Went to Pro Physio after suffering bad back-to-back ankle injuries playing hockey. On top of physical pain and discomfort, I was incredibly nervous about ever going back to sports for fear that my ankles would continue to give out.

Rami laid out a clear eight-week plan to strengthen my ankles and ease me back to my previous level of activity. At no point did I feel like I was taking things too quickly or too slowly and his plan worked out almost to a tee, as I’m already back to almost 100%. Dominic and Dean were able to put me through exercises which were tailored to my previous sports and gym activities to ensure I would be able to return to my previous form.

The entire experience was extremely efficient and made me feel extremely safe and comfortable throughout the recovery process.

I have benefited greatly from osteopathy treatments from Sandeep kadam. His treatments have helped increase my mobility and reduced pain in my back and legs. I highly recommend him

One of the best physiotherapists that I have come across, Raminderjeet was thorough in diagnosing an acute problem and meticulous in the treatment.

I have had very progressive therapy and care Thanks to the staff and supervision of Raminderjeet (RAMI) Sharma. Very Compassionate and zeros in on problem areas.

My daughter has been seeing Dr White for her knee and achilles injury and Dr White is an amazing Dr! The "new" front desk receptionist is such a delight to talk to while booking your appts! Always in a good mood and so polite!

I have been seeing Rami for close to two years. Rami is extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and caring. He has helped me a great deal and I have put my unwavering trust in him. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The whole staff at this clinic are fabulous.

Rami is Awesome and helped me heal some lower body muscle soreness. Very friendly staff including physio assistant, kinesiology and admin staff!

Fine little office, decent service. Doctors are professional, and helpful. Though I'm not giving 5 stars for doctors not being very helpful with WISB claims even going as far as to say "I don't deal with them". If I needed a medical professional to represent me, id be screwed. Also charging 10 dollars for a doctors note is insane to me, and the fact they only take cash is quite the inconvenience in covid times where I'm not carrying cash really at all. I'm sure the physiotherapy is fine, but doctors could be better.

Seeing improvement in my injury recovery for the first time going to this clinic. Rami's treatment has been thoughtful and considerate ans I feel extremely supported by the whole team as I recover. I' d like to appreciate the services given to me by the physioterapist Cherylann. She is a wonderful special physiotherapist who knows to treat clients. Her experience, knowledge and skills help me to recover my right shoulder which had been injured. I 'd like to thank all her team: Chris and their assistant Upendra. Really they know what to do and they are hard workers. I wish them to keep it up.

After a lower leg Injury Remy and his team did a great job helping my get my leg healed and back up to strength.it was an excellent experience and a physio clinic that I would recommend to family and friends.

Chris Tindal expertly and compassionately oversaw the planning and delivery of my rehab exercises, taking into account my personal goals for my recovery while also adapting my program to ensure it was as effective as possible for each stage of my recovery. Not only was I able to reach a full recovery ahead of schedule, but I feel stronger and more stable than ever before!

I was hunting for a good physio place as it will by first time. Gayle was a complete pleasure to talk to she answered all the questions. Had a quick one on one with my physio, definitely recommend.

Cherylann Fernandes is a fantastic physiotherapist. Very knowledgeable and cares about her clients. The Centre is well-run and the staff are very pleasant.

Hi I have received physio treatments for my injured back from Rami and his excellent team. They were very knowledgeable and thorough with my particular circumstances. The pain decreased significantly and I am able to resume walking and my daily routine. Thank you kindly for giving me back my mobility it means the so much. Quick service. NOT the place I needed to go to, however. (MY doctor referred me to it, after 2+ years, and I told him it was not appropriate for the issues at hand).
The doctor here treated me with dignity, and, has made steps to getting me the care I needed.

I come here as a patient and i have noticed more and more how filthy the clinic is becoming. Does this building not have cleaners that come in? The bathroom is so dirty and garbage is overflowing. I may mention something to management as i think a medical facility should be very clean at all times!

The entire team at this clinic for physio and rehab are amazing! They work together to get you the best results. I have been recovering from a dislocated knee and it is only because of the great guidance from this team that my mobility has gotten so much better day by day. I highly recommend this entire team.

I've been taking my father to this Centre for quite a while and overall it was a great experience. Usama is an awesome Physiotherapist and took care of my father very well. He was very professional and keen on helping all patients to be healed. All the staff as well were very helpful and caring to all patients. I would definitely recommend this centre to anyone who is suffering from pain.

I love this place. One of the best things about Physio is that I have to stop everything that I have to do - like work and caring for other people in my life, - and care about myself. I enjoy the Rehab - learning new exercises to strengthen my shoulder, arm and back from my injury. Also, I really enjoy the physio and "Majic Hands" that provide the excellent work to repair my injured muscles and joints. These "Majic Hands" are the hands of my Physio Therapist - Usama Ragheb (Sam). I feel so comfortable and welcome at this physio center because of Usama (Sam) and all of the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. This is the best Physio Center
