, to the moment I left with my new dentures and a warm handshake from Eugene it was an outstanding experience. Knowledgeable, caring and great listeners. I was made comfortable from the 1st session and was explained all the procedures in great detail as my appointments took place. If you are hesitating like I was (almost a year) to set up your consultation i'd suggest you take the leap and get an assessment done. It was a great experience for me.

Cutest clinic and the sweetest staff. I was so pleasantly impressed with how nice everything is. They helped out my grandma with her dentures and were very understanding, accomodating and comforting in a hard time despite language barrieres. Highly recommend to anyone who needs these services.

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, clean, modern facilities and equipment. I of course very very satisfied.

More than pleased with services and results. I have mild cognitive difficulties and the dentureist and his team were patient with me and I was treated like a valued customer. Just wish he would offer dental care for my lower jaw rather than going back to my regular dentist.

Please if you do one thing? Please read these reviews! They’re truly one of a kind. I truly mean, the best of the best and not to be overlooked. You may be making the worst mistake by overlooking them. I have heard so many times, “they (other dentists) don’t care after their paid! ”. Look I am not sure but I was going to get my teeth done at the dentist. I wanted temporary ones before buying my permanents. I had a nagging feeling I was not going to get direct service from the dentist like I was from Eugene and I also found myself getting duped paying for my “temporary” one at the DENTISTS “permanent” cost! I started looking around to see what was out there. I was badly abused in the past by a male so I generally prefer females, but this was truly a family clinic so I went for the consult and I have never looked back since. Eugene is one of the nicest & most personable customer service driven denturist you will meet. He puts you at ease. His receptionist is his lovely wife, Fawn. She is as much of a gem as Eugene. They’re truly there for their clients 100%. When they say outstanding customer service, they mean it. In fact, if there was a word for beyond that, it wouldn’t come close. When I hear of people having dental or jaw pain from a prosthetic, I am shocked! If I had so much as a small ache as my jaw changed (during my temporary one) he would encourage me to come in. I can still hear him saying “they don’t give rewards for pain bravery” or something like that. I was in his chair within a day of my pain. He is literally incredible at what he does & serious about his craft. I am writing this review because I had doubts about going to a denturist. Hey, if you can cut out the costs of a middle man, get phenomenal service, Eugene’s perfectionism & Fawn’s customer service, you’d be crazy not to go. Don’t sell yourself short going anywhere else! Eugene’s provides only excellence! Go for the consultation & see for yourself!

We found the staff very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and concerns in a very understandable and thorough manner. Highly recommended.

I had a year long treatment plan with my dentist and Eugene. I had it completed in December. The results exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I had implant assisted lower denture and a upper denture done. He was in constant communication with my dentist on the plan and was always available for adjustments. OUTSTANDING RESULTS!

I was quite impressed by the treatment I received at the Ottawa South Denture Clinic.

I have worn full upper and lower dentures for several years and it was always distressing to have my ill-fitting lower dentures adjusted or relined regularly.

Eugene displayed remarkable skills at making and adjusting dentures. He recommended and used an advanced design called suction dentures wherein stability and retention of dentures are maintained. I would recommend this type of dentures to anyone who has to wear full dentures. Eugene took several measurements of my facial features and recommended the type of teeth that would enhance my smile. He displayed a sincere interest in giving his denture clients the most genuine smile possible.

The impressions, fitting, repairing and making of the dentures are done on the premises which made the whole process surprisingly fast and efficient.

What can I say about Fawn, the office administrator and receptionist. She is professional, pleasant, informative, efficient and knows all the ins-and-outs of the office. She was very helpful planning and scheduling my appointments.

I was pleasantly surprised when my paid statement was electronically sent directly to my insurance company.

All in all, the treatment I received was a welcome improvement to my oral well being and aesthetics. I highly recommend this clinic for all your denture needs.

Dr. Eugene is the best in town! So genuinely caring and professional and knows his craft. I truly appreciate the service and care he provided to me. I was so lucky to get in on December 30th to get a partial fixed
after breaking off a tooth. It was fantastic service and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thanks for seeing me on such short notice and before the holidays, much appreciated.

I came in for a consultation 2 weeks ago and I was greeted with a nice smile by Fawn. She was very pleasant and accommodating, she offered me a cup of coffee or tea. Eugene "the denturist" who also happens to be Fawn's other half walk me through the process and provided me with options for my partial denture. I was skeptical about replacing my upper partial but after the advice he gave me I decided right away to proceed with both upper and bottom partials. I got my partials from Eugene yesterday and I was so happy with the work that he do. It gave me back my confidence and I am sure I will be smiling a lot now. I am probably speaking too soon but I have no trouble adjusting to my new set of partials. I wish the entire team of Ottawa South Denture Clinic more success in the future. I highly recommend this clinic for all your denture needs.

Just an update to thank you for the superb work on my new dentures. You are still my hero. 2020 and beyond.
I went almost 10years with the worst fitting denture and spent hundreds on fixodent and every other denture product. When I came to get a denture repair at Ottawa south, I was asked if I wanted to try something to make them fit? No obligation! I laughed and agreed as I had nothing to loose!
The rest is history! My denture finally fit, the service was great and I will be a lifetime Client!

I rarely give "PERFECT" descriptions. In this case though I do so without hesitation. From start to finish I was absolutely pleased with my experience. The office was pristine throughout and even the chair had a ringside view of the highway. Little blue booties kept the floor clean, and my socks too. The free Keurig coffee helped the in-between times. The friendly disposition of the Denturist was complimented by the gentleness with which he performed his tasks. I received a new set of dentures within a week and they required no adjustments. WOW. I give five stars but this Clinic deserves ten.

Dr Solokati did a perfect religning of my partial denture and was considerate enough to have the rebasing done in a very short time so that I can avoid end of afternoon trafic. He also gave me great advice and thorough explanations which are very useful. I was also given a very warm reception at the clinic. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.
