External rude customer service, dose not know how to listen or provide basic courtesy. Don't waste your time going there.they don't have time to even say hello to anyone that walks in.

I didn’t realize before that good, quality glasses could actually be affordable! I picked up my new progressives today and was so happy with them that I ordered prescription sunglasses. The staff on both sides (optometrists and opticians) have been helpful, friendly and honest in dealing with both my and my husband’s eye care needs. No pressure to buy things we don’t need. This is very much appreciated! I am also glad for the help and patience of everyone there as I took forever to try on and decide on my frames an later, on my sunglasses! We will be back and will recommend highly to anyone.

Bought three pair of glasses.one pair I didn't even bring home since I couldn't see out of them. Once I got home I realized that the arms were twisted, starting at the hinge.they wanted to just bend them into shape.this would have ruined the integrity of the hinges as well as plastic on one and the metal on other. Since they would not replace the frames and my thinking at this point that three pair and not one is right I just want a refund but I have to pay for the lens and restocking fee?

Ive been here a few times and the staff have been very courteous and and educated on your products. They made sure that my glasses were adjusted to my liking and the whole precess has been excellent! Job well done to this location and its employees. I will recommend this business to anyone.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff here. Every person that I dealt with on my two visits were very nice, helpful and quick with their work. I really like my new glasses and I appreciate that one of the employees took the time to help me pick a pair that we thought looked good. Thank you again!

Some of the staff are very rude. I waited 3 weeks for my glasses. When I went to pick them up, finally, they were wrong. My prescription was for bifocals. They didn't follow the prescription and just gave me regular glasses. When I asked them why they didn't follow the prescription and give me bifocals, the lady got very rude with me and said that "I must have changed the prescription and asked for something other than what my prescription said". Why would I do that? She made me pay another $100. (we are up to $300.now for one pair of glasses). Then she tells me it will be another 3 weeks of waiting (we are now up to 6 weeks). After 6 weeks, I call them to ask if my glasses are ready and they put me on hold and leave me on hold. I wait 20 minutes, still they have not picked up, so I have to hang up. I call back again later, on hold 10 minutes, then finally get a person to help me. Nope, glasses are still not in after 6 weeks. I'm done with them. They are rude and snarly and don't admit when they've made a mistake. And I should not have been asked for more money after I already paid what they quoted me.

I went to Ouelette Eye Centre for the first time today, as I was referred by a good friend of mine. Each staff member was extremely friendly, nice and very helpful. Each staff member also had a bright smile on their face and made the environment very welcoming! I would highly recommend this business! Thank you everyone for the awesome experience!

Me and my wife have been getting glasses for so many years now and they are so helpful and I get the best prices in Windsor. Even after the my warranty expires they still fix my glasses for free.

I've called 3 times to book an appointment, left a message with my number, time & date I called and nothing but crickets from them. Seriously Eye don't care, just say on your useless voice message simply say we don't answer the phone, we don't return phone calls so if you leave your name and number we'll be certain NOT to get back at you, please don't leave a message because we don't do anything about them anyways so save your breath and time.

Professional and thorough eye exam. Explained all exam results to me. Staff was great and helped me pick frames and lenses as well as work with my insurance coverage and make it a smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend.

They don't answer the phone. I've left numerous messages over the past year trying to get an appointment with Dr. Archambault, and they haven't called me back. I'm supposed to have yearly eye exams, but it's been two and a half years since I was last able to get an appointment, or even talk to anyone from this office. Absolutely horrible.

Honestly this is the worst place I have ever been in my whole entire life. I had a woman named Marianne and I was trying on glasses she made me feel so uncomfortable she literally did not take her eye off me and made me feel like I was a thief in there and then I asked her can you please stop staring at me cuz it was very uncomfortable. And then she told me that she had to stay with me or her boss would get mad at her. I told her I was able to pick out my own frames and she kept handing me glasses it was just an extremely uncomfortable situation. I will never go here again if my life depended on it! It's that bad!

Never had an issue here. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I forgot her name, but one girl there was super nice and was honest on which glasses didn't look nice on me and which ones did, some people (elsewhere) will tell you anything looks nice when it doesn't. Glasses came in way sooner than expected

Terrible staff. Very rude. Went in to get side shield replaced for work safety glasses for my son. They are under warranty and they said I would have to pay $15.00 for them. Also, they needed to order them because they have none in stock. There's a 2 week wait for them. After stating my opinion and walking out with the glasses. Two weeks later they called and said shields were in and there are NO charges.

Their customer services is second to none! This was my third visit for glasses and I love them! All three times my glasses were ready way ahead of time!

Good selection, but service is not the best, twice I had to wait outside over 15 minutes without being talked to.

I told them what happened to my glasses over the phone, they made me come in store to tell me that my warranty was not valid for my situation, and my glasses were broken with no way to repair them.
Waste of a trip and I just found the arm of the glasses I have online for 20$

I've dealt with this great business for years. I've always been treated in a friendly manner, the staff is knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. And when my glasses broke, they were quick to repair them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Why would I need to when they're perfect the way they are? PS always beware of complainers. They usually find reasons to complain. I'm Terrance WK and I approve of my message. Keep smiling.

Visited Dr Steve Acanne. Great experience, explained everything well would definitely recommend. Pricing for glasses is pretty good as well and they give you a rebate on the eye exam if you buy glasses from them. Overall great experience.

Cheapest prices around but the staff is enough for me to never return again. I'll pay the extra $20 elsewhere.
All I wanted was for a simple form to be filled out about my eyes for a job and they refused because I brought the form in on Febuary 12th when I had my eyes looked at last year on Febuary 11th. They want me to pay for a new eye exam out of my pocket because I am not covered again until next year.
So because they refused me for ONE day, you lost a young buyer forever. Goodbye. I do NOT recommend. I'll be spending my money and benefits somewhere better.

The most horrible staff I’ve ever seen and Dr Acanne was very rude and asked me to leave if I wanted because I asked it’s been 40mins and I’m still not in. I will never go there ever again!

Not a great experience. I would suggest going somewhere else if you value your money and time. The only positive is i dint have to wait long for my glasses.

Worst eye care. I called a month ago still they haven't called me back and my friend just called 2 days ago and they called her today.

I’ve been using their services since 2002 and I have been coming back ever since. The service is impeccable, to say the least. Not only is my optometrist helpful in clearing any doubts or fears I have with my eyes, the salespeople keep me well-informed so I don’t waste my money. As a person who used to shop on a budget, they helped me recognize that there’s no price on the investment of your vision. I have been getting my glasses here for over 10 Years. Service is always wonderful & staff is personable.

The last few times I have been in, my experience has been really negative due to being ignored by staff for upwards of 20 minutes. I brought a previously purchased pair of glasses back that I wanted to get new lenses put in, as well as a pair of sunglasses that I would like to have a prescription put in. They couldn't put prescription lenses in the sunglasses I had, so I asked for my PD so I could just get a cheap pair online until I decide what sunglasses I want and they refused because it "puts them out of business". I have to disagree, as I think what puts them out of business is driving away customers who are currently trying to spend their money there. I give 2 stars because up until the last few times I had a really positive experience and the optometry side is lovely.

They were exceptional! Absolutely wonderful staff! And I didn't have to wait to long to get my glasses either!
