Otter Creek Dental Tillsonburg

I’ve been going to this dentist for years and it’s always been good although I detest visiting the dentist for dental work.today I had Dr. Lim do my fillings and other dental work and it was exceptional. Very gentle and definitely knows what he is doing. Thankyou for a job well done Dr. Lim!

I usually hate going to the dentist but with the staff at Otter creek dental it feels very welcoming and the staff are amazing. Even my soon to be 5 year old likes going into the dentist and they’re amazing with kids. Couldn’t ask for better if you ask me

I was skeptical of the clinic after Dr. Patenaude retired, but after having been their patient, l recommend it to friends and family. The staff is proffessional and friendly.

Otter Creek dental staff are the BEST! My child is autistic, and they treat her with the very best care and we each left with huge smiles on our faces! They explained everything to my kiddo when my daughter had questions, they showed her every tool they used and made her feel SO safe! We can’t recommend Otter creek enough!

This office is amazing! They are accommodating and do a great job! I’ve had a cleaning by Julie and Tracey and they were both wonderful ladies! Tracey was the first hygienist to actually do some dental education on cleaning and flossing that I never knew before! She was fantastic, jolly and very easy to talk to. Wonderful experience for me all 3 times I’ve been so far.

Have been going here for a few years now, great friendly staff, great with kids including my oldest who has major anxiety about going to the dentist. Left with everyone smiling

Honestly I had went to Dr. Patenaude my whole life and was always great and then once they were bought out things were so different. The last time I went to get some fillings was one of the worst experiences. The dentist who did it did not seem very experienced. I told him parts didn’t feel numb and he kept going anyway and I was in tears once he started drilling because of the pain. Did not seem very sympathetic. Customer service after was also awful when dealing with insurance/payment. Will never recommend anyone to go there.

I’ve been very happy with all my visits here, good prices, very nice people, awesome dentist! He pulled my tooth in what seemed like a couple of minutes with 0 pain at all!

I was treated very respectfully by both the hygienist and dentist. I have had a fear of going for years and often cancelled appointments. I think it was the pressure of doing things i was but comfortable with. I do not feel that way anymore and feel respected!
